Description

Pet hair loss prevention additive, preparation, food and health product
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pet food, in particular to an additive, a preparation, food and a health-care product for preventing hair loss of pets.
Background
Cats and dogs are common domestic pets and have a common hair-loss problem. One follicle in dogs has tens of hairs and one follicle in cats has up to tens of hairs. The hair follicle comprises: the wool is the thickest and has the second grade, and the wool is easy to fall off in the alternate season process, which reflects the metabolism of cats and dogs and the adaptation to the environment. However, this also places a burden on the hair follicle, which may be damaged during repeated hair changes; new hair may also grow slowly or cause breakage of the needlebush or mango hair during the hair-changing period if nutrition is insufficient. The kidney qi of cats is weak, and the hair follicles are easy to atrophy and degenerate, so that the amount of regenerated hairs is reduced, and the cold-resisting ability is gradually weakened.
The reasons for hair loss of pet cats and dogs can be as follows: (1) physiological hair loss: common in spring and autumn, the growth period, the estrus period and the old age period; (2) diet hair loss: for example, malnutrition, excessive salty and oil in food, multiple phagostimulants in food, problem food consumption and the like; (3) pathological hair loss: hair follicle damage caused by, for example, skin diseases and endocrine disorders; (4) sub-health hair shedding: for example, the hair follicle is damaged due to hypokinesia, low sun exposure or physical causes such as allergy, low immunity, weak kidney qi, poor permeability of epithelial cells, weak blood oxygen transport capacity and hair follicle degeneration, improper washing or excessive frequency, or hair loss due to change of living environment or long-term stress.
Therefore, the physiological condition, emotional state, surrounding environment and seasonal change of the pet cat and dog can influence the hair changing process. The method also conforms to the corresponding concept of four seasons and heaven in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, namely the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is generally applicable and can be used for analyzing and solving the hair loss problem of cats and dogs. However, there is a difference in physiological structure between cats and dogs and humans. The most obvious differences are four-limb walking and double-foot walking, degeneration of body hair and hair, and the like, although there are also cat and dog species with individual hair degenerated. The feet walk to make the muscles of the lower limbs more developed to support the weight of the human body, and the nerves of the upper limbs more developed to complete the fine operation. Degradation of the quilt hairs can cause the skin to gain the function of sweating and dissipating heat by losing warmth, for example: the hairless cat and dog can radiate heat through sweating on the body surface, and the hairless part of the whole body quilt is mainly radiated heat through the tongue, the foot pad and the like.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that: the lung governs the coat, which manifests itself in the hair; kidneys govern bones, which bloom in the hair; the liver governs tendons, which bloom to the paws; the heart governs the pulse, which manifests on the face; the spleen governs the transportation and transformation of muscles, which bloom to the lips; the hair is the rest of blood; liver stores blood, spleen generates blood, heart stores spirit, kidney stores essence. It is known that, since the hair system of the human body is degenerated, only the head hair grows longer, which is called hair, and the hair on the body surface of the rest of the body is degenerated into fine hair, or eyebrows, beards, axillary hair, pubic hair, etc. in the parts where lymph or hormones are more concentrated. For human body, according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the spleen can generate enough blood from food, the liver can dredge and release enough blood, the blood is redundant after providing the normal physiological activities of human body, the blood can provide nutrition for the urogenital system and the skeletal system, and the residual blood can be transported to the topmost hair of the human body. While cats and dogs have no hair-to-hair distinction, which is comprised of the skin, the hair follicles on the skin, and the needle, mango, and down hairs within the hair follicles. The fluff is fine and soft, and is similar to the fine hair of a human body; the awn hair is similar to the only partially degenerated hair of eyebrow, beard and the like of human body; the hairs are similar to human hair, and are thickest and longest, and only one hair follicle is formed. The piloerection system transports blood through the capillaries of the epithelial tissue to the hair follicles, where it is transported to the hairs. The entire coat system covers most of its body surface, i.e. the largest organ in its body, and is the first barrier to the outside world. It is believed that when lung function is inadequate, increased villus shedding, or slow regeneration after shedding, may result; when kidney function is insufficient, the needle hairs may be detached or broken, or may be difficult to regenerate after detachment.
