Description

Premixed feed additive capable of improving diarrhea of young animals and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of premix for calves and lambs, in particular to a premix feed additive capable of improving diarrhea of young animals and a preparation method thereof.
Background
An active immune system is not established in the early stage of calves and lambs, passive immunity is obtained by feeding colostrums, immunoglobulin in the colostrums can be absorbed by small intestines of the born animals only within 24 hours after birth, and the immunoglobulin cannot be obtained by feeding milk in the later stage, so that the passive immunity is gradually reduced from the beginning after the colostrums are fed. The active immunity is gradually established only after the calves and the lambs are born for about 15 days, so that the calves and the lambs have high diarrhea rate and high death rate in the period of 1 to 15 days of the birth, and huge loss is caused to vast breeding enterprises and farmers. The development of a high-efficiency and safe diarrhea prevention and treatment product is significant to breeding enterprises and farmers.
The diarrhea prevention and treatment is usually carried out by injecting antibiotics, and gentamicin or mequindox can be used for drenching calf diarrhea caused by escherichia coli; ciprofloxacin hydrochloride can be injected to the calf diarrhea caused by salmonella; the initial stage of diarrhea caused by clostridium welchii can be treated by penicillin. The technical requirements of veterinarians during diagnosis and treatment are high, the diarrhea type needs to be accurately judged to be effectively treated, and bacterial assay equipment is lacked in a pasture. Meanwhile, the large amount of antibiotic treatment affects the rumen and small intestine flora reproduction of young animals, so that the digestive system in the later stage develops slowly and the weight gain is affected. If antibiotics are excessively used, residual antibiotics in the body can be transferred to the human body through food, so that pathogenic bacteria generate drug resistance, the curative effect of the drug is influenced, and the health of the human is endangered.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: in order to solve the technical problems that the diarrhea rate of early-stage calves and lambs is high, the rumen and small intestine flora proliferation of the calves and the lambs can be inhibited by using antibiotic treatment, and pathogenic bacteria generate drug resistance, a premixed feed additive capable of improving the diarrhea of young animals and a preparation method thereof are provided.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a premixed feed additive capable of improving diarrhea of young animals and a preparation method thereof comprise the following raw materials: wolfberry polysaccharide, thyme extract, sophora alopecuroide, bacillus subtilis culture, polypeptide, sodium butyrate, an enzyme preparation, a microecological preparation, carotene, VB, folic acid and the balance of a carrier.
By adopting the technical method, the raw materials are comprehensively prepared, and the antibacterial action and the antioxidation in the lycium barbarum polysaccharide, the polypeptide, the thyme extract and the sophora alopecuroides are utilized to kill pathogenic bacteria and parasites, inhibit the reproduction of the pathogenic bacteria and the parasites, and regulate and improve diarrhea caused by bacteria and the parasites. Meanwhile, the microecological preparation is used for regulating the balance of intestinal flora of calves and lambs, the sodium butyrate is used for promoting the proliferation of intestinal villi, and the enzyme preparation is matched to improve the digestion capacity of the calves and the lambs, so that the phenomena of nutritional diarrhea such as calf and lamb intestinal immune injury, intestinal villi atrophy, digestive enzyme level reduction, nutrient absorption rate reduction and the like caused by diarrhea or unreasonable feed formula design are slowed down and improved, and the diarrhea of the calves and the lambs is systematically prevented and treated.
Further, the first raw material composition comprises 3-6 parts of wolfberry polysaccharide, 4-8 parts of thyme extract, 5-10 parts of sophora alopecuroide, 5-9 parts of bacillus subtilis culture, 3-8 parts of polypeptide, 6-12 parts of sodium butyrate, 3-10 parts of an enzyme preparation, 3-7 parts of a microecological preparation, 3-5 parts of carotene, VB1-2 parts, 4-6 parts of folic acid and the balance of a carrier.
By adopting the technical scheme, bioactive substances in the lycium barbarum polysaccharide can be utilized to promote immune functions of T, B, CTL, NK, macrophage and the like and promote generation of cytokines such as IL-2, IL-3, TNF beta and the like, so that the immunity of young livestock is improved. The extracts of sophora alopecuroide and thyme can improve the oxidation resistance of organisms, thereby enhancing the cellular immunity and the humoral immunity and assisting in inhibiting pathogenic bacteria. The Bacillus subtilis culture contains active substances such as subtilin, polymyxin, nystatin, gramicidin, etc., and the active substances can inhibit pathogenic bacteria or endogenous infection condition pathogenic bacteria. The basic polypeptide has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and can rapidly kill target to replace antibiotics. The sodium butyrate can promote the villus proliferation of small intestine, increase the absorption area of small intestine, the microecological preparation can adjust the flora balance of small intestine, and the digestion and absorption capacity of calf and lamb can be enhanced by combining the microecological preparation with an enzyme preparation. Carotene, VB and folic acid are components of enzyme synthesis in animals, and vitamin balance can help animals to better regulate body metabolism.
Further, the enzyme preparation in the first raw material composition comprises one or more of xylanase, beta-glucanase, beta-mannase, cellulase, alpha-galactosidase, pectinase, phytase, albumen powder, amylase and lipase
Further, the microecological preparation in the first raw material composition comprises one or more of enterococcus faecium, clostridium butyricum, bacillus licheniformis, bifidobacterium and yeast.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. compared with antibiotic treatment, the present invention has wide antibiotic effect, and Lycium barbarum polysaccharide contains bioactive matter and can strengthen the immunity of immunocyte. The sophora alopecuroide and the thyme can improve the oxidation resistance of organisms, the bacillus and the polypeptide have the direct inhibition effect on pathogenic bacteria, and the activity of various pathogenic bacteria can be widely inhibited through combined preparation, so that the bacterial, viral and parasitic diarrhea can be comprehensively prevented.
2. Compared with antibiotic treatment, the invention can not generate drug resistance, most of antibiotics can weaken the treatment effect after long-term use, even has the problem of antibiotic residue, and the antibiotic residue is transduced into the human body through food to influence the treatment effect of human diseases. The raw materials used in the invention are mostly organic substances, have no drug resistance and no residue, and can be used in a large range;
3. the invention does not produce side effect to animals in the using process, the antibiotic can destroy the flora of gastrointestinal tract in the using process, and can cure diarrhea in a short time, but can weaken the digestion capability of animals in stages to influence weight gain. The invention can not inhibit the function of animal gastrointestinal flora, and simultaneously, the sodium butyrate can promote the proliferation of intestinal villi, increase the absorption area of food and small intestine, improve the digestibility of animals and relieve the negative effect of diarrhea on animals.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be further specifically described below by way of examples.
The animal diarrhea is divided into 4 types of viral diarrhea, bacterial diarrhea, parasitic diarrhea and nutritional diarrhea, and the invention mainly treats the diarrhea from 2 aspects:
1. improving animal immunity and oxidation resistance, enhancing cellular immunity and humoral immunity, and inhibiting activity of virus, bacteria and parasite, thereby treating viral diarrhea, bacterial diarrhea and parasitic diarrhea.
2. Improving digestion ability of animals, promoting small intestine villus proliferation and gastrointestinal tract flora balance, and treating nutritional diarrhea.
