As shown in fig. 5 to 6, when the flow channel 211 is in a closed state, the wave crests on the wave-shaped pushing surface 2411 of the driving cam 241 are attached to the wave troughs on the wave-shaped contact surface 2421 of the driven cam 242, and the sealing plate 232 seals the inlet of the lower seat 217; when the flow channel 211 is opened, the knob 22 is rotated, the knob 22 drives the driving cam 241 to rotate, the wave crests of the wavy pushing surface 2411 move out from the wave troughs of the wavy contact surface 2421 until the wave crests move to the concave positions 2422 of the wave crests of the wavy contact surface 2421, in the process, the driving cam 241 does not move in the axis direction of the body 21, the driven cam 242 moves downwards in the axis direction of the body 21 under the pushing of the driving cam 241, the driven cam 242 simultaneously pushes the ejector rod 51 connected with the extending part 2424 of the driven cam 242 to move downwards, the ejector rod 51 pushes the sealing plate 52 to move downwards, the sealing plate 52 does not block the inlet of the flow channel 211 on the lower seat 217 any more, the liquid in the kettle can flow out from the flow channel 211, and meanwhile, the driven cam 242 moves downwards to compress the elastic piece 243 between the convex part 423 and the installation cavity 212; when the flow channel is closed, after the wave crests of the wavy pushing surface 2411 of the driving cam 241 are moved out of the concave positions 2422 of the wavy contact surface of the driven cam 242 by the knob 22, the compressed elastic member 243 located between the convex parts 423 of the driven cam 242 and the mounting cavity 212 pushes the driven cam 242 to move upward along the axis direction of the body 21 under the action of the restoring force, the driven cam 242 moving upward will drive the sealing cover 5 to move upward until the wave troughs on the wavy contact surface 2421 of the driven cam 242 are attached to the wave crests on the wavy pushing surface 2411 of the driving cam 241, and the sealing plate 232 seals the inlet of the flow channel 211 on the lower seat 217.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7 to 10, the thermos bottle further comprises a handle assembly 3, the handle assembly 3 comprises a handle holder 31 and a handle 32 detachably connected with the handle holder 31, the handle holder 31 is disposed on a sidewall of the bottle body 1, the handle holder 31 is fixedly connected to the bottle body 1, the handle 32 comprises a holding portion 321 and a connecting portion 322 fixedly connected with the holding portion 321, and a holding space is formed between the holding portion 321 and the connecting portion 322, so that a user can hold the handle when using the thermos bottle. At least two sections of grooves 33 are arranged on one of the handle seat 31 and the connecting part 322, a lug 34 corresponding to the groove 33 is arranged on the other one, the lug 34 is detachably connected in the groove 33, and the groove 33 can fix the lug 34 which moves to the corresponding position in the groove 33, so that the handle 32 is detachably connected with the handle seat 31. By arranging at least two sections of grooves 33 on one of the handle seat 31 and the connecting part 322, the connecting stability of the handle 32 and the kettle body 1 can be improved, the stroke of the lug 34 in the groove 33 in the installation process can be effectively reduced, the friction resistance of the sliding of the lug 34 is reduced, a user can easily install and disassemble the handle 32, the abrasion between the lug 34 and the groove 33 is correspondingly reduced, and the service life of the handle 32 is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7 to 10, the recess 33 includes an insertion groove section 331 and a snap groove section 332 connected to each other, the insertion groove section 331 and the snap groove section 332 are integrally formed, when the protrusion 34 is located in the insertion groove section 331, the recess 33 has no fixing effect on the protrusion 34, and the handle 32 can be taken out of the handle holder 31; when the projection 34 is pressed into the insertion groove section 331, the projection 34 is pushed to move from the insertion groove section 331 to the snap groove section 332, and the connecting portion 322 of the handle 32 is snapped on the handle holder 31. Preferably, the groove 33 is a T-shaped groove or a dovetail groove, and the protrusion 34 corresponds to the groove 33, so as to increase the stability of the connection between the groove 33 and the protrusion 34.
