Optionally, the pressing plate 14 is further provided with a plurality of through holes, the through holes of the pressing plate 14 and the second cylinders 114 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and the second cylinders 114 correspond to the through holes of one pressing plate 14, so that when the pressing plate 14 cooperates with the first bottom plate 111 to extrude the beads 20, the second cylinders 114 can pass through the through holes corresponding to the pressing plate 14, and the first cylinders 124 can pass through the second through holes 142 of the pressing plate 14 and the first through holes 113 of the first bottom plate 111, so that the pressing plate 14 can be tightly attached to the first bottom plate 111, the effect of extruding the beads 20 by cooperating with the pressing plate 14 and the first bottom plate 111 is further improved, and the detergent residue inside the beads 20 is prevented.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the compression spring 15 is disposed between the box cover 12 and the pressing plate 14, so as to provide an elastic restoring force between the box cover 12 and the pressing plate 14, so that the pressing plate 14 can cooperate with the first bottom plate 111 to press the beads 20, and meanwhile, the pressing plate 14 can adapt to the inclination of the first bottom plate 111 (i.e., the pressing plate 14 can be parallel to the first bottom plate 111 when pressing the beads 20), and the pressing plate 14 and the first bottom plate 111 can be attached to each other more tightly, so as to improve the pressing effect of the beads 20.
Optionally, the compression spring 15 is disposed around the first cylinder 124, that is, the first cylinder 124 penetrates the compression spring 15, or the compression spring 15 is sleeved on the first cylinder 124, so that an additional fixing structure is not required to fix the compression spring 15 alone, and the processing cost can be saved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, a laundry treatment kit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bead releasing box assembly 10 according to any one of the above embodiments, an upper cover 101, and a lower cover 102, the laundry treatment kit 100 further defines an installation opening 103, and the bead releasing box assembly 10 is detachably disposed in an installation space 104 defined by the upper cover 101 and the lower cover 102 through the installation opening 103.
Specifically, the upper cover 101 and the lower cover 102 enclose an installation space 104 of the bead putting box assembly 10, the upper cover 101 and the lower cover 102 are combined into a housing of the laundry treatment box 100, the housing is further opened with an installation opening 103, the installation opening 103 is communicated with the installation space 104, the lower cover 102 comprises a bottom wall 1021 and a side wall 1022, and the installation opening 103 is opened at the side wall 1022, so that the bead putting box assembly 10 can be put into the laundry treatment box 100 from a horizontal direction.
Referring to fig. 9, the upper cover 101 further includes a matching portion 1011 matching with the protrusion 123, the matching portion 1011 protrudes from the surface of the upper cover 101 toward the lower cover 102, and during the process of putting the assembly 10 into the installation space 104 from the installation opening 103, the matching portion 1011 of the upper cover 101 is used for pressing the box cover 12 (e.g. the protrusion 123 of the top surface 121 of the box cover 12 or the portion outside the area of the protrusion 123 on the top surface 121), so that the box cover 12 matches with the tray 11 to press the beads 20, and since the matching portion 1011 protrudes from the surface of the upper cover 101 toward the lower cover 102, when the matching portion 1011 presses the box cover 12, the pressing between the box cover 12 and the tray 11 is tighter, thereby improving the pressing effect on the beads 20.
In addition, the pressing of the box cover 12 is achieved only by the fitting part 1011, not only the pressing effect is improved, but also the contact area of the upper cover 101 and the box cover 12 is reduced, and even if damage occurs during the pressing process, only the fitting part 1011 is damaged, thereby prolonging the service life of the laundry treating agent box 100.
The lower cover 102 may be provided with an outflow port 1023, and after the detergent of the bead dispensing cassette assembly 10 flows out of the siphon hole 1123, the detergent flows into the lower cover 102 and flows out of the outflow port 1023 into the washing apparatus, so as to perform a washing operation.
Alternatively, the outflow port 1023 is provided at the bottom wall 1021, the bottom wall 1021 may be inclined to the horizontal plane, and the outflow port 1023 is located at a position in the bottom wall 1021 where a height difference from the horizontal plane is the largest, thereby enabling the detergent to flow from different positions of the bottom wall 1021 to the outflow port 1023 and out of the outflow port 1023 to the washing apparatus.
The laundry treatment kit 100 further includes a dispenser box 105, the dispenser box 105 is provided with a mounting slot 1051, the bead releasing box assembly 10 is detachably disposed in the mounting slot 1051, the dispenser box 105 is movably disposed in the mounting space 104, for example, the dispenser box 105 can be pulled out from the mounting opening 103 or pushed into the mounting space 104 from the mounting opening 103 in a drawer manner, so as to drive the bead releasing box assembly 10 to move out of the mounting space 104 or move into the mounting space 104.
Referring to fig. 13, the washing apparatus 1000 according to the embodiment of the present application includes the laundry treatment agent box 100 according to any one of the embodiments described above, i.e., the laundry treatment agent box 100 is mounted in the washing apparatus 1000.
Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 12, by providing the laundry treatment box 100, when the washing device 1000 needs to perform a washing operation, the bead putting box assembly 10 in the laundry treatment box 100 can be taken out, after the bead putting box assembly 10 is taken out, the box cover 12 can be automatically opened under the action of the torsion spring 16, then a user can put the beads 20 into the holding box 11 and put the bead putting box assembly 10 into the laundry treatment box 100 from the mounting opening 103, during the putting process, the first cylinder 124 of the box cover 12 and the second cylinder 114 of the holding box 11 can puncture the casing of the beads 20, so that the detergent inside the beads 20 flows out, then the box cover 12 drives the pressing plate 14 to press the first bottom plate 111, the pressing plate 14 and the first bottom plate 111 are tightly attached to further extrude the detergent inside the beads 20, so as to prevent the detergent from remaining inside the beads 20, the detergent flows along the inclined first bottom plate 111, flows from the first through holes 113 to the second base plate 112, then flows along the inclined second base plate 112 to the vicinity of the siphon column 115, sucks the detergent out of the siphon holes 1123 by a siphon effect, and flows again along the inclined lower cover 102 after flowing from the siphon holes 1123 to the lower cover 102, and finally flows out of the outflow port 1023 into the washing apparatus 1000 for a washing operation.

