Background
Most of the current washing machines on the market are cold water washing, especially impeller washing machines, because the washing water consumption is large in the washing process, the heating is slow, the labor and the electricity are wasted, and the cold water washing mode is generally adopted, so that most of the laundry detergent put into the outer barrel is mixed with the load to be washed without being at the optimal temperature, and the catalytic activity of enzyme in the detergent cannot be activated and can be brought into play to the optimal state. Therefore, the problems of low cleanliness, waste of detergent and the like after the load in the inner barrel is cleaned are caused.
Moreover, when a lot of users use the washing machine, the laundry detergent is generally poured into the outer tub of the washing machine directly, and the washing machine with the automatic throwing function generally directly throws the laundry detergent into the outer tub along with the inlet water, so that the laundry detergent cannot be uniformly and dispersedly sprinkled on the clothes in the tub, which causes the problem of uneven distribution of the detergent on the load in the tub.
In addition, in the whole water inlet process of the washing machine, one-time water inlet is generally adopted to reach a set washing water level, an intermittent pre-washing stirring mode is not provided, and therefore stains in a load to be washed cannot be fully contacted with a detergent in the water inlet process.

(not shown in the drawings)
As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further introduces a control method applied to the above washing machine, after a load is put into the outer tub 2 of the washing machine, detergent, washing powder, etc. are added into the outer tub 2, and the detergent, washing powder, etc. can be directly put into the outer tub 2, or the detergent, washing powder, etc. can be flushed into the outer tub 2 along with the water flow of the washing machine; preferably, the detergent, washing powder and the like outside the outer barrel 2 are mixed with the water inflow of the washing machine and then flow into the outer barrel 2 together. When the washing machine executes a water inlet program in a washing process, a small amount of inlet water is firstly fed into the outer barrel 2 to a set water level, the small amount of inlet water flowing into the outer barrel 2 is heated until the temperature of the small amount of inlet water in the outer barrel 2 reaches a set temperature value, the heated inlet water is pumped out of the outer barrel 2 and then flows back into the inner barrel 3, and a load contained in the inner barrel 3 is soaked, so that a detergent, washing powder and the like put into the outer barrel 2 are uniformly mixed with the load under the action of spray water, and the effect of uniformly mixing the detergent, the washing powder and the like with washing water at the optimal temperature to improve the washing activity is achieved.

Meanwhile, before washing, a small amount of inlet water flows into the outer barrel, so that the small amount of inlet water of the washing machine can be quickly heated and heated to a set temperature, the heating time is shortened, and the energy consumption is saved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the inlet water in the outer barrel 2 is pumped to the circulating pipe 5 outside the barrel under the action of the circulating pump 6 and then flows back to the inner barrel 3, and the return water flow uniformly sprays all parts of the inner barrel 3 in a spraying mode so as to realize the effect of uniformly spraying moisture on the load contained in the inner barrel. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the invention, the mode of heating a small amount of inlet water in the outer barrel can be as follows: heating the inlet water in the outer barrel 2 by using a heating unit 8 arranged on the circulating pump 6; and/or, the heating unit 8 arranged in the outer barrel 2 is used for heating the inlet water in the outer barrel 2; and/or, the inlet water in the outer barrel is heated by the heating unit 8 arranged on the circulating pipe 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the heating unit 8 is provided at the circulation pump 6, the following heating process may be employed:
in the process of heating the inlet water in the outer barrel, the circulating pump can be continuously in a working state all the time, so that the water in the outer barrel continuously and circularly flows through the circulating pipe under the action of the circulating pump, and the heating unit at the circulating pump instantaneously heats circulating water flow flowing through to heat the water in the outer barrel;
or the circulating pump does not work, the heating unit generates heat to heat water flow in the cavity of the circulating pump, and the cavity of the circulating pump is communicated with the outer barrel through a pipeline, so that the heat transferred to the cavity of the circulating pump is transferred and diffused to the outer barrel through the water flow, and the water flow of inlet water containing detergent in the outer barrel is heated;
