The invention provides a refrigerator door body, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, which comprises a panel 150, an upper end cover 110, a lower end cover 120, a left decorative strip 130 and a right decorative strip 140, wherein the upper end cover 110, the lower end cover 120, the left decorative strip 130 and the right decorative strip 140 surround to form an installation frame body so as to install the panel 150; a viscous sealing medium is filled between the panel 150 and the mounting frame body; the left and right decoration strips 130 and 140 are made of metal; a clamping groove 123 is arranged on the front side surface of the upper end cover 110 and/or the lower end cover 120, the clamping groove 123 divides the front side surface into a first part 121 close to the left side surface and the right side surface of the upper end cover 110 and/or the lower end cover 120 and a second part 122 far away from the left side surface and the right side surface, and one end of the first part 121 close to the clamping groove 123 bends and extends towards the interior of the refrigerator door body and forms a first leakage-proof edge 126; the first part 121 is provided with a first stop surface 124, and the first stop surface 124 is parallel to the bottom surface of the left decorative strip 130 or the right decorative strip 140 and is close to the bottom of the front side surface of the first part 121; the end part of the front side surface of the left decorative strip 130 and/or the right decorative strip 140 bends and extends towards the inside of the refrigerator door body to form a clamping part 131; the clamping portion 131 is clamped in the clamping groove 123, and the lower end of the left molding strip 130 and/or the right molding strip 140 abuts against the first stop surface 124.
The door panel 150 is installed in an installation frame consisting of the upper cover 110, the lower cover 120, the left molding 130 and the right molding 140 to be a frame part of the refrigerator door body, and then foaming work is performed in the frame. Because gaps exist among all frame parts of the refrigerator door body, in order to avoid leakage at the gaps, firstly, a first layer of leakage prevention measures are formed by clamping the clamping parts 131 on the left decorative strip 130 and the right decorative strip 140 with the clamping grooves 123, as shown in fig. 8; secondly, viscous sealing medium is filled at the joint of the clamping part 131 and the clamping groove 123, and the gap between the clamping part 131 and the clamping groove 123 is completely covered after filling, so as to form a second layer of leakage-proof measures, as shown in fig. 9. In addition, the viscous sealing medium also serves to fixedly connect the mounting frame and the door panel 150.
For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the locking groove 123 divides the bottom cap 120 into a second portion 122 near the middle of the bottom cap 120 and first portions 121 near both sides of the bottom cap 120, and a front side surface of the second portion 122 is closer to a front side than a front side surface of the first portion 121, that is, a front side surface of the second portion 122 protrudes out of a front side surface of the first portion 121; a portion of the first portion 121 adjacent to the bottom surface of the lower cap 120 extends outward to form a first stop surface 124, and the front side surfaces of the first stop surface 124 and the second portion 122 are in the same plane. The first stop surface 124 is used for positioning and supporting the left and right molding strips 130 and 140 when the frame body is installed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7, the bottom/top surface of the slot 123 is a second stop surface 125, and the first stop surface 124 is parallel to the second stop surface 125 and not in the same plane; correspondingly, the left and right trim strips 130 and 140 are provided with a first abutting surface 132 and a second abutting surface 133 which are parallel to each other and not in the same plane, the first abutting surface 132 abuts against the first stopping surface 124, and the second abutting surface 133 abuts against the second stopping surface 125. Taking the joint of the left molding 130 and the lower end cap 120 as an example, a gap is formed at the bottom of the joint of the front side surface of the left molding 130 and the engaging portion 131, the gap is a rectangular gap when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the front side surface of the left molding 130, the top surface of the gap is the second abutting surface 133, and the bottom surface of the left molding 130 is the first abutting surface 132. The first abutment surface 132 and the second abutment surface 133 work together to improve positioning accuracy and support strength.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in order to improve the splicing effect between the first stop surface 124 and the first abutting surface 132, the thickness of the left/right decoration strip 130/140 is designed to be the same as the width of the first stop surface 124, so that after the left/right decoration strip 130/140 and the upper/lower end cap 110/120 are spliced, the front side of the installation frame formed by the left/ right decoration strip 130, 140 and the upper/lower end cap 110/120 is a smooth plane, a certain splicing gap is left only at the splicing position, and there is no height difference, so as to facilitate the installation of the subsequent viscous sealing medium, and prevent the viscous sealing medium from being partially leaked and filled due to the uneven front side of the installation frame.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, both ends of the second portion 122 of the upper end cover 110 and the lower end cover 120 are bent and extended toward the inside of the refrigerator door body and form a second leakage preventing edge 127. First leak protection limit 126 and second leak protection limit 127 all extend to refrigerator door body inside, do so in order to when the foaming is filled, avoid expanded material under the pressure effect directly to spill from the joint gap of block portion 131 with draw-in groove 123, most expanded material need bypass first leak protection limit 126 and second leak protection limit 127 earlier, only a few some expanded material is by refrigerator door body inside direct extrusion to the joint gap of block portion 131 with draw-in groove 123, can reduce the risk that expanded material reveals.