In the embodiment, the groove 33 is disposed on the handle holder 31 for illustration, and the groove 33 is disposed on the handle holder 31 for facilitating the installation of the handle 32. The handle seat 31 is provided with at least one groove 33 in which a spring buckle 35 is arranged, the groove wall of the groove 33 is provided with a spring buckle hole 333 corresponding to the spring buckle 35, the spring buckle 35 can extend out of the spring buckle hole 333, and the spring buckle hole 333 can provide a positioning and guiding function for the spring buckle 35. The elastic buckle 35 is disposed in the insertion slot section 331 of the groove 33, and the bottom of the elastic buckle 35 abuts against an elastic sheet 36. When the projection 34 is located in the insertion slot section 331, the projection 34 presses the latch 35 to retract into the latch hole 333, when the projection 34 moves from the insertion slot section 331 to the catch slot section 332 and abuts against the end of the catch slot section 332, the latch 35 loses the pressing force of the projection 34, the latch 35 is ejected from the handle holder 31 under the restoring force of the elastic sheet 36, abuts against the projection 34, and the projection 34 is fixed in the groove 33, preferably, the projection 34 abuts against the end of the projection 34. Preferably, the handle 32 is provided with a detaching hole 323 corresponding to the position of the elastic buckle 35, the detaching hole 323 has a small aperture and can be extended only by means of a clip, a thimble and other thin objects, so that the handle can be effectively prevented from falling off due to mistaken touch of the elastic buckle 35 when the kettle is used. When the handle 32 needs to be detached from the handle seat 31, a thin object needs to be inserted into the detaching hole 323 to push the elastic buckle 35 to be retracted into the elastic buckle hole 333, after the elastic buckle 35 is retracted into the elastic buckle hole 333, the elastic buckle 35 does not abut against the projection 34 located in the clamping groove section 332, when the projection 34 is pushed to move from the clamping groove section 332 to the insertion groove section 331, the handle 32 can be taken out from the handle seat 31, and after the handle 32 is taken out, the elastic buckle 35 is reset under the action of the elastic sheet 36. The elastic sheet 36 includes a fixed portion 361 and an elastic portion 362 connected to each other, the fixed portion 361 and the elastic portion 362 are integrally formed, and in other embodiments, the fixed portion 361 and the elastic portion 362 may be two separate components. The fixing portion 361 is fixed on the inner seat plate 311 by a screw connection or a snap-fit connection, a through groove 3112 matched with the elastic portion 362 is arranged on the inner seat plate 311, and the through groove 3112 can accommodate the elastic sheet 36 in a deformed state under the compression of the elastic buckle 35.
Further, the handle seat 31 comprises an inner seat plate 311 and an outer seat plate 312 detachably connected with the inner seat plate 311, the inner seat plate 311 is disposed in the sidewall of the kettle body 1, the outer seat plate 312 is disposed outside the sidewall of the kettle body 1 corresponding to the inner seat plate 311, the sidewall of the kettle body 1 is clamped between the inner seat plate 311 and the outer seat plate 312, the inner seat plate 311 is provided with a plurality of positioning protrusions 3111 extending toward the outer seat plate 312, the sidewall of the kettle body 1 and the outer seat plate 312 are provided with positioning holes 3121 corresponding to the positioning protrusions 3111, when the handle seat is installed, the positioning protrusions 3111 of the inner seat plate 311 are firstly clamped into the positioning holes 3121 to pre-position the inner seat plate 311 and the outer seat plate 312, the inner seat plate 311 and the outer seat plate 312 are conveniently fixed on the sidewall of the kettle body 1 by screws, the handle seat 31 is divided into the inner seat plate 311 and the outer seat plate 312 which are detachably connected, only corresponding screw holes, holes for accommodating the positioning protrusions 3111, holes corresponding to the snap holes 333, and the like are required to be reserved on the kettle body 1, so that appearance modeling (such as pasting complete pattern stickers, weaving modeling outside the kettle body 1, and the like) of the kettle body 1 is not affected, and the kettle is more attractive in vision. When the appearance of the kettle body 1 is added, the inner seat plate 311 and the outer seat plate 312 fixed on the side wall of the kettle body 1 are firstly removed, then the pattern sticker is pasted on the outer wall of the kettle body 1 or the braided fabric is sleeved on the outer wall of the kettle body 1, holes corresponding to the positioning hole 3121, the elastic buckle hole 333, the screw hole and the like are punched on the pattern sticker or the braided fabric, finally the inner seat plate 311 and the outer seat plate 312 are fixed on the side wall of the kettle body 1, and the added appearance is clamped between the inner seat plate 311 and the outer seat plate 312 together with the side wall of the kettle body 1. Moreover, the fixing of the seat 31 to the kettle body 1 can be increased by the cooperation of the positioning protrusion 3111 and the screw. Preferably, the inner base plate 311 is a plastic plate to avoid damage to the inner container of the kettle caused by collision during installation and disassembly, and the outer base plate 312 is a metal plate to increase strength and wear resistance. The outer seat plate 312 is provided with at least two end grooves 33, and the handle 32 is detachably connected with the outer seat plate 312 through the matching of the handle 32 and the grooves 33.