The lung in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine includes not only the respiratory system mainly including the lung, but also the nose, pharynx and immune system. The concept of ying-wei in traditional Chinese medicine is ying-blood and wei-qi, wherein ying-blood can be understood as the blood system in western medicine, and wei-qi can be understood as the immune system. Whereas the immune system from the point of view of western medicine comprises immune organs, immune cells and immunologically active substances. The immune organ includes bone marrow, spleen, lymph node, tonsil, appendix, thymus, etc., the immune cell includes lymphocyte, neutrophil, basophil, eosinophil, etc., and the immunologically active substance includes antibody, immunoglobulin, interferon, interleukin, etc. Immune cells and immunologically active substances are mainly present in blood and lymph. The spleen has the hematopoietic function in the embryonic stage of the human body, and is gradually changed into the largest lymphatic organ of the human body to generate a large amount of lymphocytes after bone marrow begins to generate hematopoiesis; in addition, the spleen retains a small amount of hematopoietic stem cells, which can restore hematopoietic function when the human body suffers severe injury or is in some pathological state. Bone marrow is the largest hematopoietic organ, which contains a large number of hematopoietic stem cells, and, at the same time, has immune functions, producing immune cells and immune factors. The transport of blood depends on the dynamics of the heart and the supply of oxygen in the arterial blood. The flow of lymph is mainly divided into two parts, one part is lymph backflow which flows to veins in one direction under the pressure of smooth muscles of lymph vessels and the pulsating pressure of peripheral muscles or arteries after tissue fluid is received by lymphatic capillaries, the other part is chyle backflow which flows to veins after chyle fluid is absorbed by intestinal tract lymph vessels, and the chyle fluid is milk-like fluid formed after nutrient substances such as protein, fat and the like are absorbed by intestinal tracts. Therefore, the bone marrow and the spleen create main body fluid in the body, the tubular structure of the bone marrow is equivalent to kidney essence collection in the traditional Chinese medicine, the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow is equivalent to spleen hematopoiesis in the traditional Chinese medicine, and the spleen as the largest lymphatic organ is equivalent to the other layer of meaning of the spleen hematopoiesis in the traditional Chinese medicine, because the lymph fluid is one part of the body fluid. Since bone marrow is also an immune organ, the spleen also retains part of the hematopoietic function, and therefore, the bone marrow and the spleen in western medicine anatomy roughly correspond to kidney essence storage and spleen blood generation in traditional Chinese medicine.
The hematopoiesis of the spleen and the transportation and transformation of the spleen in traditional Chinese medicine mainly mean that the spleen can generate nutrient substances from food received by the stomach and deliver the nutrient substances to various organs through the blood, which is equivalent to the absorption function of the digestive system in western medicine, for example, the stomach can absorb water, inorganic salt, alcohol and the like, and the nutrient substances such as sugar, fat, protein, vitamins and the like are mainly absorbed by the small intestine. The term "transformation" in the spleen governing transportation and transformation includes both digestion and biochemistry, which are known to the spleen governing the muscles, and biochemistry refers to the function of the spleen in generating the muscles with nutrients, which is needed from digestion to biochemistry. "transport" is understood to mean the absorption of nutrients into the blood by means of chyle reflux and the absorption of interstitial fluid into the blood by means of lymph reflux, which, if the function of "transport" is insufficient, leads to the occurrence of tissue edema and even chyle reflux. In order to establish the function of transportation and transformation, the traditional Chinese medicine takes the spleen as one of the five internal organs, the spleen comprises chyle liquid formed by nutrient substances absorbed by intestinal tracts, a blood system transmits the nutrient substances to the whole body after absorbing the chyle liquid, and then absorbs tissue liquid to enter blood, and redundant organs can be used for synthesizing muscle and fat after absorbing the nutrient substances such as protein, lipid and the like. It can be seen that splenomegaly is performed around the blood, lymphatic, digestive and muscular systems of the western anatomy.
