A concrete pavement maintenance device is characterized in that: the frame comprises a frame body (100), a covering material laying mechanism (200) and a spraying mechanism (300), wherein the frame body (100) comprises a first side frame (110), a second side frame (120), a frame (140) respectively arranged at the bottom ends of the two side frames and a telescopic frame (130) which stretches in the horizontal direction, and the first side frame (110) and the second side frame (120) are oppositely arranged and are respectively connected with two ends of the telescopic frame (130); the covering material laying mechanism (200) comprises two prismatic inserted bars (210) and a covering coiled material (220), the two inserted bars (210) are respectively connected to the two side frames in a rotating mode, the geometric axes and the rotating axes of the two inserted bars (210) are coincident and parallel to the extending and contracting direction of the extending and contracting frame (130), a scroll (221) is arranged at one end of the covering coiled material (220), and slots (222) matched with the shapes of the inserted bars (210) are respectively formed at two ends of the scroll (221); the spraying mechanism (300) comprises a flexible spraying pipe (310), one end of the spraying pipe (310) is a blind end and is arranged on the first side frame (110), the other end of the spraying pipe is provided with a connecting pipe head (311) for connecting a water supply device, the connecting pipe head (311) is fixedly connected to the second side frame (120), and the pipe wall of the spraying pipe (310) is provided with a plurality of water outlets which are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the pipe; the telescopic frame (130) comprises two parallel and side-by-side shearing fork mechanisms, the two shearing fork mechanisms are connected through a plurality of shaft rods (131), the shaft rods (131) are fixedly arranged at the hinge shafts at the end parts of the shearing fork arms, and the spray pipe (310) passes through the space between the two shearing fork mechanisms and is lapped on the shaft rods (131); the two covering material laying mechanisms (200) are arranged side by side, the covering material laying mechanisms (200) further comprise hanging pieces (600) which are detachably connected to the telescopic frames (130), connecting rod grooves (602) are formed in the hanging pieces (600), one ends of the scroll shafts (221) are arranged in the connecting rod grooves (602), the inserting rods (210) of the two covering material laying mechanisms (200) are not coaxial, first gears (531) are fixedly connected on the inserting rods (210) in a coaxial mode, linkage gears (535) are arranged between the inserting rods (210) of the two covering material laying mechanisms (200) on the same side frame, and the linkage gears (535) are meshed with the first gears (531) corresponding to the two adjacent inserting rods (210); the spraying mechanism (300) further comprises a winding pipe barrel (320), the winding pipe barrel (320) is rotatably connected to the side frame I (110), the blind end of the spraying pipe (310) is fixedly connected to the circumferential wall of the winding pipe barrel (320), and the length of the spraying pipe (310) is not smaller than the length of the telescopic frame (130) when the telescopic frame (130) is extended to the longest.