Claims (16)

1. A bead drop box assembly, comprising:
the holding box is used for placing the beads;
the box cover can move relative to the support box and forms an accommodating space with the support box;
the pressing plate is arranged on one surface, facing the support box, of the box cover and is movable relative to the box cover.

The assembly of claim 1, wherein the tray comprises a first bottom plate and a second bottom plate, the first bottom plate is used for placing the beads, the second bottom plate is opposite to the first bottom plate, the first bottom plate is closer to the box cover than the second bottom plate, the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate are both disposed in an inclined horizontal plane, and the first bottom plate is provided with a first through hole.
3. The bead releasing box assembly according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of first cylinders are formed on a bottom surface of the box cover, the first cylinders correspond to the first through holes, and the first cylinders can pass through the corresponding first through holes.
4. The assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second base plate has a plurality of second posts formed thereon, the second posts are spaced apart from each other and are fixed to the first base plate and the second base plate, and the second posts penetrate the first base plate to protrude from a surface of the first base plate adjacent to the pressing plate and are located outside the first through holes.
5. The bead releasing box assembly according to claim 4, wherein the first bottom plate comprises a first body and a siphon cover extending from the first body to the second bottom plate, the siphon cover encloses a siphon space, the second bottom plate comprises a second body and a siphon column extending from the second body to the first body, at least a portion of the siphon column extends into the siphon space, the siphon column is provided with a siphon hole penetrating through the siphon column and the second body, and the siphon hole is communicated with the siphon space.
6. The bead drop box assembly of claim 4, wherein an end of said first cylinder distal from said lid forms a tapered portion; and/or the end part of the second cylinder far away from the holding box forms a conical part.
7. The assembly of claim 3, wherein the pressing plate defines a plurality of second through holes, the first cylinder corresponds to one of the second through holes, and the first cylinder can pass through the corresponding second through hole.
8. The assembly of claim 7, further comprising a compression spring disposed on the first cylinder and between the pressing plate and the lid.
9. The assembly of claim 7, wherein the bottom surface of the box cover further comprises a connecting post, the pressing plate is formed with a groove, the groove is formed by recessing the pressing plate from the surface opposite to the first bottom plate towards the direction away from the first bottom plate, the bottom wall of the groove is provided with a connecting hole, the connecting post penetrates through the connecting hole, and the diameter of the end portion of the connecting post in the groove is greater than the diameter of the connecting hole.
10. The bead putting box assembly according to claim 1, wherein the bead putting box assembly is detachably disposed in the bead putting box, a protrusion is formed on a top surface of the box cover, and when the bead putting box assembly is put into the laundry treatment kit, the upper cover of the laundry treatment kit can press the protrusion to drive the box cover to move toward the support box, so that the box cover and the support box cooperate to press the beads.
11. The bead drop box assembly of claim 10, wherein a portion of a surface of said protrusion that is cut by a plane perpendicular to said top surface and parallel to a direction in which said bead drop box assembly is inserted is an arc.
12. The bead releasing box assembly according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the plurality of protrusions are sequentially spaced along a direction in which the bead releasing box assembly is placed.
13. The assembly according to claim 10, wherein the lid and the holder are rotatably connected by a rotating structure, the rotating structure comprises a fixing post and a protrusion, the fixing post is formed on the lid, the fixing post is located on a side surface of the lid, the protrusion is formed on the holder, a fixing hole is formed on the protrusion, and the fixing post penetrates through the fixing hole.
14. The assembly according to claim 13, further comprising an opening assembly, wherein the opening assembly comprises a mounting post and a torsion spring, the mounting post is disposed on the support box, the torsion spring is sleeved on the mounting post, one end of the torsion spring abuts against the support box, and the other end of the torsion spring abuts against the box cover.
15. A clothes treating agent box, which is characterized by comprising an upper cover, a lower cover and the bead putting box assembly of any one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the clothes treating agent box is also provided with a mounting opening, and the bead putting box assembly is detachably arranged in a mounting space enclosed by the upper cover and the lower cover through the mounting opening.
16. A washing apparatus, characterized in that the washing apparatus comprises the laundry treatment agent cartridge of claim 15.