In a whole view, if the process starts from the generation of blood by kidney essence (bone marrow), and then to the storage of blood by the liver, i.e. the liver converts glucose in the blood into liver glycogen, and then the liver glycogen is decomposed into glucose when energy is consumed, and various nutrients are transported to various organs through the blood to be synthesized or decomposed; from the power source, the beating of the heart is uncontrollable, the breathing of the lung is controllable, oxygen enters arterial blood along with the pushing of the heart, carbon dioxide is discharged from the lung along with venous blood, and the poor breathing of the lung influences the oxygen acquisition and carbon dioxide discharge of the blood. The functions of the two groups are inherent, and the spleen and the stomach are connected with each other in traditional Chinese medicine. Maintaining its function requires constant food intake from the end of the day, thereby providing a material basis. When the function of any organ is insufficient or the structure of the organ is impaired, the other organs may be affected.
The lung exchanges gas with the outside at any time, and the lung governs the skin and hair in the hair-covered system has no absolute influence on maintaining the normal physiological function of the body. Therefore, when external factors first affect the lung and hair system and need to be applied to external changes, when the spleen and stomach function is insufficient to cause malnutrition, when the spleen and stomach function is indoor for a long time and lacks exercise, lacks sunshine, and liver qi cannot be dredged to cause insufficient immunity or poor mood, or when the kidney function is insufficient to first meet basic physiological activities, the simplest and simplest way is to remove hair to reduce the consumption of nutrients and energy.
In order to solve the problem of depilation, because the traditional Chinese medicine has a method for cultivating soil to generate metal and generating metal water mutually, namely, the spleen is considered to be covered by soil, the lung is covered by metal, the kidney is covered by water, the soil is covered by metal and the metal is covered by water, and the most effective mode is to supply the spleen, namely, the functions of promoting the digestive system and utilizing nutrient substances when the lung and the kidney are required to be supplied. Therefore, according to the physiological characteristics of cats and dogs, especially the condition of kidney deficiency easily occurs because of heavier burden of hair follicles in cats and dogs, the problems to be solved are that the spleen is supplemented to promote the absorption and transportation and transformation of nutrition, and then the lung and kidney are supplemented and the viscera are regulated.
The Chinese patent application with the application number of CN201810441288.4 and named as a special nutrient for cats discloses a formula, which comprises the following components: 30-50 parts of whey protein powder, 8-18 parts of soybean meal, 10-22 parts of a micro-ecological viable bacteria preparation, 5-11 parts of oyster powder, 10-18 parts of buckwheat powder, 0.6-4 parts of ultramicro calcium powder, 1-3 parts of medical stone, 2-5 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 3-7 parts of asparagus officinalis, 2-4 parts of fine wild ramie, 8-17 parts of radix cynanchi bungei, 0.3-2 parts of herba lycopi, 0.3-2 parts of teasel root, 1-4 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 0.5-3 parts of fructus viticis. Can be used for treating edema, oliguria, phlegm and fluid retention, dizziness, palpitation, spleen deficiency, anorexia, loose stool, diarrhea, uneasiness, palpitation, and insomnia.
Balloon flower: bitter, pungent and even in nature, tends to ascend and float. It enters lung meridian. Disperse lung qi, relieve sore throat, dispel phlegm, and expel pus. Yellow millet can be introduced for ascending.
Chinese date: sweet and warm in nature, both tend to occur. It enters spleen, stomach and heart meridians. Tonify qi, nourish blood and induce tranquilization. Can moderate the property of the medicine, has mild potency for tonifying middle-jiao and Qi, and can be used as an assistant medicine.
Compatibility of medicines: rhizoma Polygonati is a monarch drug, and has effects of invigorating qi, nourishing yin, invigorating spleen, moistening lung, and invigorating kidney, and can be used for early whitening of beard and hair, and accords with the general idea of preventing and treating hair loss, i.e. cultivating earth to generate gold and cultivating gold water phase. The dodder and the cacumen biotae are both helpful for hair strengthening and hair growth and are ministerial drugs: the sealwort is matched with the dodder to reinforce the effect of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the body; the dodder is matched with the cacumen biotae, so that the effects of reducing blood pressure, consolidating body constitution, growing hair and consolidating hair are very good, the cacumen biotae can cool blood, and the Chinese medicinal preparation is particularly suitable for alopecia caused by allergy, because the allergy usually causes the immune hyperexcitability reaction of blood heat and lung heat, and the synergistic effect can be obtained by matching with the bidirectional convergence effect of the dodder. Tuckahoe and platycodon root are used as adjuvant drugs: rhizoma polygonati is matched with poria cocos, so that the effects of replenishing and permeating water, invigorating spleen and relieving restlessness are achieved, and the poria cocos can promote diuresis and dampness to assist the downward movement of the force of rhizoma polygonati, so that the rhizoma polygonati is a way of tonifying kidney, securing essence and dredging settlement; when the sealwort is matched with the platycodon grandiflorum, the effect of the platycodon grandiflorum on ventilating and smoothing the lung can be carried by the sealwort, so that the effects of clearing the lung and moistening the lung can be achieved, and the functions of dredging and ascending the hair system are realized by the nutrient blood and the defensive qi directly reaching the quilt hair system; poria is joined in marriage to the balloonflower, and one is passed on one and is oozed, helps cat and dog to dispel the heat the cooling through more smooth and easy more breathing of degree of depth and discharge more urine. The Chinese date is used as a messenger drug: firstly, the cold property of the cacumen biotae can be neutralized by the warm property; secondly, its dual tendency helps to condition the middle energizer, making the cat or dog more receptive to food or liquids containing the supplement; thirdly, harmonizing the drugs.
