Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the application.
In order to solve the problems of washing powder waste and clothes pollution caused by insufficient dissolution of washing powder in the prior art, embodiments of the present application provide a washing machine, a control method of the washing machine and a control device thereof, which will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the application. The embodiment of the application provides a washing machine 1, wherein the washing machine 1 can be an impeller type washing machine, and the impeller type washing machine is used for cleaning clothes by driving water flow in a washing cylinder to rotate by utilizing the principle of forward and reverse rotation of a bottom impeller. The washing machine 1 can also be a drum-type washing machine, the washing method of the drum-type washing machine is designed by simulating the principle of beating clothes by hammering a rod, and the washing machine is formed by repeatedly moving a stainless steel inner barrel, a mechanical program controller, a shell which is protected by phosphating, electrophoresis and spraying, and a plurality of heavy cement blocks for balancing huge centrifugal force generated when the drum rotates, and the combined action of washing powder and water is used for washing the clothes. Of course, the washing machine 1 may be other types of washing machines. According to the different types of motors, the washing machine 1 can be further divided into a fixed-frequency washing machine and a variable-frequency washing machine, the main difference between the frequency conversion of the washing machine and the fixed-frequency washing machine is that the motor and the noise are different, the rotating speed of the variable-frequency motor can be regulated according to the washing step, and the rotating speed of the fixed-frequency washing machine motor is constant. The designer may choose according to the requirements or objectives of the washing machine 1. For example, the washing machine 1 of the embodiment of the present application may be a fixed frequency washing machine.
The embodiment of the present application will be described by taking a drum type washing machine as an example. For example, the washing machine 1 may include a frame 10 and an inner tub 20, and the frame 10 may be understood as a frame structure or a bearing structure of the washing machine 1, and the frame 10 is provided with a laundry putting opening, and an opening of the inner tub 20 corresponds to the laundry putting opening. And the opening direction of the inner tub 20 is perpendicular to the gravity direction, it is understood that the inner tub 20 is placed horizontally. The inner tub 20 is for accommodating laundry, and the inner tub 20 is rotatable with respect to the frame 10 to perform processes such as washing and dehydrating of the laundry by the rotation of the inner tub 20. The washing machine 1 may further include a door rotatably connected with the frame 10 to open the laundry putting opening or close the laundry putting opening. The washing machine 1 may be provided with a pre-washing program, which is a washing mode of the washing machine 1, that is, stirring and mixing the washing powder or the washing liquid uniformly, sufficiently dissolving and immersing the laundry to soften stains. The pre-washing can also wash off the floating ash or dirt on the surface of the clothes with clean water. And, the pre-washing process is selected, and the water injected into the inner tub 20 may be used a plurality of times.
For example, please refer to fig. 2 in combination with fig. 1, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a connection structure of each device in the washing machine shown in fig. 1. The washing machine 1 may further include a water inlet valve 30, a spray system 40, a water level detector 50, and a control device 60. The water inlet valve 30 is used as a switch for filling water into the inner tub 20, and it is understood that the water inlet valve 30 may be disposed at an end of a tap pipeline outside the washing machine 1, the water inlet valve 30 is an electromagnetic valve, and opening and closing of the water inlet valve 30, that is, on/off of water supply, may be controlled by a signal for opening and closing the water inlet valve 30.
The spray system 40 may include a circulation pump and a spray pipe having one end disposed in the inner tub 20, for example, at the bottom of the inner tub 20. The other end of the spray pipe is disposed in the frame 10, and the outlet of the spray pipe faces the inner tub 20 to spray water to the inner tub 20. The circulation pump is used as a power source of the spraying system 40, and drives the spraying pipe to pump water from the inner barrel 20 and spray the water into the inner barrel 20, thereby realizing the recycling of the water in the inner barrel 20. The number of the spraying pipes can be set according to the needs, for example, four spraying pipes are arranged in the frame 10, and outlets of the four spraying pipes are all located above the inner barrel 20 so as to facilitate spraying of the inner barrel 20. The water level detector 50 is for detecting the water level of the inner tub 20.
The type of the water level detector 50 is not limited, and it is possible to detect the water level in the inner tub 20. For example, the water level detector 50 may be a pressure type water level gauge, and the measurement principle is mainly based on the hydrostatic pressure principle that the pressure is in direct proportion to the water depth, and the water level gauge is made of a water pressure sensitive integrated component. When the sensor is fixed at a certain point under water, the water column pressure above the detection point acts on the water pressure sensitive integrated component, so that the resistance of the component changes, and the voltage changes, and the water level of the point can be indirectly detected. Of course, the water level detector 50 may also be another type of sensor, which is not exemplified here.
