Description

Functional premix for breeding cows
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feeds, in particular to a special functional premix for breeding cows.
Background
The premix is a homogeneous mixture prepared from multiple additives of the same type or different types according to a certain proportion, and the premix is a core nutrition for preparing the concentrate supplement for the ruminants and provides multiple vitamins and mineral elements. With the development of beef cattle breeding, the cattle breeding industry puts higher requirements on the reproductive performance of breeding cows, including normal oestrus of cows, normal development of calves in the mother body, no abortion, no loss of placenta, solution of antenatal and postpartum paralysis, improvement of milk quality and the like.
The existing animal feed premix has various defects, such as lack of a premix special for breeding cows, unbalanced vitamins, insufficient vitamin addition, no consideration of the difference of regional trace element shortage of breeds, lack of cognition on the important function of B vitamins in cow and sheep breeding and common lack of addition, and the like. These factors lead to problems such as oestrus failure, weak fetus, retained afterbirth, calf diarrhea, insufficient milk or poor quality of cow due to insufficient nutrition or lack of certain nutrition.
Therefore, the traditional premix is difficult to solve the problems of various nutritional metabolic diseases, and the nutritional problems in the breeding of a plurality of breeding cows can be solved only by increasing or balancing the nutritional elements in the premix in a targeted manner.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a functional premix special for cows, which can make cows and produced calves healthier, improve the production efficiency of cows, and help cows farmers to improve the breeding level and economic benefit.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a functional premix for breeding cows comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight per kilogram: 15-20 ten thousand IU vitamin A, 2-2.5 ten thousand IU vitamin D, 2.6-3g vitamin E, 90-100mg vitamin B1, 180-200mg vitamin B2, 10-12mg vitamin B12, 18-20mg folic acid, 10-12mg nicotinic acid, 10-12mg pantothenic acid, 2-2.5g ferrous sulfate, 1-2g copper sulfate, 1.3-1.6g manganese sulfate, 2.0-3.0g zinc sulfate, 200-300mg calcium iodate, 30-50mg sodium selenite, 20-30mg cobalt chloride, 2.1-3.0g phagostimulant, 5-6g yeast culture, 1.2-1.5g plant extract, 2-3g ethoxyquinoline, 90-100g salt and 200-300g stone powder.
Preferably, the functional premix for breeding cows also comprises 15-18mg of vitamin B3, 20-30mg of vitamin B6, 12-15mg of vitamin B5, 50-60mg of vitamin C and 32-45mg of vitamin P.
Vitamin A can prevent nyctalopia and xerophthalmia, ensure normal growth of animal, normal development of bone and teeth, protect the integrity of epithelial cells of skin, digestive tract, respiratory tract and genitourinary tract, and enhance the resistance of animal body to diseases. The lack of vitamin A in cow and calf can affect growth and development and nutrient conversion and absorption.
Vitamin D is also called as anti-rickets vitamin, can promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus by small intestine, is easy to lack when being used in high silage ration and high precision feed ration, and can influence the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus of cows and calves and the growth of bones.
Vitamin E, also known as tocopherol and anti-infertility vitamin, acts as a catalytic and antioxidant effect in the body, affecting reproduction and muscle mass. Cow lacking vitamin E mainly has the symptoms of reproductive dysfunction, reduced production performance, reduced pregnancy, retained placenta of cow, and typical white muscle disease syndrome of calf and lamb.
Vitamin B1 is also called thiamine, which forms coenzyme, maintains normal metabolism in vivo, promotes gastrointestinal peristalsis, and maintains normal functions of nervous system and circulatory system, wherein vitamin B1 deficiency of cow and calf can cause gastrointestinal peristalsis and anorexia; the symptoms of the laminitis, anorexia, constipation and the like appear.
Vitamin B2 is also called as riboflavin, and is used as a coenzyme to participate in vivo energy metabolism, is closely related to an antioxidant defense system, and can cause the cow to generate angular stomatitis, low immunity and the like due to the deficiency of vitamin B2.
Vitamin B6 is used as coenzyme and participates in all amino acid metabolism, plays an important role in synthesis of neurotransmitter and hemoglobin and homocysteine metabolism, and plays an important role in promoting normal growth and development and maintaining the integrity of skin and mucosa. Deficiency of vitamin B6 can lead to stomatitis, impair DNA synthesis, and affect immune function.