In order to verify the effect of the host, experimental observations were made in comparison with the prior art cited in the background. The experimental method comprises the following steps: the traditional Chinese medicines in the formula in the prior art are replaced by the main formula of the anti-hair-loss additive for pets, so that the influence possibly caused by different main components of pet food is eliminated. The feeding amount is the two-end value and the middle value of the dosage range of each medicine, and is calculated according to 0.0167 g/kg/part, and the control group is fed according to the upper limit of the dosage range. The 20 cats and 20 dogs with excessive hair loss were divided into 5 groups, including a main low dose group, a main medium dose group, a main high dose group and a control group. Feeding for 1 time every day, and optionally adding daily food or adding into drinking water. Combing hair every day, sweeping the floor, then picking out the hair, and collecting and removing the hair. The observation period was 4 weeks, and the last day of each week, without feeding, was found to allow the active ingredients in the blood to be mostly metabolized, and to avoid developing tolerance to the additives. The hairs were weighed at the time points of day 3, day 7, day 10, day 14, day 21, and day 28, the average hair loss (unit: g) on the day was recorded, and the color of the hairs was observed.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the main formula of the present invention has a more obvious effect of preventing hair loss of pets, and the hair color is brighter and has no obvious fading compared with the formula of the control group. In the three main formula groups, the anti-hair loss effect of the medium-dose group is better than that of the low-dose group, and the anti-hair loss effect of the high-dose group is slightly better than that of the low-dose group, probably because the influence on palatability is increased, the food intake is reduced. Therefore, the palatability and the hair-falling prevention effect can be ensured by adopting the main prescription with medium dosage.
The additive for preventing hair loss of pets can be prepared into a nutrient and defense harmonizing formula by adding radix codonopsitis, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and malt on the basis of a main formula. Preferably, the components are as follows by weight: 9-30 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 3-10 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and 10-15 parts of malt, and is used for preparing extractum or aqueous extract from decoction pieces. Preferably, the components are as follows by weight: 1-9 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 1-3 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and 1-10 parts of malt, and is used for powdering. The nature, flavor, meridian tropism and function of the added components are as follows.
Codonopsis pilosula: sweet and neutral. It enters spleen and lung meridians. To invigorate the spleen, benefit the lung, nourish blood and promote the production of body fluid. Can be used for treating deficiency of spleen-qi and lung-qi, anorexia, listlessness, deficiency of qi and blood, thirst due to body fluid consumption, and diabetes due to internal heat. Compared with the ginseng with warm nature and entering spleen, lung, heart and kidney meridians, the ginseng has the advantages of mild nature, mild action and mild action.
Endothelium corneum gigeriae galli: sweet and neutral. It enters spleen, stomach, small intestine and bladder meridians. Strengthening the stomach to promote digestion, arresting seminal emission and relieving enuresis, and treating stranguria and removing calculus. The dried sand bag inner wall of the domestic chicken has the stomach strengthening effect of improving the secretion amount and acidity of gastric juice, enhancing the gastric motility and improving the activity of pepsin and pancreatic lipase, but reducing the activity of amylase, and can promote the digestion of starch by adding malt/rice sprout for pet food containing more starch although the pet food contains trace amylase. It can strengthen the contraction of the sphincter vesicae to reduce the urine volume, and can be added with diuretic such as exocarpium Benincase to balance the effect of urination when summer-heat season requires diuresis to relieve summer-heat.