The control device 60 may be understood as a control center of the washing machine 1, and the control device 60 may be electrically connected to the inner tub 20, the water inlet valve 30, the spray system 40, and the water level detector 50, respectively, to control the rotation of the inner tub 20, the opening and closing of the water inlet valve 30, the opening and closing of the spray system 40, and the operation of the water level detector 50.
In the prior art, in the program setting mode of the washing machine, the problem of insufficient dissolution of the washing powder is easy to occur, thereby causing waste of the washing powder and pollution to clothes. Therefore, the embodiment of the application improves the control scheme in the pre-washing procedure of the washing machine 1, can fully dissolve the washing powder on the basis of not changing the hardware structure of the washing machine 1, and reduces or avoids the problems of waste of the washing powder and pollution to clothes.
For example, please refer to fig. 3 in combination with fig. 1 and 2, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a first configuration of a control device in the washing machine shown in fig. 1. The control device 60 may include a first control module 61 and a second control module 62, the first control module 61 for controlling the inlet valve 30 to be opened to fill the inside of the inner tub 20 during the pre-washing inlet stage. The second control module 62 is used for starting the spraying system 40 to extract water in the inner tub 20 and spray the water from top to bottom, and simultaneously controlling the inner tub 20 to rotate, so that the water sprayed by the spraying system 40 uniformly wets the clothes in the inner tub 20 and the washing powder on the clothes is dissolved. For example, the second control module 62 may control the inner tub 20 to rotate in a first direction at a first rotational speed to prevent washing powder from falling into the inner tub 20, reducing or avoiding the problem of insufficient dissolution of washing powder.
In the pre-washing stage, the spraying system 40 is started while water is injected into the inner barrel 20, and the inner barrel 20 is controlled to rotate, and the spraying system 40 sprays water into the inner barrel 20 to wet clothes, so that washing powder on the surface of the clothes can be soaked and dissolved in advance. Meanwhile, the rotation of the inner barrel 20 can increase the spraying uniformity of the spraying system, prevent washing powder from falling into the inner barrel 20 and improve the probability of full dissolution of the washing powder.
Illustratively, the pre-wash in embodiments of the present application may be divided into four stages: the water inlet stage, the first pre-washing stage, the water supplementing stage and the second pre-washing stage are controlled in different ways in each stage.
The driving of the rotation of the inner tub 20 by the control device 60 is achieved by controlling the rotation of a motor connected to the inner tub 20, and the control device 60 achieves the control of the rotation direction and rotation speed of the inner tub 20 by controlling the rotation direction, such as the forward rotation and the reverse rotation, of the motor. In the water inlet process, the rotating speed of the motor plays an important role in dissolving the washing powder, the lower rotating speed can cause weaker washing capability, the washing powder is difficult to dissolve, and the higher rotating speed can increase energy consumption.
In the embodiment of the present application, the motor may be controlled to operate at a 1.4R rotation speed during the water inlet stage of the pre-washing so that the inner tub 20 is operated at the first rotation speed. The operation speed of the motor in the washing stage of the washing machine 1 may be, for example, 40rpm/min to 50rpm/min. By increasing the motor speed and the action time of the circulating pump in the pre-washing water inlet stage, the washing powder in the pre-washing stage can be fully dissolved.
For example, please refer to fig. 1 to 3 in combination with fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a second structure of the control device in the washing machine shown in fig. 1. The control device 60 may further include a third control module 63, wherein the third control module 63 is configured to control the water level detector 50 to detect the water level in the inner tub 20, and close the water inlet valve 30 to stop water injection into the inner tub 20 when the water level reaches a first preset level. And controls the inner tub 20 to operate at the second rotational speed for a first period of time to pre-wash the laundry in the inner tub 20, which may be understood as a first pre-wash stage. Wherein the second rotational speed is less than the first rotational speed, and the rotational speed of the motor corresponding to the second rotational speed of the inner tub 20 is R, and in some embodiments, the first rotational speed is 1.4 times the second rotational speed.
Therein, the first period of time may be, for example, 5 minutes. It should be noted that the total time of the pre-washing stage may be set to 10 minutes, and the amount of water required for the first washing stage is large, so the first period may occupy half of the time of the pre-washing stage.
For example, the control device 60 may further include a fourth control module 64, and the fourth control module 64 is configured to control the inner tub 20 to rotate in the first direction at the first rotational speed by opening the water inlet valve 30 during the water replenishment phase. When the water level reaches a second preset level, the water inlet valve 30 is closed, and the inner tub 20 is controlled to operate at a second rotation speed for a second period of time to finish pre-washing the laundry. This process can be understood as the second pre-wash stage. The second time period is less than the first time period, for example, the second time period may be 2 minutes, and the water is not required for the process, so the second time period is less than the first time period.
