Further, the paper board conveying driving assembly further comprises a conveying belt driving motor 213 and two groups of driving pulleys 214 driven by the conveying belt driving motor 213, wherein the two groups of driving pulleys 214 are arranged side by side and are respectively connected with the main conveying belt 211; the main conveyor belt is further connected with at least one driven belt pulley 216, the driven belt pulley 216 is mounted on a driven belt pulley shaft, the intermediate conveyor belt 212 is connected with an intermediate belt pulley, the intermediate belt pulley is mounted on an intermediate belt pulley shaft, one of the intermediate belt pulley shafts is detachably arranged with one of the driven belt pulley shafts and fixedly connected with the same, or one of the intermediate belt pulley shafts is integrally arranged with one of the driven belt pulley shafts, and the corresponding intermediate belt pulley is integrally arranged with the driven belt pulley.
In order to realize the arrangement of the middle conveying belt, the paperboard conveying driving assembly is provided with a middle support 215 between the two main conveying belts, the middle support 215 protrudes out of the front ends of the two main conveying belts, two middle pulley shafts are arranged in total, the first middle pulley shaft is rotatably supported at the rear part of the middle support, and the second middle pulley shaft is rotatably supported at the front part of the middle support. Two middle conveyer belts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle support. A large width conveying surface is formed at a position between the two main conveying belts 211 so as to keep the cardboard stably conveyed in the latter half of the cardboard conveying track 23.
Specifically, the puck stack 22 includes two rows of puck 221 mounted side-by-side to a puck support 222. The pinch roller support top is equipped with fixed bolster 223, be equipped with the uide bushing on the fixed bolster, the uide bushing is connected with guide bar 224, the lower extreme and the pinch roller support of guide bar are fixed, be equipped with adjusting nut on the fixed bolster, adjusting nut is connected with adjusting screw 225, adjusting screw passes through connecting horizontal pole 226 and is connected with two guide bars. After the adjusting nut is adjusted, the adjusting screw drives the two guide rods to lift along the guide sleeve through the connecting cross rod 226, so that the height adjustment of the two rows of pressing wheels 221 is realized, and finally, the position of the adjusting screw 225 can be locked through the locking nut. Therefore, the distance between the pinch roller 221 and the horizontal conveying surface can be adjusted, and the device is suitable for conveying packing paper boards with different thicknesses.
Further, a guiding pressing plate 227 is arranged in front of the pressing wheel support and is matched with the protruding part of the middle conveying belt 212 to guide conveying of the packing paper board. The guide pressing plate 227 is connected with a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height of the guide pressing plate, so that the guide pressing plate is applicable to packing material paperboards with different thicknesses. The height adjustment mechanism may be referred to in the art, for example, as similar to the height adjustment structure of puck stack 22.
As shown in fig. 7, the cardboard conveying rail 23 includes side rails 231 disposed side by side and an intermediate rail 232 disposed between the side rails 231 on both sides. The middle rail 232 is located at the side of the cardboard conveying driving assembly, extends from the side of the cardboard conveying driving assembly to the upper part of the boxing station, and corresponds to the bending part of the packing cardboard, so that the stable conveying of the packing cardboard in the posture is ensured by matching with the lateral rail 231, and one side surface of the packing cardboard is guided in the process of matching with the packing material forming, so that the side surface is folded along the bending part.
Further, the lateral track 231 includes a conveying section 2311 corresponding to the horizontal conveying surface of the conveyor belt and an output section 2312 that interfaces with the conveying section 2311 and extends above the boxing station. The conveying section is provided with a limiting channel formed by surrounding an upper limiting wall, a lower limiting wall and a side limiting wall, and limiting is formed on the upper side, the lower side and the side face of the edge of the packing material paperboard. Therefore, the packing paper board can be conveyed in a stable posture. The output section is provided with a conveying surface arranged in the extending direction of the lower limiting wall and a side blocking wall arranged in the extending direction of the side limiting wall, and the output section 2312 is provided with a positioning plate 2313 extending inwards near the output end. The structure similar to the upper limiting wall is not arranged above the output section, because the edge of the packing material paperboard has an upward turning action in the packing material forming process, and the upper limiting wall can influence the action process. The positioning plate 2313 prevents the transfer of the wrapsheet after it is transferred in place.
Referring to the product handling member 3 shown in fig. 9, the product 400 is handled from the product carrying surface 4, which is horizontally disposed and laterally disposed from the boxing station, to above the boxing station. The product handling component 3 comprises a handling sucker assembly 31, a sucker overturning assembly 33 and a sucker gesture maintaining assembly 32, the sucker overturning assembly 33 is provided with an overturning arm 333, and the overturning arm 333 rotates to drive the handling sucker assembly 31 to overturn, so that a product is handled to the position above the boxing station by the product bearing surface, and the gesture maintaining assembly 32 maintains the gesture of the handling sucker assembly 31 in the rotating process of the overturning arm 333.
To effect rotation of the invert arm 333, the suction cup invert assembly 33 is further provided with an invert drive shaft 334 that is connected to the invert arm, the invert drive shaft 334 being driven by an invert drive motor 331. It will be appreciated that a speed reducer 332 may be further provided, an input shaft of the speed reducer 332 is connected to an output shaft of the inversion driving motor 331, and an output shaft of the speed reducer 332 is connected to the inversion driving shaft 334, or may be integrally provided with the inversion driving shaft. Of course, the inversion driving shaft may be directly driven by the inversion driving motor 331, or the motor shaft may be integrally provided with the inversion driving shaft.
As an embodiment, the posture keeping assembly 32 includes a rotation shaft 321, where the rotation shaft 321 is rotatably connected to the flip arm 333, and the rotation shaft rotates to drive the handling sucker assembly to rotate during the rotation of the flip arm to keep the posture. For example, the product is placed horizontally on the product carrying surface, and thus remains horizontal throughout the handling process, which is also the case.
Further, the overturning driving motor 331 may be used as a power source for rotating the rotating shaft 321, the overturning driving shaft 333 is fixed with a first synchronous pulley 335, the rotating shaft 321 is fixed with a second synchronous pulley 322, and a synchronous belt 323 is connected between the first synchronous pulley 335 and the second synchronous pulley 322. On the one hand, the cost can be saved, and on the other hand, the coordination action of the overturning driving shaft 333 and the rotating shaft 321 can be ensured, namely, the rotating angle of the rotating shaft 321 is coordinated with the rotating angle of the overturning driving shaft 333, so that the carrying sucker assembly always keeps the posture.
The carrying sucker assembly 31 is provided with a sucker mounting plate 311 on which a plurality of suckers are arranged, and the plurality of suckers can be arranged in a rectangular array shape. The sucker mounting plate 311 is connected with a driving bracket 312, the driving bracket 312 is fixedly connected with a shaft connecting piece 313 through a hoop structure, and the shaft connecting piece 313 is connected with a rotating shaft 321.

