The mounting plate 15 is provided with a mounting hole and a positioning hole, the hollow square cylinder 171 is provided with a positioning protrusion and a riveting hole, the hollow square cylinder 171 is arranged on one side of the mounting plate 15 facing the side plate 11, the positioning protrusion is inserted into the positioning hole, the mounting hole and the riveting hole are riveted by rivets to fix the connecting structure 17 on the frame 10, and then the connecting member 16 is a screw and is mounted on the screw mounting column 172 to fix the frame 10 and the decoration strip 20 together.
In the door body in the embodiment of the invention, the up-and-down limiting of the frame 10 and the decoration strip 20 can be realized by folding the sheet metal at the corresponding end of the side plate 11 and inserting the sheet metal into the gap of the decoration strip 20 for limiting, or by adopting a screw connection mode for limiting. In particular, the mounting plate 15, the connecting mechanism and the connecting piece 16 can also be fixedly connected in a mutually matched manner, at least for positions which cannot be directly fixed by screws.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the door body further includes a door liner 30, the door liner 30 is mounted to the rear sides of the connecting plate 21 and the rear plate 12, and the door liner 30 covers the second and fourth edges and at least portions of the first and third edges. In the door body of the embodiment of the invention, the decorative strip 20 is matched with the frame 10 and is overlapped with the door liner 30, and the cross superposed surface is added at the corresponding position, so that the matching gap between the frame 10 and the decorative strip 20 is far away from the foaming material inside, and the overflow from the corner part of the door liner 30 is avoided. The connecting plate 21 increases the round angle structure of the round angle matching with the door liner 30, reduces the matching clearance between the door liner 30 and the decoration strip 20 and the frame 10, and reduces the possibility of flash. The sealing block 22 is positioned so that the first edge and the third edge are isolated from the foam. The gap of the new foaming material overflow moving path can be controlled to be small and can be within 0.5mm, and the overflow of the corner part of the door liner 30 can be effectively prevented.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a refrigerating and freezing device which comprises a box body, wherein a plurality of storage compartments are limited in the box body. Furthermore, the refrigerating and freezing device also comprises at least one door body for opening and closing the plurality of storage compartments. The refrigerating and freezing device can be a refrigerator, a freezer and the like. Particularly, one or more of the door bodies can be the door bodies in any of the embodiments, when the door bodies are foamed, the overflow difficulty of the foaming material is high, the quality of the door bodies can be ensured, and the condition that the overflowing foaming material is not easy to clean due to adhesion with the appearance surface of the door body part, so that the door bodies are scrapped is avoided. Further, the door body is rotatably mounted to the case.
The refrigerating and freezing device also comprises a compression refrigeration system for supplying cold for each storage compartment. A compressor refrigeration system may include a compressor, a condenser, a throttling element, and an evaporator connected in series. The evaporator can be arranged in the storage room or communicated into the storage room, so that cold energy is provided for the storage room.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the compression refrigeration system, the compressor plays a role in the refrigeration system mainly for absorbing the refrigerant with low temperature and low pressure from the evaporator, and finally becoming the refrigerant with high temperature and high pressure after adiabatic compression of the compressor.
The condenser in a refrigeration system serves to introduce a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant in a compressor into the condenser, condense the refrigerant at an equal pressure, and dissipate heat to a surrounding medium to turn the refrigerant into a high-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant cold liquid.
The throttling device plays a role in a refrigeration system mainly for converting a high-pressure low-temperature refrigerant into a low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant after being subjected to isenthalpic throttling, and then sending the refrigerant into an evaporator.
In a refrigeration system, an evaporator mainly boils a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant passing through a throttling device under the condition of constant pressure of the evaporator, and the refrigerant absorbs heat of a surrounding medium in the boiling process and finally becomes the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant.
In summary, refrigerant gas in a compression refrigeration system is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure superheated refrigerant when passing through a compressor, the superheated refrigerant enters a condenser, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant is condensed into high-pressure and low-temperature liquid in the condenser, the liquid enters a filter and then passes through a throttling device and the like, the refrigerant is subjected to intermediate enthalpy throttling in a capillary tube and is changed into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant, then the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant is boiled in an isobaric evaporator to absorb a large amount of external heat and is changed into gas, a refrigeration process is realized, and finally the refrigerant is sucked by the compressor again to perform a cold cycle.
In some embodiments of the invention, one of the storage compartments is a refrigeration compartment. Further, the refrigerating compartment can be positioned at the upper part in the box body and is limited and formed by the refrigerating liner. The evaporator provides cold energy to the refrigerating compartment through the air duct assembly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one of the storage compartments is a temperature-changing compartment. The evaporator provides cold energy to the temperature-changing chamber through the air duct component. Further, the temperature-changing chamber can be located in the middle or the lower part of the box body, and the temperature-changing chamber can be limited by the temperature-changing liner.
