In a preferred embodiment: the time T1 for the cold chain cargo to travel in the feeding buffer bin is longer than the time T2 for the isolating curtain to fall down again after being lifted by the cold chain cargo.
In a preferred embodiment: a first cold chain cargo sensor is arranged at the position where the feeding buffer bin is connected with the feeding conveyor belt;
when the first cold chain goods sensor detects cold chain goods, the feeding conveyor belt stops conveying the cold chain goods.
In a preferred embodiment: one side that the feeding surge bin is connected to the disinfection storehouse is provided with second cold chain goods sensor, when second cold chain goods sensor detected the cold chain goods, the material loading conveyer belt continues the conveying cold chain goods.
The invention also provides a cold chain sterilizer which uses the multi-bin layout structure.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides a multi-bin layout structure of a cold chain sterilizer, wherein a feeding buffer bin and a discharging buffer bin are arranged on two sides of a sterilizing bin, so that ultraviolet rays leaked out of the sterilizing bin can only leak into the feeding buffer bin or the discharging buffer bin and are isolated by isolating curtains of the feeding buffer bin and the discharging buffer bin when goods enter or leave the sterilizing bin, the ultraviolet rays can not leak out, and the working safety of external workers is ensured. Therefore, the device is particularly suitable for use in a narrow operation area. For example, in the case of disinfecting cold chain goods in a container, the operation can be performed by only placing the disinfecting machine in the container, and the situation that an operator in a narrow space is irradiated by ultraviolet rays due to ultraviolet leakage does not need to be worried about.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", "top/bottom", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "disposed," "sleeved/connected," "connected," and the like, are used in a broad sense, and for example, "connected" may be a wall-mounted connection, a detachable connection, an integral connection, a mechanical connection, an electrical connection, a direct connection, an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, and a communication between two elements, and those skilled in the art will understand the specific meaning of the terms in the present invention specifically.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a multi-bin layout structure of a cold chain sterilizer, including: the cold chain cargo transportation device comprises a feeding buffer bin 1, a disinfection bin 2 and a discharging buffer bin 3 which are sequentially arranged along the cold chain cargo transportation direction;
the inlet of the feeding buffer bin 1, the outlet of the discharging buffer bin 3 and the communication positions of the sterilizing bin 2, the feeding buffer bin 1 and the discharging buffer bin 3 are respectively provided with an isolation curtain 4 for isolating ultraviolet rays.
Foretell many storehouses layout structure of cold chain sterilizer, through set up feeding surge bin 1 and ejection of compact surge bin 3 in 2 both sides in disinfection storehouse, the goods gets into or when leaving disinfection storehouse 2 like this, the ultraviolet light that disinfection storehouse 2 was let out can only reveal in feeding surge bin 1 or ejection of compact surge bin 3 to keep apart by feeding surge bin 1 and ejection of compact surge bin 3's isolation curtain 4, the condition that just so can not take place the ultraviolet ray and leak, guarantee outside staff's work safety. Therefore, the device is particularly suitable for use in a narrow operation area. For example, in the case of sterilizing cold chain goods in a container, the operation can be performed by only putting the sterilizing machine into the container, and the situation that operators in a narrow space are irradiated by ultraviolet rays due to ultraviolet leakage is not needed to be worried about.
In order to make the goods move between the bins, the feeding buffer bin 1 is provided with a feeding conveyor belt, the discharging buffer bin 3 is provided with a discharging conveyor belt, and the sterilizing bin 2 is provided with a sterilizing conveyor belt.
In order to avoid cold chain goods from accumulating when being transported on each conveyor belt, the conveying speed L1 of the feeding conveyor belt is different from the conveying speed L2 of the sterilizing conveyor belt, and the conveying speed L2 of the sterilizing conveyor belt is different from the conveying speed L3 of the discharging conveyor belt.
Therefore, the conveying speed L2 of the disinfection conveying belt is low, so that the goods can be ensured to have sufficient time to receive ultraviolet radiation, and the disinfection and sterilization effects are ensured. And the conveying speed L1 of the feed conveyor belt is set to satisfy: the time T1 for the cold chain cargo to travel in the feeding buffer bin 1 is longer than the time T2 for the isolating curtain 4 to fall down again after being lifted by the cold chain cargo. Thus, after the previous goods enter the disinfection cabin 2, the isolation curtain 4 is put down and the next goods can enter the disinfection cabin 2 again.
In this embodiment, the isolation curtain 4 is a double-layer lead curtain, and each layer of lead curtain is formed by combining a plurality of vertical bar curtains arranged along the width direction. The double-layer lead curtain is arranged so that gaps formed by the vertical bar curtain and the vertical bar curtain in the inner layer and the outer layer of the double-layer lead curtain are staggered. Therefore, even if ultraviolet rays leak from the gap of one layer of the lead curtain, the ultraviolet rays can be shielded by the next layer of the lead curtain, and the safety is further improved.
In addition, in order to realize automation, a first cold chain cargo sensor is arranged at the position where the feeding buffer bin 1 is connected with the feeding conveyor belt; when the first cold chain goods sensor detects cold chain goods, the feeding conveyor belt stops conveying the cold chain goods. This allows only one cargo at a time to enter the feed buffer bin 1.
One side that disinfection storehouse 2 is connected feeding surge bin 1 is provided with the cold chain goods sensor of second, when the cold chain goods sensor detected the cold chain goods, the material loading conveyer belt continues to convey the cold chain goods. Thus, after the goods leave the feeding buffer bin 1, the feeding conveyor belt can continuously convey the next goods into the feeding buffer bin 1.
After the layout is applied to the cold chain sterilizer, the possibility of ultraviolet ray leakage can be greatly reduced, and the safety guarantee of operating personnel is increased.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can make insubstantial changes in the technical scope of the present invention within the technical scope of the present invention, and the actions infringe the protection scope of the present invention are included in the present invention.
