当前随着人们对生活水平的要求越来越高,对纺织日用品的功能性也是越来越丰富,尤其是对绿色、环保、健康等方面的需求。
毛巾这种日用消费品在广大消费者中的使用是非常广泛的,但是使用过程中容易滋生细菌,对消费者造成伤害。目前市面上的抗菌毛巾,一般使用纳米银抗菌整理,以及铜离子等抗菌材料,抗菌整理一般是使用抗菌溶液,采取压辊浸压的方式,将抗菌液压进毛巾内部,增加抗菌持久性。这种抗菌产品具有成本高,以及压辊浸压后毛巾手感发硬,影响使用舒适度等问题,而且抗菌持久性有待改善,这些问题都制约着抗菌毛巾被广大消费者认可,以及进一步发展。
稀土抗菌材料具有无毒、耐高温、耐酸碱、原料成本低等优点,对比市面上的纳米银和铜离子等抗菌材料,抗菌后的产品经过多次洗涤抗菌效果更加突出,为此将稀土整理应用毛巾上,使其具有抗菌作用,市场前景广阔。

本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种能长效锁住抗菌剂,具有抗菌持久性并且生产成本低,毛巾手感柔软,使用舒适的稀土整理抗菌毛巾。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种稀土整理抗菌毛巾的织造工艺,织造的毛巾能长效锁住抗菌剂,具有抗菌持久性并且生产成本低,毛巾手感柔软,使用舒适。

在织造完成后经过稀土抗菌剂溶液两面喷涂后,再经过同步松式烘干得到所述抗菌毛巾;所述烘干时的烘干温度为130℃~180℃。
作为改进的一种技术方案,所述稀土抗菌剂溶液中含有30~40g/L稀土抗菌剂,和2~5g/L纳米级分散、自交联聚醚聚氨酯型高端整理剂;所述稀土抗菌剂是利用针状氧化锌晶须配合镧、铈稀土材料以及PE、PP等分散剂,经过高能分散混合并通过1000度左右高温烧制,通过独特的生产工艺最终制备成耐1500度高温、稳定、安全无毒的白色抗菌粉末。
作为改进的一种技术方案,所述喷涂时,使用多个喷头,喷洒速度为10~16m/min,均匀喷洒在所述毛巾的两面,使毛巾织物的稀土抗菌剂带液量为70~80%。
所述喷涂时,使用喷雾装置,所述喷雾装置设有上、下两排相对的各12个喷头串联固定在平幅松式烘干机后方支架上,喷头用导料管与料桶连接,导料管设有电子阀门控制喷头喷射液体量的大小。
作为改进的一种技术方案,为确保稀土抗菌剂性能,喷洒稀土抗菌剂溶液的同时,同步平幅松式烘干,平幅松式烘干采用无张力布带式烘干机,烘干温度为130℃~180℃,烘干速度为10~16m/min,风力主机马达频率为50HZ,毛圈的毛尖方向与风力方向相一致。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,所述毛巾的一面起毛圈,纬纱在毛巾的另一面起浮长形成交错排列的沟壑状浮长组织;所述毛巾在织造完成后经过稀土抗菌剂溶液两面喷涂后,再经过同步松式烘干得到所述抗菌毛巾。由于采用一面毛圈,另一面交错排列的沟壑状浮长组织,这样使用稀土抗菌剂溶液喷涂后,确保毛圈的毛圈纱线及不起毛的布面组织中地经、纬纱都均匀覆盖有稀土抗菌剂,且本发明是将稀土抗菌溶液均匀喷洒到毛巾织物本体的正反面,经过采用无张力松式烘干后制得所需毛巾织物,抗菌毛巾手感柔软,不会影响使用效果,在毛巾织物抗菌效果明显而且抗菌效果持久,且生产加工成本相对可控,市场前景广阔。
本发明的抗菌毛巾的毛经采用纯棉中空纱线;起浮长纬纱采用再生纤维素纤维和弱捻棉纱的合股纱,且再生纤维素纤维和弱捻棉纱经过特定的纱支搭配和捻度搭配,更容易吸收稀土抗菌剂,再生纤维素纤维的吸水性强,弱捻棉纱的应用进一步加强了不起毛面特殊组织吸收稀土整理剂的能力。
本发明的抗菌毛巾的沟壑状浮长组织是由彼此相邻的多个纬纱组中的多根纬纱分别起浮长形成多个纬浮长组,多个所述纬浮长组依次左或者向右错开至少一个经组织点。这些浮长凸起因组织交织点少,结构松散,更容易吸收稀土整理剂,而且沟壑状的浮长组织,抗菌溶液更容易渗透到组织内部。