In some embodiments of the invention, one of the storage compartments is a freezer compartment. The generator provides cold to the freezer compartment through the duct assembly. Further, the freezing chamber can be positioned at the lower part in the box body, and the freezing chamber can be limited and formed by the temperature-changing liner. For example, the temperature-changing compartment may be between a freezing compartment and a refrigerating compartment.
Further, the storage temperature in the freezing chamber can be between-24 and-14 ℃, the storage temperature in the refrigerating chamber can be between 0 and 8 ℃, and the storage temperature in the variable temperature chamber can be between-14 and 0 ℃.
In some embodiments of the invention, the throttling device and the evaporator comprise a refrigeration evaporator and a refrigeration throttling element connected in series. A refrigeration evaporator may be provided within or access to the freezer compartment to provide refrigeration to the freezer compartment.
In some embodiments of the invention, the throttling device and evaporator further comprise a refrigeration evaporator and a refrigeration throttling element connected in series, the refrigeration evaporator and refrigeration throttling element being connected in parallel with the freezing evaporator and freezing throttling element connected in series. The refrigeration evaporator may be disposed within or accessible to the refrigeration compartment to provide refrigeration to the refrigeration compartment.
In some embodiments of the invention, the throttling means and the evaporator further comprise a temperature swing evaporator and a temperature swing throttling element connected in series, the temperature swing evaporator and the temperature swing throttling element being connected in parallel with the freezing evaporator and the freezing throttling element connected in series. The temperature-changing evaporator can be arranged in the temperature-changing chamber or communicated to the temperature-changing chamber so as to provide cold energy for the temperature-changing chamber.
In other embodiments, the refrigerating and freezing device may also be not limited to a three-compartment refrigerator structure disposed up and down, and may also be a cross side-by-side refrigerator, or a multi-door refrigerator. In other embodiments, the refrigerating and freezing device can also be a wine cabinet, a vertical refrigerator, a horizontal refrigerator or the like. In other embodiments, the refrigerating and freezing device can also be other various special-shaped refrigerating and freezing devices.
It will also be understood by those skilled in the art that terms used in the embodiments of the present invention to refer to orientation or positional relationship are based on the actual use of the refrigeration and freezing apparatus, and these terms are used only for convenience of description and understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A door body for a refrigerating and freezing device comprises a frame and a decorative strip, wherein the decorative strip is arranged at one end of the frame,
the frame comprises a side plate and a rear plate, the side plate and the rear plate are both vertically arranged, one vertical edge of the rear plate is connected to the rear vertical edge of the side plate, a notch is formed in the other vertical edge of the rear plate, the vertical edge of the notch is a first edge, and the edge of the notch, which is close to the other end of the frame, is a second edge;
the decorative strip comprises a connecting plate and a sealing block, and one end of the connecting plate, which is close to the side plate, is inserted into the notch; the edge of the connecting plate close to the side plate is a third edge, and the edge of the connecting plate close to the other end of the frame is a fourth edge;
the sealing block is arranged on the front side of one end of the connecting plate, which is close to the side plate, and is provided with a first part and a second part;
the first part is in contact with and abutted against the rear plate, and the first part extends from one side of the fourth edge, which is away from the other end of the frame, to one side of the second edge, which is towards the other end of the frame; the second edge and the fourth edge are all on a rear side of the first portion;
the second part is connected with the first part and is positioned on one side of the first part, which is far away from the other end of the frame; the second portion is in contact with and abuts against the rear panel, the second portion extending from a side of the third edge facing away from the side panel to a side of the first edge facing towards the side panel.
2. The door body of claim 1,
the third edge is in contact with and abuts against the first edge or a first gap is formed between the third edge and the first edge, and the width of the first gap is smaller than a first preset value;
the fourth edge is in contact with and abutted against the second edge or a second gap is formed between the fourth edge and the second edge, and the width of the second gap is smaller than a second preset value.
3. The door body of claim 1,
the first portion and/or the second portion is in contact against the side plate.
4. The door body of claim 1,
the frame further comprises an inner plate, the inner plate is vertically arranged, the rear vertical edge of the inner plate is connected to the other vertical edge of the rear plate, and the inner plate is positioned on one side of the notch, which faces the other end of the frame; the first portion is in contact abutment with at least an edge of the inner panel adjacent the one end of the bezel.
5. The door body of claim 1,
one side of the sealing block, which is far away from the side plate, is provided with a plurality of first grooves extending along the vertical direction; a plurality of second grooves are formed in one side, facing the side plate, of the sealing block, and are sequentially arranged at intervals in the vertical direction; the second groove close to the other end of the frame penetrates through the sealing block towards the other end of the frame.

9. The door body according to claim 1, further comprising a door liner mounted to a rear side of the connecting panel and the rear panel, the door liner covering the second edge and the fourth edge and covering at least a portion of the first edge and the third edge;
