step four, placing the hanging basket into a micro-pressure cooker and a parallel micro-pressure cooker through a travelling crane, driving an L-arm rotary cooker cover to align to a cooker opening flange through a motor III, putting down the cooker cover through a telescopic cylinder, driving a gear to rotate the rotary flange through the motor IV, and starting a cooking program after spinning and locking the cooker cover; after the automatic steaming time is over, the saucepan is automatically depressurized under the control of a PLC, the rotary flange is rotated by a motor four-rotation gear after the pressure relief is over, the pot cover is loosened, the telescopic cylinder jacks up the pot cover, the pot cover is transferred out of the pot, the hanging basket is lifted away from the saucepan by a travelling crane, and melon seeds in the hanging basket are put into a subsequent automatic drying device for drying;