After the second pre-wash phase is completed, the spray system 40 is turned off. It should be noted that, the spraying system 40 is opened in the whole pre-washing stage, the spraying system 40 is opened in the pre-washing stage to help the washing powder dissolve under the gravity action of the water flow, and the inner tub 20 rotates to uniformly spray the spraying system 40, so that the probability of dissolving the washing powder is improved.
The first preset height and the second preset height are set according to the model of the washing machine 1 and the washing requirement. It is understood that the second preset height is greater than the first preset height.
It should be noted that the first control module 61, the second control module 62, the third control module 63 and the fourth control module 64 are divided according to steps of different stages of the pre-washing process in the embodiment of the present application, and may be selected according to needs in the application process, and should not be construed as limiting the constituent modules of the control device 60.
At present, the washing powder is fully dissolved by heating or changing the internal structure, but the heating time and the heating temperature are limited, so that the washing powder is difficult to fully dissolve, and the washing rate of clothes is low. In the embodiment of the application, the washing process is fully utilized, namely, the circulating pump and the motor are started at the beginning of pre-washing water inflow, and the spraying function of the circulating pump and the power function of the motor are fully exerted, so that the aim of fully pre-dissolving the washing powder is fulfilled, the residue of the washing powder in clothes is further reduced, and the clothes washing rate is improved.
In order to more clearly explain the operation of the control device 60, the following will be described from the perspective of the control method of the washing machine.
For example, please refer to fig. 1 to 4 in combination with fig. 5, fig. 5 is a first flow chart of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the application. The embodiment of the present application further provides a control method for a washing machine, and the structural composition of the washing machine 1 may refer to the above description, and will not be repeated here. The control method of the washing machine may include:
101. in the pre-washing water inlet stage, the water inlet valve is controlled to be opened so as to fill water into the inner barrel.
The pre-washing may be divided into a water inlet stage, a first pre-washing stage, a water supplementing stage, and a second pre-washing stage. The water inlet stage firstly controls the water inlet valve 30 to be opened so as to fill water into the inner tub 20.
102. Starting the spraying system to extract water in the inner barrel, spraying the water from top to bottom, and controlling the inner barrel to rotate, so that the water sprayed by the spraying system uniformly wets clothes in the inner barrel, and washing powder on the clothes is dissolved.
When the water level in the inner tub 20 has the first height, the spraying system 40 is turned on to draw water in the inner tub 20 and spray the water from the upper side to the lower side. And simultaneously controls the rotation of the inner tub 20 so that the water sprayed by the spraying system 40 uniformly wets the laundry in the inner tub 20 and dissolves the laundry powder on the laundry. For example, the inner tub 20 may be controlled to rotate in a first direction at a first rotational speed to prevent laundry detergent from falling into the inner tub 20, reducing or avoiding the problem of insufficient dissolution of the laundry detergent. The motor may be controlled to operate at a 1.4R speed to operate the inner tub 20 at a first speed.
Of course, the shower system 40 may also be opened simultaneously with the opening of the inlet valve 30, so that the control scheme may be simplified, and convenient and easy to operate.
In the washing machine 1, the control method of the washing machine and the control device 60 thereof according to the embodiments of the present application, in the pre-washing stage, the spraying system 40 is turned on and the rotation of the inner tub 20 is controlled while the water is injected into the inner tub 20, and the spraying system 40 sprays water into the inner tub 20 to wet the laundry, so that the washing powder on the surface of the laundry can be soaked and dissolved in advance. Meanwhile, the rotation of the inner barrel 20 can increase the spraying uniformity of the spraying system, prevent washing powder from falling into the inner barrel 20 and improve the probability of full dissolution of the washing powder. According to the embodiment of the application, the washing process is fully utilized, namely, the circulating pump and the motor are started at the beginning of pre-washing water inflow, so that the spraying function of the circulating pump and the power function of the motor are fully exerted, the aim of fully pre-dissolving the washing powder is fulfilled, the residue of the washing powder in clothes is further reduced, and the clothes washing rate is improved.
It should be noted that the control method of the washing machine is not limited to the above steps, and exemplary please refer to fig. 1 to 5 and fig. 6, fig. 6 is a second flow chart of the control method of the washing machine according to the embodiment of the application. The embodiment of the application also provides a control method of the washing machine, which comprises the following steps:
201. in the pre-washing water inlet stage, the water inlet valve is controlled to be opened so as to fill water into the inner barrel.
202. Starting the spraying system to extract water in the inner barrel, spraying the water from top to bottom, and controlling the inner barrel to rotate, so that the water sprayed by the spraying system uniformly wets clothes in the inner barrel, and washing powder on the clothes is dissolved.
Reference may be made to the descriptions of steps 101 and 102 for steps 201 and 202, which are not repeated here.
203. The water level detector is controlled to detect the water level in the inner tub.
