The fabrics obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 and the fabric of the commercial pink-fleshed textile mill antimicrobial waterproof isolation clothes in Wujiang city were subjected to antimicrobial property test and waterproof test, respectively. The test method comprises the following steps: (1) antibacterial property: according to GB/T20944.3-2008
Evaluation of antibacterial properties of textiles section 3: according to the detection method of the oscillation method, antibacterial property detection is carried out on the textile fabric samples prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2, and detection strains are escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus. As can be seen from the above table, the antibacterial performance and the water resistance of examples 1 to 3 are improved compared with comparative examples 1 to 2, and are even closer to the antibacterial property of the commercially available antibacterial waterproof isolation clothes, and are better than the water resistance of the commercially available antibacterial waterproof isolation clothes, which indicates that the fabric of the present invention has excellent antibacterial performance and water resistance, can be widely applied to the field of garment fabrics, and has high practicability.

Claims (10)

1. The antibacterial and water-repellent fabric is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of antibacterial waterproof post-treatment agent and 60-80 parts of fabric.
2. The antibacterial and water repellent fabric according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of antibacterial waterproof post-treatment agent and 70 parts of fabric.
3. The processing method of the antibacterial and water-repellent fabric according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparing warp and weft, respectively feeding the warp and weft into a loom to obtain the fabric, wherein the mesh number per unit area is 20 holes/cm 2
S2: spraying the antibacterial waterproof after-treatment agent on the two surfaces of the fabric obtained in the step S1 by using a spraying machine;
s3: putting the sprayed fabric into a drying device for drying;
s4: and (4) rolling and warehousing the dried fabric to obtain the antibacterial and water-repellent fabric.
4. The method for processing antibacterial and water repellent fabric according to claim 1, wherein the method for processing warp and weft yarns in step S1 comprises the steps of:
s11: mixing the raw materials in parts by weight of 1: 1: 1: 1, mixing polyvinyl alcohol fiber, bamboo fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyamide fiber, immersing the mixture into an antibacterial agent for pretreatment, washing the pretreated fiber, and drying for later use;
s12: mixing the polyvinyl alcohol fibers and the bamboo fibers obtained in the step S11, adding the mixture into a spinning machine to prepare warp yarns, performing antibacterial strengthening treatment on the warp yarns through an antibacterial strengthening agent, and drying for later use; and (4) mixing the polyacrylonitrile fibers and the polyamide fibers obtained in the step (S11), adding the mixture into a spinning machine to prepare weft yarns, performing antibacterial enhancement treatment on the weft yarns through an antibacterial enhancer, and drying for later use.
5. The method for processing antibacterial and water repellent fabric according to claim 4, wherein the antibacterial agent in step S11 is MED mildew-proof antibacterial finishing agent.
6. The method for processing antibacterial and water repellent fabric according to claim 5, wherein the method for preparing the antibacterial enhancer in step S12 comprises: adding chitosan into a mixed solution of acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide, and stirring for 1h at 50 ℃ to obtain the antibacterial enhancer; wherein the volume fraction of the hydrogen peroxide is 30%, and the weight ratio of the chitosan to the acetic acid to the hydrogen peroxide is 1: 5: 15.
7. the method for processing antibacterial and water repellent fabric according to claim 3, wherein the method for preparing the antibacterial and water repellent post-treatment agent in step S2 comprises the steps of:
s21: dissolving polydimethylsiloxane in a mixed solvent consisting of normal hexane and absolute ethyl alcohol;
s22: and adding a silane coupling agent and nano copper powder into the mixed solution, and ultrasonically stirring for 30min to obtain the antibacterial waterproof post-treatment agent.

The processing method of antibacterial and water repellent fabric according to claim 7, wherein the weight ratio of polydimethylsiloxane, n-hexane and absolute ethyl alcohol in step S21 is 1: 5: 5; the weight ratio of the silane coupling agent in the step S22, the nano copper powder and the mixed solution in the step S21 is 0.3: 1: 20.
9. the processing method of antibacterial and water repellent fabric according to claim 3, wherein the spraying process parameters in step S2 are as follows: the spraying speed is 20-22m/min, and the spraying thickness is 0.2-0.3 mm.
10. The processing method of antibacterial and water repellent fabric according to claim 3, wherein the drying process parameters in step S3 are as follows: the drying temperature is 90-110 deg.C, and the drying time is 8-10 min.