or, the circulating pump works intermittently, and works for a certain time t2 after a certain time t1, so that the water flow in the outer barrel flows circularly through the circulating pipe at intervals to stir the water flow in the outer barrel, and the heat loss is reduced on the premise of ensuring the heating rate.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the washing machine executes a water inlet program in a washing process, a small amount of inlet water is firstly fed into the outer barrel of the washing machine to reach a set water level, the set water level is lower than the lowest height of a load contained in the inner barrel, the inlet water of the washing machine flows into the outer barrel and then converges at the bottom of the outer barrel under the action of gravity, and the small amount of inlet water is positioned below the load and is not contacted with the load after flowing into the outer barrel, so that the phenomenon that the load is wetted by the unheated inlet water and the activity of a detergent is influenced is avoided.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the set water level is lower than the height of the bottom of the inner tub 3, so that the washing water is collected in the gap between the inner and outer tub bottoms below the inner tub bottom, and the condition that the small amount of the inlet water flows into the outer tub and then contacts with the load is further avoided.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pulsator 4 is disposed in the inner tub 3 at the upper side of the bottom of the inner tub, and the pulsator 4 is disposed to cover the bottom of the inner tub, or the outer periphery of the pulsator 4 is disposed with a small gap from the inner tub wall, at this time, if the load put in the inner tub 3 is all located above the pulsator 4, the set water level is only required to be lower than the height of the pulsator 4 installed in the inner tub 3, and the load is ensured not to contact with the small amount of intake water.
In the embodiment of the invention, the inlet water flow of the washing machine can flow in from one side of the outer barrel, so that the inlet water flow covers less cross sections in the process of flowing into the outer barrel 2, the contact area between the inlet water flow and the load in the inner barrel is reduced as much as possible, and the contact between the unheated inlet water and the load is avoided.
Preferably, in order to prevent the incoming water of the washing machine from contacting with the load, the incoming water flow of the washing machine can be isolated from the load contained in the inner tub 3 by adopting the following arrangement: as shown in fig. 1, the water inlet pipe 9 of the washing machine is communicated with the gap between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2, and the inflow water of the washing machine flows into the outer tub 2 from the gap between the inner tub 3 and the outer tub 2, so that the inflow water of the washing machine only flows through the gap between the inner tub and the outer tub and does not contact with the washing load contained in the inner tub 3, thereby achieving the effect of completely isolating the washing water from the load. Meanwhile, in order to further improve the isolation, as shown in fig. 2, the water inlet pipe 9 of the washing machine is communicated with the gap between the bottom of the inner barrel and the bottom of the outer barrel, and the inflow water of the washing machine flows into the outer barrel from the gap between the bottom of the inner barrel and the bottom of the outer barrel, so that a small amount of inflow water lower than the set water level is completely positioned between the inner and outer barrels below the bottom of the inner barrel, and the condition that the unheated washing water is contacted with the load in the barrel is effectively avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the heated inlet water in the outer barrel 2 is pumped to the circulating pipe 5 outside the outer barrel 2 and then flows back to the inner barrel 3 in a spraying mode, and the spraying backflow water is sprayed on the load arranged in the inner barrel 3 to wet the load; spraying the backward flow water and spraying the backward flow in to interior bucket 3 in-process, interior bucket 3 is rotatory with setting for the rotational speed and the commentaries on classics stop ratio, makes interior bucket 3 interior load overturn, remove to make the spraying water that sprays evenly contact with each position of load, promote the mixing uniformity of detergent, and the distribution degree of consistency of spraying the water. Preferably, in the process of spraying reflux water into the inner barrel 3, the inner barrel 3 rotates around a shaft at a constant circumferential direction and at a fixed rotation speed, so that the load in the barrel can be fully contacted with an activated detergent, washing powder and the like to react, and the washing cleanliness is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, water is fed for multiple times in the water feeding process of the washing machine, after the water is fed to the corresponding water level height for each time, the inner barrel 3 and/or the stirring structure is driven to rotate so as to form corresponding water flow in the outer barrel 2, and the load in the inner barrel 3 is prewashed, so that prewashing stirring is carried out in batches in the water feeding process, and the mixing uniformity of the detergent and the load is further improved.