本发明的稀土抗菌溶液中含有30~40g/L稀土抗菌剂,和2~5g/L纳米级分散、自交联聚醚聚氨酯型高端整理剂;所述纳米级分散、自交联聚醚聚氨酯型高端整理剂是一种可自行交联的聚醚聚氨酯聚合物,粒子粒径小于100nm,是真正意义上的纳米分散液,具有最佳的分散和渗透性能,能够在纤维表面形成一层膜,使得纤维具有持久耐水性,并且能提高纤维的手感,并起到抗起球的功能。本申请的发明人长期致力于毛巾技术研发,在对稀土抗菌剂对毛巾的改性的长期研究中,发现当稀土抗菌剂跟纳米级分散、自交联聚醚聚氨酯型高端整理剂复配使用时,不仅能起到持久耐水性的作用,而且提高了抗菌溶液的渗透能力,在抗菌剂喷洒到毛巾上之后,形成的一层膜不仅有长效持久的作用,而且有效降低了纤维的强力损失,提高了纤维的柔软的手感,因此使得抗菌毛巾不仅抗菌效果好,而且抗菌性能持久,毛巾手感好,不起球不掉毛,延长了毛巾使用寿命。
本发明在喷洒完抗菌溶液后同步进行烘干,烘干时的烘干温度为130℃~180℃,这个温度下,更有利于抗菌溶液中的聚醚聚氨酯聚合物进行自我交联,交联的同时将稀土抗菌剂交联固着到纤维上,像胶水一样粘附并渗透到纤维和毛巾组织的内部,因此极大地提高了毛巾的抗菌持久性。本发明的抗菌毛巾采用GB/T20944.3-2008震荡法实验,经家用双桶洗衣机洗涤50次以上,测定其抑菌率,结果表明,经过50次洗涤之后,金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为98%,大肠杆菌的抑菌率为93%,远大于国家标准关于该两种抑菌率分别规定为≥80%和70%的标准,抗菌效果为AAA级。

下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
如图1、图2所示,本发明一实施例中每一组织循环为60纬,其中第1-3、13-15、25-27、37-39、49-51为起毛纬纱,其余纬纱与地经交织,并形成多个依次向左或者向右错开两个组织点的纬浮长组。
实施例1
一、纱线选择:
毛经:纯棉中空纱:18.2tex×2;
地经:纯棉纱:18.2tex×2;
纬纱:辅助起毛圈的第一组纬纱为纯棉纱:29.2tex;第二组起浮长的纬纱为竹纤维与棉的合股纱,纱支为29.2tex×2,竹纤维及棉单纱的捻度皆为56捻/10cm,合股捻度33捻/10cm。
二、密度选择:经密:60根/5.08cm,纬密:56根/2.54cm
三、稀土抗菌剂溶液的配置:在1升40℃水溶液中加入40g稀土抗菌剂,边加入边搅拌,加入后搅拌5-10min,再加入5g纳米级分散、自交联聚醚聚氨酯型高端整理剂,搅拌5-10min制得稀土抗菌剂溶液。
四、上机织造:正面采用单单毛,用4片综,顺掏;反面不起毛面采用带有一定斜向的交错排列的沟壑状浮长组织,每一组织循环为60纬,所述纬纱分为两组,第一组纬纱包括1-3、13-15、25-27、37-39、49-51纬,第一组纬纱与所述毛经在所述毛巾的一面起毛圈,第二组纬纱分成多个依次向左或者向右错开两个经组织点的纬纱组,每个纬纱组包括9根纬纱,用10片综,顺掏。每个纬纱组分别相应的地经交织,在毛巾的另一面形成多个依次向左或者向右错开的纬浮长组,多个倾斜排列的纬浮长组形成交错排列的沟壑状浮长组织。
五.喷雾式整理:将半成品毛巾坯布通过含有上、下12个喷头的喷雾加湿装置,将配置的稀土抗菌剂溶液,按照速度10.0m/min,匀速喷洒在毛巾织物正、反面,用电子计量阀控制喷射液体量,使毛巾织物表面带有70%的液体量。