Vitamin B12 can promote DNA synthesis in erythrocytes, prevent megaloblastic anemia, and participate in homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to anemia in cows and calves.
Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) constitutes a coenzyme in the body and promotes glucose metabolism as a component of glucose tolerance factor and lipid metabolism. Deficiency can lead to pellagra, dermatitis, etc.
Folic acid is involved in the synthesis of hemoglobin, DNA, and in the metabolism of homocysteine. Lack of recovery causes anemia in cows, premature rupture of the placenta and spontaneous abortion.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) plays an important role in many metabolic processes, especially the metabolism of fats and amino acids. Deficiency affects energy metabolism and is manifested by dysphoria, anorexia, dyspepsia, mental depression, fatigue, weakness, etc.
Effect of sodium and chlorine: the main functions of sodium are to maintain osmotic pressure, to maintain acid-base balance and fluid balance, and to participate in amino acid transport, nerve conduction and glucose absorption. The lack of returns results in pica, muscle atrophy, loss of appetite. Chlorine is an essential factor for activating amylase and a component of gastric acid, and participates in regulating the pH of blood.
The effect of calcium: synthesize bone, teeth and milk, participate in nerve conduction, and excite muscle. Calves lack of calcium are easy to get rickets, adult cattle are easy to get osteomalacia, cows are easy to be paralyzed before and after birth, and the like.
The effect of phosphorus: it is present in bones, brain, muscles, liver and kidney, is a constituent of phospholipids, and is also a constituent of nucleic acids and enzymes, and is involved in energy metabolism. Lack of phosphorus can cause slow growth rate, inappetence, low feed utilization rate, pica, joint stiffness, low cow reproduction rate and even death of the cow.
The effect of magnesium: magnesium plays an important role in nerve conduction and is an activator of many enzymes. Deficiency can lead to muscle cramping and loss of appetite, reducing the rate of digestion of dry matter.
The action of sulfur: sulfur is a constituent of proteins and various hormones, and methionine, cystine, and cysteine are all sulfur-containing amino acids. Deficiency can lead to mental stress, diarrhea, and muscle twitching.
The function of copper: copper is the main hematopoietic element, and copper deficiency can cause iron absorption obstruction and anemia, which are manifested by growth disturbance, bone deformity and pale hair color, and reduced reproductive performance of cows.
The function of iron: the cells carry oxygen. Iron deficiency can lead to anemia, pale mucous membranes, atrophy of the papilla of the tongue and decreased weight gain.
The function of manganese: manganese is an activator of a series of enzymes in carbohydrate and fat metabolism, and many enzyme systems require manganese for activation, which plays an important role in neuromuscular excitement conduction and influences the excitability of nerves and muscles. When the cows lack manganese, the cows have no obvious estrus and are easy to abortion.
The function of zinc: zinc is a component of many enzymes, proteins, ribose, etc. in sheep. The most obvious symptoms in the absence are thickening of epidermal cells, keratinization, inappetence, growth retardation and reduced fecundity, and the cattle hair is easy to fall off.
The function of iodine: iodine is a component of thyroxine, is almost involved in the metabolic processes of all substances, and is closely related to the basal metabolism of cattle. Iodine deficiency can reduce the basic metabolism of sheep, dry skin, crisp hair, easy shedding and weight loss.
The function of selenium is as follows: selenium is distributed in cells of the whole body of an animal, is a composition component of glutathione peroxidase, can prevent the accumulation of lipid peroxides in the body, has the function of protecting cell membranes and mitochondria, and is an essential element for converting methionine into cysteine; the compound has the functions of resisting oxidation in animal body, promoting the absorption and storage of vitamin E, participating in the metabolism of amino acid in body, protecting organism, stabilizing immunity, protecting cardiac muscle and maintaining the normal growth and fertility of cow. Selenium deficiency can cause liver necrosis, myocardial degeneration, pancreas atrophy, etc., so that nutritional muscle atrophy occurs in calves, and white muscle disease occurs, and adult cows show reproductive dysfunction, reduced fecundity, and severe weight loss, etc.
The function of cobalt: cobalt is a component of vitamin B12. Deficiency can lead to poor appetite, pica, and extreme anemia. The lack of cobalt can cause the reduction of rumen bacterial activity, inhibit the microbial synthesis of B vitamins and vitamin K, reduce the digestion and absorption of vitamins A, D and E in feed, and influence the reproductive performance of cows.