In one embodiment, the first stop surface 124 is spaced from the top surface of the upper cap 110 or the bottom surface of the lower cap 120 by 1mm to 2mm, and the width of the first stop surface 124 in the direction perpendicular to the front side surface of the upper cap 110/the lower cap 120 is not too large.
In one embodiment, the distance between the bottom/top surface of the slot 123, i.e., the second stop surface 125 and the first stop surface 124, is 5mm to 8 mm. Because the heights of the first portions 121 of the upper end cap 110 and the lower end cap 120 are fixed, the three portions are divided into three portions, namely, the top end of the first portion 121 reaches the bottom surface/top surface of the clamping groove 123, the bottom surface/top surface of the clamping groove 123 reaches the first stop surface 124, and the first stop surface 124 reaches the top surface of the upper end cap 110 or the bottom surface of the lower end cap 120, and if any one of the three portions is increased, the other two portions are reduced, and in order to ensure that the distance from the top end of the first portion 121 to the bottom surface of the clamping groove 123, namely, the height of the clamping groove 123 is enough for the clamping portion 131 to clamp, the distances from the bottom surface/top surface of the clamping groove 123 to the first stop surface 124 and the first.
In one embodiment, a certain gap is left between the left or right decoration strip 130 or 140 and the upper or lower end cap 110 or 120. Because left trim 130 and right trim 140 are the sheet metal component, because the precision of panel beating intersects the end, in order to guarantee that joint portion and draw-in groove 123 can clamp smoothly, reserve certain clearance as the surplus during the design, avoid machining error to lead to in joint portion can't pack into draw-in groove 123. The size of the gap is 0.3mm-0.5mm, the too small gap causes too high requirements on the forming process and difficult processing, and the too large gap causes the reduction of the overflow effect of the blocking foaming material.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the adhesive sealing medium is an adhesive tape 160, the adhesive tape 160 is adhered to the front side surface of the mounting frame and completely covers the slot 123, and the distance from the edge of the adhesive tape 160 to the bottom/top surface of the slot 123 is 5mm-8 mm.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive tape 160 is greater than 1mm, the adhesive tapes 160 on the left and right decorative strips 130 and 140 and the adhesive tapes 160 on the upper and lower end caps 110 and 120 do not overlap each other, and the gap between the joints does not exceed 0.3 mm.
In one embodiment, the upper cover 110, the lower cover 120, the left molding 130 or the right molding 140 are further provided with other structures suitable for the installation of the refrigerator door body, such as a mounting hole formed at an end of the upper cover 110 for mounting the pivot shaft, and a reinforcing rib provided inside the upper cover 110 and the lower cover 120.
The invention also provides a refrigerator which comprises the refrigerator door body in the embodiment, and the refrigerator door body is used for sealing the storage chamber of the refrigerator, such as a fresh-keeping chamber, a freezing chamber and the like.
The invention provides a refrigerator door body and a refrigerator applying the same.