As shown in fig. 1, an elastic locking component 4 is arranged at the spout 11, the kettle plug 2 is used for blocking the spout 11 to prevent the liquid in the kettle from flowing out due to the toppling of the thermos kettle, and a clamping groove 27 corresponding to the elastic locking component 4 is arranged on the kettle plug 2. When the kettle plug 2 needs to be installed, the kettle plug 2 is firstly placed on the kettle opening 11, the elastic locking component 4 can be clamped into the clamping groove 27 under the action of gravity and/or slight external force of the kettle plug 2, so that the kettle plug 2 is fixed, and the kettle plug 2 is ensured not to easily fall off from the kettle body 1, so that liquid in the kettle is splashed. It should be noted that the elastic locking component 4 can be clamped into the clamping groove 27 under the action of gravity and/or slight external force of the kettle plug 2, which means that the kettle plug 2 can be in fit connection with the elastic locking component 4 under the condition of self gravity or only applying a small external force to the kettle plug 2. By adopting the mode that the elastic locking component 4 is matched with the clamping groove 27 on the kettle plug 2, the volume and the weight of the kettle plug 2 are effectively reduced, and the thermos flask has the advantages of attractive overall appearance, simple structure, easy cleaning and convenient use.
As shown in fig. 1 and 11, the elastic locking assembly 4 includes a lock tongue 41 capable of extending out of an inner side wall of the spout 11, a key 42 capable of extending out of an outer side wall of the spout 11, and an elastic mechanism 43 connecting the lock tongue 41 and the key 42, the elastic mechanism 43 includes a lever 431 and a spring 432 for pushing the lever to return, two ends of the lever 431 are respectively connected to the lock tongue 41 and the key 42, the elastic mechanism 43 further includes a rotating shaft 433 for supporting the lever 431 to rotate, the rotating shaft 433 passes through holes of the lever 431 and the spring 432, and in other embodiments, a corresponding protruding column may be disposed at the spout 11 for supporting the lever 431 to rotate. By pressing the button 42, the lever 431 can be pushed to rotate around the rotating shaft 433, so that the bolt 41 connected with the other end of the lever 431 leaves the clamping groove 27 and retracts into the inner side wall of the spout 11, after the blockage of the bolt 41 is eliminated, the kettle plug 2 can be taken out of the spout 11, and meanwhile, the lever 431 compresses the spring 432; when the button 42 is released, the compressed spring 432 releases the elastic force and pushes the lever 431 to return, so that the lever 431 pushes the button 42 to extend out of the outer side wall of the spout 11 and pushes the bolt 41 to extend out of the inner side wall of the spout 11. The spring 432 is a torsion spring, and two ends of the torsion spring are sleeved on the rotating shaft 433, so that the spring 432 is deformed by pressing the key 42, the key 42 is released, and the spring 432 is reset. In another embodiment, the spring 432 may be a compression spring, one end of which is connected to the lever 431 and the other end of which is connected to the inside of the spout 11. The key 42 is provided with a key sleeve 421, the key sleeve 421 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the kettle body 1 in a threaded connection or welding manner, the key 42 is movably arranged on the key sleeve 421, and the key 42 can retract and extend relative to the key sleeve 421. In other embodiments, the button 42 may be directly disposed at the spout 11. The elastic lock catch components 4 are arranged in two groups and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the kettle opening 11, so that the kettle plug 2 can be more powerfully fixed on the kettle opening 11.
As shown in fig. 11, a bell mouth 411 facing the lever 431 is provided on the latch tongue 41, and one end of the lever 431 is inserted into the latch tongue 41 from an open end of the bell mouth 411. The rotation of the lever 431 can drive the latch tongue 41 to move, and the bell mouth 411 reserves enough space for the rotating lever 311, so that the latch tongue 41 can be ensured to move in a translation way all the time. Two sides of the opening end of the bell mouth 411 are provided with inclined surfaces, and when the lever 431 is in an initial state (the button 42 is not pressed by an external force to push the lever 431), the side surface of the lever 431 is just attached to the inclined surfaces of the bell mouth 411.