Malt: sweet and neutral. It enters spleen and stomach meridians. Promote digestion, relieve distension, invigorate spleen and stimulate appetite. The amylase contained in the composition is helpful for digestion of starch substances, and is a tonifying and applying agent.
Rice sprout/rice sprout: sweet and warm. It enters spleen and stomach meridians. Promote digestion, regulate the middle warmer, invigorate the spleen and stimulate the appetite. Has a moderate effect compared with the malt, and can promote digestion without hurting stomach qi.
By adding radix Codonopsis in the main formula, the effect of tonifying lung qi can be enhanced, and the effect of invigorating spleen can be synergistically promoted, so that nutrient blood generated by the spleen can reach the hair system by virtue of stronger defensive qi, namely the effect of improving the hair system from inside to outside is realized by simultaneously strengthening the functions of nutrient blood and defensive qi.
The endothelium corneum gigeriae galli can strengthen the stomach and promote digestion, not only promotes gastric motility, but also improves the secretion amount and acidity of gastric juice and the activity of pepsin and pancreatic lipase, so that food can be more fully mixed with digestive juice in the stomach and can be more quickly pushed to the intestinal tract, and the intestinal tract can more quickly absorb nutrient substances and convert the nutrient substances into chyle liquid. Since 50% to 70% of the ingredients constituting pet food are generally animal food materials, since essential amino acids, essential vitamins, minerals and the like of cats and dogs are abundantly present in animal food materials, and animal food materials mainly contain proteins, fats and the like, increasing the activities of pepsin and pancreatic lipase can also more quickly decompose proteins into peptides, further into amino acids, and emulsify fats into lipid particles, thereby facilitating absorption into blood through chyle liquid. Because the chicken's gizzard-membrane can reduce the activity of amylase, 10 to 30 percent of starch substance is usually added into pet food to play a role in binding other solid ingredients. However, in pet cats and dogs, especially in pet cats, the digestive juice contains only a trace amount of amylase, so that the digestion of starch substances is difficult, and problems such as dyspepsia, flatulence and the like can be caused. The malt is added to promote the digestion of starch, so that the digestion and the distension can be promoted. For pet food with starch substances added only in small amount, malt can be replaced by fructus Setariae Germinatus or fructus oryzae Germinatus, amylase content is lower than that of fructus Hordei Germinatus, and protein, fatty oil, maltose, adenine, choline and amino acids can be added to supplement small amount of plant nutrients. In addition, because the intestinal tracts of the cats and the dogs are short, the nutritional ingredients in food can not be completely absorbed, and the spleen and stomach functions of the cats and the dogs are enhanced to promote the absorption of the nutrition by the intestinal tracts.
The nutrient and defensive qi harmonizing prescription can strengthen the body, harmonize nutrient blood and defensive qi and improve the nutrient utilization rate of daily ration.
The effect of the main prescription and the Ying-Wei-harmonizing prescription is observed in the experiment, the dosage is the middle value in the dosage range, 10 cats and dogs are respectively used, 5 cats and dogs are respectively used, and the time point and the recorded items are the same as the above.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, compared with the main party, the harmonizing yingfen and weifen party of the present invention has the advantages of faster effect and less hair loss for preventing the pet from hair loss; the hair color is not obviously faded, and the brightness is also improved. The nutrition in the daily ration is absorbed more quickly and fully by coordinating the ying-wei side, so that the nutrition without hair loss is ensured, and the cat and the dog are brighter and are not easy to fade; still more nutrients may be used to reduce hair loss. The main prescription has insufficient digestion and absorption of daily food nutrition, so the hair loss improving process is slow.