六.烘干步骤:后整理烘干采用无张力布带式烘干机,烘干机各仓温度分别设定为130℃、135℃、140℃、135℃,烘干速度为12m/min,风力主机马达频率为50HZ,毛圈的毛尖方向与风力方向相一致,保证毛圈平整。
最后检验缝制得到成品。
Claims (10)
1.一种稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述毛巾是由毛经、地经和纬纱织造成的,所述纬纱分为两组,第一组纬纱与所述毛经在所述毛巾的一面起毛圈,第二组纬纱在所述毛巾的另一面与相应的地经起浮长形成交错排列的沟壑状浮长组织;所述毛巾在织造完成后经过稀土抗菌剂溶液两面喷涂后,再经过同步松式烘干得到所述抗菌毛巾。
2.如权利要求1所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述毛经采用纯棉中空纱线;所述第二组纬纱采用再生纤维素纤维和弱捻棉纱的合股纱。
3.如权利要求2所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述再生纤维素纤维为9.7~36.4tex、捻度为50~120捻/10cm的纱支;所述弱捻棉纱为14.6~36.4tex、捻度为45~80捻/10cm的纱支;所述合股纱的合股捻度为20~60捻/10cm。
4.如权利要求1所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述沟壑状浮长组织由所述第二组纬纱中彼此相邻的多个纬纱组中的多根纬纱分别起浮长形成的多个纬浮长组,多个所述纬浮长组依次向左或者向右错开至少一个经组织点。
5.如权利要求4所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述纬纱组包括6~9根纬纱;所述浮长的长度为4~8个组织点;多个所述纬浮长组依次向左或者向右错开两个经组织点。
6.如权利要求5所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述纬纱组中的多根纬纱起浮长时上下相邻的两根浮长互相向左或者向右交错至少一个组织点,形成马牙搓式交错浮长。
7.如权利要求4所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述毛巾的沟壑状浮长组织,每一组织循环为60纬,所述第一组纬纱包括1~3、13~15、25~27、37~39、49~51纬,所述第一组纬纱与所述毛经在所述毛巾的一面起毛圈,所述第二组纬纱在所述毛巾的另一面与相应的地经交织起浮长形成交错排列的沟壑状浮长组织。
8.如权利要求1所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述稀土抗菌剂溶液中含有30~40g/L稀土抗菌剂和2~5g/L自交联聚醚聚氨酯型高端整理剂。
9.如权利要求1所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾,其特征在于:所述喷涂时,使用多个喷头,喷洒速度为10~16m/min,均匀喷洒在所述毛巾的两面,使毛巾织物的稀土抗菌剂带液量为70~80%。
10.如权利要求1所述的稀土整理抗菌毛巾的织造工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将所述毛巾的纬纱分为两组,第一组纬纱与所述毛经、地经在所述毛巾的一面起毛圈,第二组纬纱分成多个依次向左或者向右错开至少一个经组织点的纬纱组,每个纬纱组分别与相应的地经交织,在毛巾的另一面起浮长形成多个依次向左或者向右错开的纬浮长组,多个倾斜排列的纬浮长组形成交错排列的沟壑状浮长组织;
织造完成后经过稀土抗菌剂溶液两面喷涂后,再经过同步松式烘干得到所述抗菌毛巾。