1. A boxing apparatus is characterized by comprising a boxing conveying component, a paperboard conveying component and a product conveying component,
The packing conveying component is provided with a packing material conveying channel which extends horizontally, the packing conveying component comprises a packing material driving component with an annular movement path and a pushing plate, the pushing plate is arranged on the packing material driving component, the packing material driving component drives the pushing plate to pass through the packing material conveying channel, the packing conveying component is provided with a packing station corresponding to the packing material conveying channel, and a packing material forming guide structure for guiding packing material forming is arranged corresponding to the packing station; a packing material bearing platform assembly is arranged below the boxing station and comprises a packing material bearing platform and a lifting driver for driving the packing material bearing platform to lift, and a plurality of suckers are arranged on the packing material bearing platform;
The paperboard conveying component comprises a paperboard conveying rail for carrying the packaging paperboard to horizontally convey and a paperboard conveying driving component for driving the packaging paperboard to convey along the paperboard conveying rail, and the paperboard conveying rail extends to the position above the boxing station and is intersected with the horizontal movement path of the boxing conveying component;
The product conveying component conveys products from a product bearing surface to the position above a boxing station, the product bearing surface is horizontally arranged and is positioned at the side of the boxing station, the product conveying component comprises a conveying sucker assembly, a sucker overturning assembly and a sucker gesture maintaining assembly, the sucker overturning assembly is provided with an overturning arm which rotates in the vertical direction, the overturning arm rotates to drive the conveying sucker assembly to overturn, so that the products are conveyed to the position above the boxing station from the product bearing surface, the gesture maintaining assembly maintains the gesture of the conveying sucker assembly in the rotating process of the overturning arm, the packing material forming guide structure comprises corner positioning blocks which are arranged at four corner positions of the packing material after being correspondingly formed, and the corner positioning blocks are provided with a first lateral guide surface and a second lateral guide surface which are intersected; the packing material forming guide structure further comprises a rear limiting plate which is arranged at the rear side of the boxing station and corresponds to the rear side surface of the guide packing material for forming; the packing material forming guide structure comprises a front limiting plate which is arranged at the front side of a boxing station and corresponds to the front side surface of a guide packing material to be formed, the front limiting plate is driven by a packing material driving assembly to move unidirectionally along an annular path, the packing material driving assembly comprises a chain and a chain wheel, and the chain is arranged on the chain wheel and is unfolded to form an annular structure with arc-shaped two ends and straight middle; the boxing conveying component is provided with two groups of packing material driving components, a first group of chains and a second group of chains are arranged corresponding to the two groups of packing material driving components, the first group of chains and the second group of chains comprise two chains, the first group of chains and the second group of chains are positioned at positions parallel to each other, the two groups of packing material driving components share a chain wheel shaft, one chain wheel shaft is driven by a driving motor, a plurality of pairs of pushing plates are uniformly distributed on the two chains of the first group of chains along an annular movement path, and a plurality of pairs of front limiting plates are uniformly distributed on the two chains of the second group of chains along the annular movement path.