As shown in fig. 12, one end of the button 42 close to the lever 431 is provided with a contact surface with a V-shaped cross section, and when the latch 41 is in a state of extending out of the inner side wall of the spout 11, the side surface of the lever 431 is attached to a half contact surface of the V-shaped contact surface; when the lock tongue 41 is retracted into the inner side wall of the kettle opening 11, the side surface of the lever 431 is tightly attached to the other half contact surface of the V-shaped contact surface.
As shown in fig. 1, the spout 11 includes an outer wall 111 of the upper part of the pot body 1 and an inner sleeve 112 abutting against the outer wall 111 of the upper part of the pot body 1, the elastic locking component 4 is disposed between the inner sleeve 112 and the outer wall 111 of the upper part of the pot body 1, the inner sleeve 112 is provided with a locking tongue hole 412 adapted to the locking tongue 41, and the outer wall 111 of the upper part of the pot body 1 is provided with a key hole 422 adapted to the key 42. Preferably, a rotating shaft 433 passing through the lever 431 and the spring 432 is provided on the inner sleeve 112. The inner sleeve 112 is mounted on the outer wall 111 of the upper part of the kettle body 1 from top to bottom, an annular convex part is arranged at the end part of the inner sleeve 112, the diameter of the annular convex part is larger than that of the outer wall 111 of the upper part of the kettle body 1, and when the annular convex part is abutted against the outer wall 111 of the upper part of the kettle body 1, the inner sleeve 112 stops moving downwards.
As shown in figure 13, the thermos further comprises an inner ring seat 12 for fixing the inner sleeve 112, the inner ring seat 12 is mounted at the lower end of the inner sleeve 112 from bottom to top, and after the mounting is completed, the inner ring seat 12 abuts against the inner side of the side wall of the kettle body 1. Preferably, the inner race 12 is threadably connected to the inner sleeve 112 to facilitate installation and removal of the inner sleeve 112. The inner side of the inner ring seat 12 is provided with an annular groove 121, which is convenient for holding the inner ring seat 12 to rotate during installation and reduces the weight of the inner ring seat 12. By providing the inner ring 12, the inner sleeve 112 can be fixed on the outer wall 111 of the upper portion of the spout 11, so that the elastic locking assembly 4 connected with the inner sleeve 112 can be fixed on the outer wall 111 of the upper portion of the spout 11.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the thermos further includes a lid 5 that can be covered outside the spout 11 and attracted by a magnet, a plurality of through holes 122 are disposed on the outer side of the inner ring 12, and the magnet for attracting and fixing the lid 5 is disposed on the through holes 122 to prevent the lid 5 from easily falling off the pot body 1.
It should be understood that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same, and those skilled in the art can modify the technical solutions described in the above embodiments, or make equivalent substitutions for some technical features; and all such modifications and alterations are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A thermo jug, comprising:
the kettle body is provided with a kettle opening, and a heat-preservation liner is arranged inside the kettle body;
the kettle plug is used for plugging the kettle opening and comprises a body, a knob, a sealing cover, a cam mechanism and a temperature indicating module; the body is provided with a flow channel, the knob is arranged at one end of the body, and the sealing cover is arranged at the other end of the body; the cover can move back and forth along the axial direction of the body to open or close the flow passage; the cam mechanism is arranged in the body and connected with the sealing cover and the knob, when the knob rotates, the sealing cover can be pushed to reciprocate along the axis direction of the body through the cam mechanism, and the temperature indicating module is arranged on the body and used for detecting and displaying temperature;
the handle subassembly, the handle subassembly include the handle seat and with the detachable handle of being connected of handle seat, kettle body lateral wall is located to the handle seat, the handle include the handle portion and with handle portion fixed connection's connecting portion, be formed with between handle portion and the connecting portion and control the space, be equipped with two sections at least recesses on one of seat and connecting portion, be equipped with on the other with the corresponding lug of recess, the lug is realized with the recess cooperation the handle is connected with the detachable of handle seat.

