本发明公开了一种生产聚乳酸纤维面料的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:1)原料选取:聚乳酸纤维80‑100份、麻纤维10‑16份、海藻纤维12‑14份、涤纶纤维20‑40份、银纤维6‑10份和粘胶纤维14‑18份;2)混纺处理:利用部分聚乳酸纤维与麻纤维和粘胶纤维混进行混纺。本发明本发明通过在聚乳酸纤维中添加麻纤维和海藻纤维,提高面料的抗菌性能的性能,同时通过添加涤纶纤维、银纤维和粘胶纤维,能够进一步提高抗菌和防静电性能,强度较高,具有一定的抗皱性能,从而具备了抗菌和防静电性能较好的优点,解决了现有聚乳酸纤维在制造过程中,是直接通过聚乳酸纤维进行制备,其制备的面料抗菌和防静电性能较差,容易损坏,影响面料整体性能的问题。

本发明涉及聚乳酸纤维面料技术领域,具体为一种生产聚乳酸纤维面料的工艺方法。
背景技术
聚乳酸纤维是以玉米、小麦、甜菜等含淀粉的农产品为原料,经发酵生成乳酸后,再经缩聚和熔融纺丝制成.聚乳酸纤维是一种原料可种植、易种植,废弃物在自然界中可自然降解的合成纤维,现有聚乳酸纤维在制造过程中,是直接通过聚乳酸纤维进行制备,其制备的面料抗菌和防静电性能较差,容易损坏,影响面料的整体性能。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种生产聚乳酸纤维面料的工艺方法,具备了抗菌和防静电性能较好的优点,解决了现有聚乳酸纤维在制造过程中,是直接通过聚乳酸纤维进行制备,其制备的面料抗菌和防静电性能较差,容易损坏,影响面料整体性能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种生产聚乳酸纤维面料的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
1)原料选取:聚乳酸纤维80-100份、麻纤维10-16份、海藻纤维12-14份、涤纶纤维20-40份、银纤维6-10份和粘胶纤维14-18份;
2)混纺处理:利用部分聚乳酸纤维与麻纤维和粘胶纤维混进行混纺,制得经纱,再利用剩余的聚乳酸纤维与海藻纤维、涤纶纤维和银纤维进行混纺,制得纬纱;
3)面料织造:将混纺处理步骤所制得的经纱与纬纱进行织造,形成交织面料;
4)染色处理:将交织面料放入染色装置的内部进行染色,温度为50~80℃,染色时间为40~60min。
5)烘干整理:将染色后的交织面料送入烘干装置的内部进行烘干,烘干温度为120~140℃,输送速度为5~10m/min;
6)收卷储存:通过收卷装置对烘干后的布料进行收卷,收卷完成后将收卷辊储存在仓库的内部或直接进行后续加工。
作为本发明优选的,所述面料织造,在交织面料生产完成后,可采用微波杀菌机对交织面料进行杀菌处理,提高了交织面料的洁净度。
作为本发明优选的,所述烘干整理,烘干装置为全自动布料烘干机,方便使用者对烘干温度和输送速度进行控制,提高烘干装置对面料的烘干效果。
作为本发明优选的,所述染色处理,染色装置为布料染色机,能够对面料进行有效染色处理,同时方便后续清理杂质。
作为本发明优选的,所述收卷储存,仓库为恒温恒湿房,能够有效避免湿气对面料造成影响,进而降低面料品质的现象。
作为本发明优选的,所述收卷储存,收卷装置为分切复卷机,能够根据需要在收卷时进行分切处理,同时方便进行切断处理。
作为本发明优选的,所述收卷储存,在面料收卷过程中,可采用静电消除风棒对面料进行除静电,防止面料的表面存有静电的现象。
作为本发明优选的,所述烘干整理,在烘干前可采用脱水机对面料进行挤压脱水处理,提高面料在烘干装置内部的烘干速度,同时能够对印染水进行回收处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过在聚乳酸纤维中添加麻纤维和海藻纤维,提高面料的抗菌性能的性能,同时通过添加涤纶纤维、银纤维和粘胶纤维,能够进一步提高抗菌和防静电性能,强度较高,具有一定的抗皱性能,从而具备了抗菌和防静电性能较好的优点,解决了现有聚乳酸纤维在制造过程中,是直接通过聚乳酸纤维进行制备,其制备的面料抗菌和防静电性能较差,容易损坏,影响面料整体性能的问题。

5)烘干整理:将染色后的交织面料送入烘干装置的内部进行烘干,烘干温度为130℃,输送速度为8m/min;
6)收卷储存:通过收卷装置对烘干后的布料进行收卷,收卷完成后将收卷辊储存在仓库的内部或直接进行后续加工。

2)混纺处理:利用部分聚乳酸纤维与麻纤维和粘胶纤维混进行混纺,制得经纱,再利用剩余的聚乳酸纤维与海藻纤维、涤纶纤维和银纤维进行混纺,制得纬纱;
3)面料织造:将混纺处理步骤所制得的经纱与纬纱进行织造,形成交织面料;
4)染色处理:将交织面料放入染色装置的内部进行染色,温度为50~80℃,染色时间为40~60min。
5)烘干整理:将染色后的交织面料送入烘干装置的内部进行烘干,烘干温度为120~140℃,输送速度为5~10m/min;
6)收卷储存:通过收卷装置对烘干后的布料进行收卷,收卷完成后将收卷辊储存在仓库的内部或直接进行后续加工。