A boxing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cardboard conveying drive assembly comprises a cardboard conveyor belt comprising two main conveyor belts arranged side by side and an intermediate conveyor belt extending forward from between the two main conveyor belts and projecting from the front end of the main conveyor belts, the cardboard conveying drive assembly further comprising a conveyor belt drive motor, two sets of drive pulleys driven by the conveyor belt drive motor, the two sets of drive pulleys being respectively connected to the two main conveyor belts; the intermediate conveyor belt is connected with at least one intermediate pulley, and the intermediate pulley is driven by a conveyor belt driving motor.
3. A boxing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said main conveyor belt is connected to at least one driven pulley mounted to a driven pulley shaft, and wherein an intermediate pulley is mounted to an intermediate pulley shaft integrally provided with one of the driven pulley shafts.

A boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 3, wherein said cardboard conveyor belt has a horizontal conveying surface, said cardboard conveyor drive assembly further comprising a pinch roller set disposed above the horizontal conveying surface, said pinch roller set comprising at least one row of pinch rollers mounted to a pinch roller support.

A boxing apparatus in accordance with claim 1, wherein the cardboard conveying track comprises side-by-side lateral tracks and a middle track disposed between the side lateral tracks, the lateral tracks comprising a conveying section corresponding to the horizontal conveying surface of the conveyor belt and an output section contiguous with the conveying section and extending above the boxing station.

The boxing apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the conveying section is provided with a limiting channel formed by surrounding upper and lower limiting walls and side limiting walls, the output section is provided with a conveying surface arranged in the extending direction of the lower limiting walls and side blocking walls arranged in the extending direction of the side limiting walls, and the output section is provided with a positioning plate extending inwards near the output end.

The boxing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the suction cup overturning assembly is further provided with an overturning driving shaft connected with the overturning arm, the overturning driving shaft is driven by an overturning driving motor, the posture maintaining assembly comprises a rotating shaft rotatably connected with the overturning arm, and the rotating shaft is connected with the conveying suction cup assembly; the rotation shaft rotates to drive the carrying sucker assembly to rotate in the rotation process of the overturning arm so as to keep the posture of the carrying sucker assembly.
8. The boxing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein a first synchronous pulley is fixed to the turnover driving shaft, a second synchronous pulley is fixed to the rotation shaft, and a synchronous belt is connected between the first synchronous pulley and the second synchronous pulley.