The thermos bottle of claim 1, wherein the cam mechanism comprises an active cam connected to the knob, a passive cam connected to the cover, and an elastic member for urging the passive cam to return, wherein the active cam is provided with a wavy urging surface, and the passive cam is provided with a wavy contact surface adapted to the wavy urging surface.
3. The thermos bottle of claim 2, wherein the body is provided with a mounting cavity and a positioning post arranged in the mounting cavity, the driving cam and the driven cam are provided with sleeving holes corresponding to the positioning post, and the driving cam and the driven cam are arranged in the mounting cavity and movably sleeved on the positioning post; the temperature indicating module comprises a detection rod and a temperature display disc connected with the detection rod, and the detection rod penetrates through the positioning hole and can extend out of the sealing cover; a concave cavity is arranged on the knob, the temperature display disc is positioned in the concave cavity, a holding operation part for rotating the knob by fingers is formed on the side wall of the concave cavity, and a first sealing ring is arranged between the detection rod and the positioning hole; the temperature indicating module is fixed in the positioning hole through the first sealing ring.
4. A thermos according to claim 3, characterized in that the wave crests of the wave-shaped contact surface of the passive cam are provided with recesses, and the wave crests of the wave-shaped pushing surface of the active cam are positioned when they move into the recesses.

An insulated kettle according to claim 1, wherein said recess comprises an insertion slot section and a catch slot section connected to each other, said handle being removable from said handle base when said projection is in said insertion slot section, said handle being caught on said handle base when said projection is moved at least partially from said insertion slot section to said catch slot section; the grooves are arranged on the handle seat, elastic buckles are arranged in at least one of the grooves, elastic buckle holes corresponding to the elastic buckles are formed in the groove walls of the grooves, the bottoms of the elastic buckles abut against an elastic piece, when the convex blocks are located in the clamping groove sections, the elastic buckles extend out of the elastic buckle holes and abut against the convex blocks, the convex blocks are fixed in the grooves, the elastic buckles are arranged in the insertion groove sections of the grooves, when the convex blocks abut against the end portions of the clamping groove sections, the elastic buckles abut against the end portions of the convex blocks, and the convex blocks are fixed in the grooves; the handle is provided with a dismounting hole corresponding to the position of the elastic buckle.

The thermos bottle of claim 5, wherein the handle base comprises an inner base plate and an outer base plate detachably connected to the inner base plate, the side wall of the bottle body is sandwiched between the inner base plate and the outer base plate, and the handle is detachably connected to the outer base plate.

The thermos bottle of claim 6, wherein the inner seat plate is a plastic plate, the outer seat plate is a metal plate, the inner seat plate is provided with a plurality of positioning protrusions extending toward the outer seat plate, and the outer seat plate is provided with positioning holes corresponding to the positioning protrusions.

The thermos bottle of claim 1, wherein the spout is provided with a resilient latch assembly, the bottle plug is provided with a slot corresponding to the resilient latch assembly, and the resilient latch assembly can be snapped into the slot under the action of gravity and/or slight external force of the bottle plug.

The thermos bottle of claim 8, wherein the resilient latch assembly comprises a latch extending out of the inner wall of the spout, a button extending out of the outer wall of the spout, and a resilient mechanism connecting the latch and the button, the resilient mechanism urging the latch to retract into the inner wall of the spout when the button is pressed; the elastic mechanism comprises a lever and a spring for pushing the lever to reset, the two ends of the lever are respectively connected with the spring bolt and the key, the spring bolt is provided with a direction towards the bell mouth of the lever, and one end of the lever is inserted into the spring bolt from the open end of the bell mouth.

The thermos flask according to claim 9, wherein the spout comprises an outer wall of the upper part of the flask body and an inner sleeve abutting against the outer wall of the upper part of the flask body, the elastic locking assembly is arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer wall of the upper part of the flask body, the inner sleeve is provided with a locking tongue hole adapted to the locking tongue, and the outer wall of the upper part of the flask body is provided with a key hole adapted to the key; the thermos bottle also comprises an inner ring seat used for fixing the inner sleeve, and the inner ring seat is connected to the lower end of the inner sleeve and can abut against the inner side of the side wall of the bottle body; the lower end of the inner ring seat is provided with an annular groove; the thermos bottle also comprises a bottle cap which can be covered outside the bottle opening and can be attracted by a magnet, and the inner ring seat is provided with a magnet for attracting and fixing the bottle cap.
