The current scene information of the rider includes the current weather condition, road conditions (whether a road is closed or not, traffic accidents exist) and the like. The special scenes comprise severe weather conditions (rainstorm, snowstorm and sand storm), road sealing, traffic accidents of riders and the like, and the trigger conditions are required to be set aiming at different special scenes in advance, for example, the rainfall reaching the rainstorm level is set aiming at the severe weather conditions.

It should be noted that, if the embodiment of the present invention only relates to a care scenario, the user may also send a care processing request for the rider to the server by clicking the order-calling button.
During specific feedback, the server side determines a care feedback message suitable for the user according to the crowd attribute information and the current scene information of the user, and meanwhile, determines a care message suitable for the rider according to the crowd attribute information and the scene information of the rider. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method of the embodiments of the present application.
Based on the method shown in fig. 4 and the virtual device embodiment shown in fig. 8, in order to achieve the above object, the present application further provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 9, where the computer device includes a storage medium and a processor; a storage medium for storing a computer program; a processor for executing a computer program to implement the message processing method as shown in fig. 4.
Optionally, the above entity devices may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WI-FI module, and the like. The user interface may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a keypad (Keyboard), etc., and the optional user interface may also include a USB interface, a card reader interface, etc. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), etc.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the client device architecture provided in the present embodiment does not constitute a limitation of such physical devices, and may include more or fewer components, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
The storage medium may further include an operating system and a network communication module. The operating system is a program that manages the hardware and software resources of the two physical devices described above, supporting the operation of the information processing program as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among components in the storage medium and communication with other hardware and software in the information processing entity device.
Through the description of the above embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the application can promote the rider to timely reply to the order-asking operation of the user by changing the harsh machine prompt into the emotional order-asking information with human emotion, and can establish the emotional contact between the rider and the user, so as to improve the message communication efficiency in the order-asking process.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the figures are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the blocks or processes in the figures are not necessarily required to practice the present application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. Claims (10)

1. A message processing method, comprising:
responding to an order-urging operation event triggered by a user, and sending an order-urging request to a server;
receiving emotional operation feedback information sent by the server, and displaying the emotional operation feedback information in an order detail page, wherein the server is used for acquiring at least one of user information, rider information, order information and scene information; according to at least one of the user information, the rider information, the order information and the scene information, determining emotional operation feedback information suitable for the user and emotional order induction information suitable for the rider respectively; and respectively sending the emotional operation feedback message and the emotional order-urging message to a user terminal and a rider terminal for displaying.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving of the emotional operation feedback message sent by the server and displaying the emotional operation feedback message in an order detail page comprises:
determining a first display position of the emotional operation feedback message in the order detail page based on position information of a rider identifier in the order detail page;
and displaying the emotional operation feedback message based on the first display position.
3. A message processing method, comprising:
responding to an order urging request sent by a user terminal, and acquiring at least one of user information, rider information, order information and scene information;
according to at least one of the user information, the rider information, the order information and the scene information, determining emotional operation feedback information suitable for the user and emotional order induction information suitable for the rider respectively;
and respectively sending the emotional operation feedback message and the emotional solicitation message to the user terminal and the rider terminal for displaying.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the user information is preference information or crowd attribute information of the user, the rider information is preference information or crowd attribute information of the rider, the order information is a service scene corresponding to an order, the scene information is seasonal climate information or holiday activity information, and emotional operation feedback messages applicable to the user and emotional solicitation messages applicable to the rider are respectively determined according to at least one of the user information, the rider information, the order information and the scene information, and the method comprises:
according to the preference information of the user and the preference information of the rider, emotional operation feedback information suitable for the user and emotional solicitation information suitable for the rider are respectively determined; or
According to the crowd attribute information of the user and the crowd attribute information of the rider, determining emotional operation feedback information suitable for the user and emotional solicitation information suitable for the rider respectively; or
According to the service scene corresponding to the order, determining emotional operation feedback information suitable for the user and emotional order induction information suitable for the rider respectively; or
And according to the seasonal climate information or the festival activity information, determining emotional operation feedback information suitable for the user and emotional solicitation information suitable for the rider respectively.
5. A message processing apparatus, comprising:
the sending unit is used for responding to a list urging operation event triggered by a user and sending a list urging request to the server;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the emotional operation feedback message sent by the server and displaying the emotional operation feedback message in an order detail page, wherein the server is used for acquiring at least one of user information, rider information, order information and scene information; according to at least one of the user information, the rider information, the order information and the scene information, determining emotional operation feedback information suitable for the user and emotional order urging information suitable for the rider respectively; and respectively sending the emotional operation feedback message and the emotional solicitation message to a user terminal and a rider terminal for displaying.
6. A message processing apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for responding to an order urging request sent by a user terminal and acquiring at least one of user information, rider information, order information and scene information;
the determining unit is used for respectively determining emotional operation feedback information suitable for the user and emotional order urging information suitable for the rider according to at least one of the user information, the rider information, the order information and the scene information;
and the sending unit is used for respectively sending the emotional operation feedback message and the emotional solicitation message to the user terminal and the rider terminal for displaying.
7. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implementing the message processing method of any one of claims 1 to 2.
8. A computer device comprising a storage medium, a processor and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the message processing method of any one of claims 1 to 2 when executing the computer program.
9. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when executed by a processor, implementing the message processing method of any one of claims 3 to 4.
10. A computer device comprising a storage medium, a processor and a computer program stored on the storage medium and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the message processing method of any one of claims 3 to 4 when executing the computer program.