The additive for preventing hair loss of the pet is added on the basis of harmonizing ying and wei prescriptions: rhizoma Dioscoreae, semen lablab album, Coicis semen, semen Torreyae, herba Artemisiae Scopariae and arillus longan, or semen euryales, semen Nelumbinis, exocarpium Benincase, radix Ophiopogonis, Scutellariae radix and arillus longan can be made into "spleen invigorating and middle formula". Preferably, the components are as follows by weight: 15-30 parts of Chinese yam, 9-15 parts of white hyacinth bean, 9-30 parts of coix seed, 9-15 parts of Chinese torreya seed, 6-15 parts of oriental wormwood and 9-15 parts of longan pulp, or 9-15 parts of gordon euryale seed, 6-15 parts of lotus seed, 9-30 parts of Chinese waxgourd peel, 6-12 parts of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 3-10 parts of baical skullcap root and 9-15 parts of longan pulp, and is used for preparing an extract or an aqueous extract from decoction pieces. Preferably, the components are as follows by weight: 1-15 parts of Chinese yam, 1-9 parts of white hyacinth bean, 1-9 parts of coix seed, 1-9 parts of Chinese torreya seed, 1-6 parts of oriental wormwood and 1-9 parts of longan pulp, or 1-9 parts of gordon euryale seed, 1-6 parts of lotus seed, 1-9 parts of Chinese waxgourd peel, 1-6 parts of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 1-3 parts of baical skullcap root and 1-9 parts of longan pulp, and is used for powdering.
The medicines have the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, promoting diuresis or benefiting gallbladder, and the effect of hilling and generating gold can be realized according to the fact that the spleen is the source of qi generation and the lung is the pivot of qi governing. According to the sequence of neutral, warm and cool nature, their respective properties, flavors, meridians and functions are as follows.
Chinese yam: sweet and neutral. It enters spleen, lung and kidney meridians. Tonify spleen and stomach, promote the production of body fluid and nourish lung, tonify kidney and astringe essence. It is good at tonifying spleen, lung and kidney, astringing to check diarrhea, tonifying but not greasy.

The spleen invigorating and middle prescription has the beneficial effects that: the beverage has the effects of promoting diuresis and normalizing function of gallbladder, invigorating spleen and regulating stomach, and can be used as both medicine and food with good palatability.
According to the specific situation of pet cats and dogs, the additive of group A can be fed if the problems of excessive hair loss or slow growth of new hair are mild or moderate, and the problems of insufficient spleen and stomach functions, such as dry mouth, reduced appetite, dyspepsia, edema and the like, do not show symptoms of kidney deficiency such as massive hair loss, non-traumatic claudication, frequent micturition, unformed stool, infertility, cold intolerance and the like. Group B may be fed if the onset of action is slow after group a is fed, or is also accompanied by mild renal insufficiency. In view of the above, the spleen-invigorating and middle-energizer formula can quickly take effect to improve the symptoms of the hair-covered system, so that the hair-covered system can better absorb and utilize the nutrient substances supplemented in the future to mobilize the viscera to restore the normal physiological functions. This is more consistent with the physiological structure and characteristics of animals that are less conscious and animals that are domesticated pets, i.e. maintain a healthy digestive system, and the remaining problems can be mostly solved by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as: the pet food with different nutritional ingredients is fed to diversify staple food, the pet food is often used for outdoor activities and is exposed to the sun more often, the special washing and caring solution for the pet is used for 2-3 times every month, and the work and rest time of the owner adapts to seasonal changes and the like.
The additive for preventing hair loss of pets is added on the basis of strengthening spleen and strengthening middle formula: the medlar, the black sesame and the chrysanthemum, or the raspberry, the black sesame and the bupleurum, or the glossy privet fruit, the yerbadetajo herb and the fineleaf schizonepeta herb can be prepared into the formula for nourishing the liver and tonifying the kidney. Preferably, the components are as follows by weight: 6-12 parts of medlar, 9-15 parts of black sesame and 9-15 parts of chrysanthemum, or 6-12 parts of raspberry, 9-15 parts of black sesame and 3-10 parts of radix bupleuri, or 6-12 parts of glossy privet fruit, 6-12 parts of eclipta and 5-10 parts of schizonepeta, which are used for preparing extractum or water extract from decoction pieces. Preferably, the components are as follows by weight: 1-6 parts of medlar, 1-9 parts of black sesame and 1-9 parts of chrysanthemum, or 1-6 parts of raspberry, 1-9 parts of black sesame and 1-3 parts of radix bupleuri, or 1-6 parts of glossy privet fruit, 1-6 parts of eclipta and 1-5 parts of schizonepeta for powdering.
