step S2, drilling: placing a steel casing (30) at a preset hole position, driving a drill rod (1) to vertically drill downwards at the preset hole position through a drill bit (11) at the bottom end of the drill rod by a drilling machine (10), and pumping out slurry by using a slurry conveying pipe (20) while drilling;
step S3, paving protection pieces: when the drilling depth is below a steel casing (30), a chip mounting mechanism (2) starts to work, the initial position of the chip mounting mechanism (2) is on a track (12) on the outer wall of the drill rod (1) and above the steel casing (30), after a worker places a prefabricated hole wall protection chip (3) on a protection chip seat (23), a first rail car (21) moves downwards to the position below the steel casing (30) along the track (12), and then a hydraulic telescopic rod (22) extrudes the protection chip seat (23) with the hole wall protection chip (3) to the hole wall, so that the hole wall protection chip (3) is laid on the hole wall;
the hole wall protection pieces (3) are arranged on the drill rod (1), the upper and lower groups of the chip mounting mechanisms (2) are arranged in a staggered manner, the distance between the upper and lower groups is the height of the hole wall protection pieces (3), each group is provided with two chip mounting mechanisms (2) which are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the drill rod (1), each group of the chip mounting mechanisms (2) simultaneously lays and attaches two hole wall protection pieces (3) at opposite positions, each liter of the two groups of the chip mounting mechanisms (2) is lowered twice to finish the laying work of the two adjacent layers of the hole wall protection pieces (3), and the lifting height of each chip mounting mechanism (2) is fed back by an electronic meter counter (6) so that the laying position of the hole wall protection pieces (3) is accurate;

step S3, paving protection pieces: when the drilling depth is below a steel casing (30), a chip mounting mechanism (2) starts to work, the initial position of the chip mounting mechanism (2) is on a track (12) on the outer wall of the drill rod (1) and above the steel casing (30), after a worker places a prefabricated hole wall protection chip (3) on a protection chip seat (23), a first rail car (21) moves downwards to the position below the steel casing (30) along the track (12), and then a hydraulic telescopic rod (22) extrudes the protection chip seat (23) with the hole wall protection chip (3) to the hole wall, so that the hole wall protection chip (3) is laid on the hole wall;
