背景技术
电连接器通常用于电联接各种类型的电气装置以在装置之间传输信号。至少一些已知的电连接器包括电缆组件,电缆组件具有连接在电气装置和电连接器之间的电缆。每个电缆具有信号导体或信号导体的差分对,其由屏蔽层围绕,屏蔽层进而由电缆护套围绕。屏蔽层包括导电箔,其用于屏蔽(多个)信号导体免受电磁干扰(EMI)并且总体上改善性能。排扰线设置在电连接到导电箔的电缆芯处。在通信电缆的端部,可以移除(例如,剥离)电缆护套、屏蔽层和覆盖(多个)信号导体的绝缘体以暴露(多个)信号导体和排扰线。然后,(多个)信号导体的暴露部分机械和电气地联接(例如,焊接)到对应的导体,例如电路卡的信号垫。然而,排扰线的端接是成问题的。通常,排扰线焊接到对应的接地导体,例如电路卡的接地垫或接地总线。焊接排扰线是组装中的额外步骤,这增加了组装时间和组装成本。
因此,需要一种具有改进的接地结构的电连接器。
发明内容

3.如权利要求1所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述排扰线(160)以无焊连接电连接到所述接地块(200)。
4.如权利要求1所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述接地块(200)在前部(202)和后部(204)之间延伸,所述接地块具有安装到所述电路卡的内端(210)和与所述内端相对的外端(212),所述排扰线通道(220)在所述外端处敞开以接收所述排扰线(160)。
5.如权利要求4所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述排扰线通道(220)沿着所述外端(212)在所述后部(204)和所述前部(202)之间延伸,所述排扰线通道在所述后部处敞开以接收所述排扰线(160)。
6.如权利要求4所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述接地块(200)在所述后部(204)和所述前部(202)之间包括隧道(240),所述隧道接收对应的信号导体(150)。
7.如权利要求4所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述接地块(200)包括从所述内端(210)延伸的安装针脚(250),所述安装针脚联接到所述电路卡(132)。
8.如权利要求7所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述电路卡(132)包括接地通孔,所述安装针脚(250)压配合到所述接地通孔中以将所述接地块(200)电连接到所述电路卡。
9.如权利要求1所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述接地块(200)包括接收在所述电路卡(132)的接地通孔中的安装针脚(250),所述安装针脚被压配合到所述接地通孔中,从而以无焊连接将所述接地块电连接至所述电路卡。
10.如权利要求1所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述排扰线通道(220)沿着非线性路径延伸,所述排扰线(160)遵循所述非线性路径。
11.如权利要求1所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述接地块(200)包括干涉凸块(222),所述干涉凸块延伸到所述排扰线通道(220)中,以通过过盈配合接合所述排扰线(160)。
12.如权利要求1所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述接地块(200)包括在所述接地块的后部和前部之间延伸的隧道(240),所述隧道通过分隔壁(242)分隔开,每个通道接收信号导体的对,所述分隔壁在信号导体的对之间提供电屏蔽。
13.如权利要求12所述的电缆卡组件(130),其中,所述分隔壁(242)包括从所述分隔壁延伸的安装针脚(250),所述安装针脚压配合到所述电路卡(132)的接地通孔中以将所述接地块(200)电连接至所述电路卡。