Preferably, in the process of performing pre-washing by the washing machine, after the washing machine enters water to each corresponding water level height, the circulating pump 6 is started for a certain time, the washing water in the outer barrel 2 is pumped out and then is sprayed to the upper surface of the load in the inner barrel 3 in a backflow mode, so that the upper surface of the load is sprayed by utilizing the spray water, stubborn stains in the load and the washing liquid are fully subjected to chemical reaction, and the washing cleanliness is improved. In the embodiment of the invention, after the washing machine enters water to each corresponding water level, the following steps can be executed in an alternative or synchronous mode: the inner tub 3 and/or the stirring structure is driven to rotate to form a corresponding water flow in the outer tub 2, and the circulating pump 6 is operated to drive the washing water in the outer tub 2 to circulate.
Further preferably, in order to enhance the activity of the detergent, in the embodiment of the present invention, the heating unit 8 disposed on the circulation pump 6 heats the inlet water in the outer tub 2 after each time the inlet water reaches the corresponding water level during the pre-washing process of the washing machine.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water inlet process of the washing machine comprises the following steps,
step 1, starting to feed water, and flushing the detergent into an outer barrel along with the water flow of the water, or directly putting the detergent into the outer barrel;
step 2, feeding water to a first set water level;
step 3, heating the inlet water mixed with the detergent in the outer barrel to a set value;
step 4, driving the heated inlet water to circularly flow from the bottom of the outer barrel to the inner barrel through an outer circulating pipe by using a circulating pump, spraying the return water onto a load placed in the inner barrel when the return water flows back to the inner barrel, and uniformly distributing the detergent put in the outer barrel in the inlet water in the outer barrel under the action of circulating water flow and fully mixing the detergent with the load placed in the inner barrel;
and 5, after the time is continuously set, feeding water into the outer barrel to execute a subsequent prewashing program.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pre-washing procedure comprises,
step 61, water is fed to a second set water level, a first water flow is generated in the outer barrel and used for washing the detergent loaded in the high-concentration detergent water, and the washing operation is carried out for a set time t 1;
step 62, starting a circulating pump, pumping the inlet water in the outer barrel, spraying the inlet water to the upper surface of the load in the inner barrel, and running for set time t 2;
step 63, when water is fed to a third set water level, a second water flow is generated in the outer barrel, and the operation is carried out for a set time t 3;
and step 64, water is fed to a fourth set water level, and a washing program is started to be executed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the inner tub is rotated at a set speed and a set rotation-stop ratio so that the water jet is sufficiently contacted with the load everywhere in the inner tub while the above-described step 62 is performed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first set water level is lower than the second set water level, lower than the third set water level and lower than the fourth set water level, so that corresponding programs are executed on all water inlet levels in batches in the water inlet process of the washing machine, washing water flow and/or circulating water flow are utilized to stir the load, the load and detergent are uniformly and fully mixed, and the washing cleanliness of the washing machine is obviously improved. Preferably, the fourth set water level is a washing set water level corresponding to a washing program executed by the washing machine; the first set water level is a reset water level lower than the bottom of the inner barrel.
Meanwhile, the first water flow strength is lower than the second water flow strength, so that in the water inlet process of the washing machine, the washing water flow strength at a low water level is lower than that at a high water level, a small amount of washing water mixed with a high-concentration detergent is subjected to the action of low-strength washing water flow to enable the load to be in full contact reaction with the detergent, a large amount of washing water mixed with a low-concentration detergent is subjected to the action of high-strength washing water flow to enable the load to be impacted by water flow for washing, and the washing efficiency is remarkably improved on the premise of effectively ensuring full contact between the detergent and the load.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the control method may be applied to a drum washing machine, the outer tub is set to have a horizontal axis or an inclined axis, and an inner tub capable of rotating relatively is installed in the outer tub. The circulation pipe is set outside the outer tub to connect the bottom of the outer tub and the inner tub, and the circulation pump is set on the circulation pipe to flow the washing water from the bottom of the outer tub to the inner tub.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
