Abstract
The invention discloses quick-drying water-based ink and a preparation method thereof, wherein the quick-drying water-based ink consists of 870 type acrylic resin liquid, ethanol, propylene glycol butyl ether, a water-based quick-drying agent, N330 carbon black, phthalocyanine blue BGS, 6240 sun-proof green lotus color lake, 831 emulsion, 824 emulsion, a defoaming agent and deionized water; the water-based quick drying agent is added into the resin, so that the drying time of the resin can be greatly shortened, the drying speed of the ink is effectively accelerated, the water-based ink is dried more quickly by using ethanol with stronger volatility as a solvent, the problem of printing quality caused by low drying speed of the water-based ink can be solved, the production cost is reduced, and the water-based quick drying agent has higher practical application value.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based ink, in particular to quick-drying water-based ink and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-based ink is ink taking water as a solvent or a dispersion medium and mainly comprises a binder, a pigment, an auxiliary agent and the like. With the development of various paints and coatings, research and application of water-based ink have also been greatly developed. The reversible color-changing water-based ink is a functional water-based ink, when the surface of a printed matter reaches a certain temperature, the color of the ink is changed or changed from colorless to colored, and when the temperature is reduced, the original color is recovered, so that the reversible color-changing water-based ink can be repeatedly used.

Preferably, the quick-drying water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of 870 type acrylic resin liquid, 8 parts of ethanol, 8 parts of propylene glycol monobutyl ether, 3.5 parts of water-based quick drying agent, 10 parts of N330 carbon black, 2 parts of phthalocyanine blue BGS, 1.5 parts of 6240 sun-proof green lotus color lake, 11 parts of 831 emulsion, 20 parts of 824 emulsion, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent and 120 parts of deionized water.
The invention provides a preparation method of quick-drying water-based ink, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials, namely weighing the raw materials in parts by mass for later use;
(2) putting 870 type acrylic resin liquid, ethanol and 10-20 parts of deionized water into a dispersion kettle, and sufficiently stirring and uniformly dispersing;
(3) adding N330 carbon black, phthalocyanine blue BGS, 6240 sun-proof green lotus color lake and 0.5 part of defoaming agent into a dispersion kettle according to the formula, sufficiently dispersing and uniformly stirring
(4) Transferring the dispersed material into a sand mill for grinding for 3-4 times, and measuring the fineness to be below 15 um; otherwise, grinding is carried out again until the fineness meets the requirement;
(5) transferring the ground material into a dispersing kettle, adding 831 emulsion, 824 emulsion, propylene glycol butyl ether, a water-based quick drying agent, the rest defoaming agent and deionized water according to the formula in sequence, and stirring sufficiently and uniformly to obtain the product.
Preferably, the solid content of the water-based quick-drying agent is 40%, the PH is 7, and the main component is butyl acrylate which is copolymerized as the main multi-component emulsion; the rotation speed during stirring in the step (5) is controlled at 300-500 r/min.

The quick-drying water-based ink comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of 870 type acrylic resin liquid, 8 parts of ethanol, 8 parts of propylene glycol monobutyl ether, 3.5 parts of water-based quick drying agent, 10 parts of N330 carbon black, 2 parts of phthalocyanine blue BGS, 1.5 parts of 6240 sun-proof green lotus color lake, 11 parts of 831 emulsion, 20 parts of 824 emulsion, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent and 120 parts of deionized water.
Example 3
The quick-drying water-based ink comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of 870 type acrylic resin liquid, 12 parts of ethanol, 11 parts of propylene glycol butyl ether, 5 parts of a water-based quick drying agent, 12 parts of N330 carbon black, 3 parts of phthalocyanine blue BGS, 2 parts of 6240 sun-proof green lotus pigment lake, 14 parts of 831 emulsion, 22 parts of 824 emulsion, 2 parts of a defoaming agent and 140 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the quick-drying water-based ink in the above examples 1 to 3 comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials, namely weighing the raw materials in parts by mass for later use;
(2) putting 870 type acrylic resin liquid, ethanol and 10-20 parts of deionized water into a dispersion kettle, and sufficiently stirring and uniformly dispersing;
(3) adding N330 carbon black, phthalocyanine blue BGS, 6240 sun-proof green lotus color lake and 0.5 part of defoaming agent into a dispersion kettle according to the formula, sufficiently dispersing and uniformly stirring
(4) Transferring the dispersed material into a sand mill for grinding for 3-4 times, and measuring the fineness to be below 15 um; otherwise, grinding is carried out again until the fineness meets the requirement;
