By adopting the technical method, the feed is comprehensively compounded, the formation of lean meat is promoted in a targeted manner by utilizing the metabolic theory basis of protein, fat and sugar, and meanwhile, the fat is emulsified to reduce the aggregation of the fat in the body of an animal, so that the weight increment is promoted and the fat content of the carcass is reduced.

The animal is in the early growth stage and mainly deposits protein; fat is mainly deposited in the later growth stage, and the fat deposition capacity of the tail, the hip and the back of the carcass is strong when the strength fattening is adopted in the later stage of the Tan sheep. Further, the raw materials of the second Tan sheep carcass fat improving route comprise 2-4 parts of creatine hydrochloride, 4 parts of trimethyl glycine, 22 parts of glucose powder, 2 parts of rumen-bypass methionine, 1 part of rumen-bypass valine, 3 parts of a microecological preparation, 3 parts of a rumen regulating agent, 5 parts of nicotinic acid, 3 parts of folic acid, 2 parts of vitamin E, 4 parts of vitamin A, 2 parts of polypeptide, 2 parts of glycerol monolaurate and the balance of a carrier.
Further, the enzyme preparation in the first raw material composition comprises one or more of transglutaminase, elastase, lysozyme, lipase, glucose oxidase, isoamylase, cellulase and superoxide dismutase.

An additive premix capable of reducing fat of lamb carcasses and a preparation method thereof are characterized by comprising the following raw materials: creatine monohydrate, choline chloride, rumen bypass lysine, rumen bypass methionine, rumen bypass tryptophan, an enzyme preparation, carotene, nicotinic acid, folic acid parts, sophora alopecuroides, oligosaccharide, creatine hydrochloride, trimethylglycine, glucose powder, rumen bypass valine, a microecological preparation, a rumen regulator, vitamins, vitamin parts, polypeptide, glycerol monolaurate and the balance of a carrier.

The additive premix capable of reducing carcass fat of Tan sheep and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the additive premix comprises: the first raw material composition comprises 3-5 parts of creatine monohydrate, 2-4 parts of choline chloride, 2-5 parts of rumen bypass lysine, 1-5 parts of rumen bypass methionine, 1-5 parts of rumen bypass tryptophan, 1-3 parts of an enzyme preparation, 3-6 parts of carotene, 2-5 parts of nicotinic acid, 1-3 parts of folic acid, 5-8 parts of sophora alopecuroide, 1-2 parts of oligosaccharide and the balance of a carrier.

The additive premix capable of reducing fat of lamb carcasses and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the additive premix comprises the following components: the second raw material composition comprises 2-4 parts of creatine hydrochloride, 2-4 parts of trimethyl glycine, 10-22 parts of glucose powder, 1-5 parts of rumen-bypass methionine, 1-5 parts of rumen-bypass valine, 1-3 parts of a microecological preparation, 1-3 parts of a rumen regulator, 2-5 parts of nicotinic acid, 1-3 parts of folic acid, 1-2 parts of vitamin E, 2-4 parts of vitamin A, 1-2 parts of polypeptide, 1-2 parts of glycerol monolaurate and the balance of a carrier.