The above drugs have the function of nourishing liver, such as: tonifying liver and kidney, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving exterior syndrome, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation, and suppressing liver yang. The nature, taste, meridian tropism and function of each component are as follows according to the sequence of mild nature, warm nature and cool nature.
Wolfberry fruit: sweet and neutral. It enters liver and kidney meridians. Nourishing liver and kidney, replenishing vital essence and improving eyesight. Can be used for the treatment of liver blood deficiency. The combination of dodder and dodder can tonify liver and kidney, blacken hair and strengthen hair.

And (3) eclipta: sweet, sour and cold. It enters kidney and liver meridians. Nourishing liver and kidney, cooling blood and stopping bleeding. The composition is used together with fructus Ligustri Lucidi, has enhanced effects in cooling blood and blackening hair, and is especially suitable for alopecia caused by epithelial cell injury such as allergic alopecia and dermatitis alopecia or inflammatory reaction such as red swelling and pain.
The five medicines all have the functions of tonifying liver and kidney, the medlar emphasizes on tonifying liver blood, the black sesame has the functions of moistening intestine and dryness, the raspberry emphasizes on controlling nocturnal emission and reducing urination, the glossy privet fruit has the functions of blackening hair, and the eclipta has the functions of cooling blood and fixing hair. Although each is emphasized, tonifying liver and kidney is the main function. The reason why the kidney is tonified and the liver is required to be nourished is that the essence and blood are homologous, the liver and the kidney are homologous, the kidney essence is the innate source, the liver qi is the acquired source, the liver blood is derived from the kidney essence, the acquired spleen transports water and grain to fill the kidney essence, and then the heart and the lung promote the circulation, thereby realizing the cycle. Specifically, the "homology between liver and kidney" can be divided into two aspects: on one hand, if liver blood is insufficient, liver qi easily floats on the surface and is indefinite, and kidney essence is difficult to accurately convey blood carrying nutrient substances to skin and hair through liver qi hair smoothing; on the other hand, if liver blood is insufficient, when tonifying kidney, the balance between water and fire is broken because water hits fire, the fire is weakened by adding water, that is, the kidney can inhibit heart function, and more firewood needs to be added to prevent fire from becoming weakened, that is, the liver outputs more liver blood, so that liver blood insufficiency is aggravated and blood is more difficult to reach to fur. Therefore, the adopted medicinal materials for tonifying the liver and the kidney can ensure that the supplemented kidney essence is conveyed to the fur from sufficient liver blood.
Chrysanthemum: sweet, bitter and slightly cold. It enters lung and liver meridians. Dispel wind and clear heat, pacify liver and improve vision, clear heat and remove toxicity.

The three medicines are all exterior-releasing medicines and enter lung and liver meridians. The chrysanthemum has the functions of calming the liver and relieving the internal stirring of liver wind; radix bupleuri has the functions of soothing liver and relieving depression, so that yang qi can rise; jing Jie has the combining actions of promoting eruption and eliminating sores, its warm nature can accelerate blood circulation of scabbed skin and promote the recovery of rash, sores and ulcers. These exterior-releasing herbs act on the qi system of the lung meridian and liver meridian to promote the ascending of liver qi and descend the lung qi, so as to discharge turbidity as much as possible, thereby inhaling more fresh air and providing more sufficient power for the ascending of liver qi.
Rhizoma cyperi: pungent, slightly bitter, slightly sweet and neutral. It enters liver, spleen and triple energizer meridians. To soothe the liver, relieve depression, regulate qi, relieve epigastric distention, regulate menstruation and alleviate pain. The liver governs smoothing flow of qi and the spleen governs transportation and transformation, so qi ascends and qi of triple energizer descends. For the problems of qi disorder caused by failure of liver qi and spleen qi to ascend and failure of triple energizer qi to descend, for example: shortness of breath, superficial aspect, flatulence and distending pain in chest and hypochondrium, etc., it is indicated by the use of Xiang Fu to regulate qi and smooth qi and blood.
Gastrodia elata: sweet and neutral. It enters liver meridian. Extinguish wind and stop spasm, pacify liver yang, dispel wind and dredge collaterals. For intermittent tremor, convulsion, spasm, numbness of limbs, and paralysis of limbs, it is indicated that Tian Ma enters liver meridian to calm down.
