Abstract
本发明公开了一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)向电解后的次氯酸水中加入缓冲剂和稳定剂;(2)混合后,得到稳定的次氯酸。制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:稳定剂0.005‑2%,缓冲剂0.1‑10%,次氯酸水补充余量至100%。通过本发明所述的生产次氯酸稳定的方法制备的次氯酸溶液稳定性较好,在54℃的条件下依然具有良好的稳定性,保证了快速的杀菌效果,并且在接触病毒30秒内,能达到99.999%的杀菌率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,主要应用于消毒剂,漂白剂,除臭剂和氧化剂领域,涉及C25B,主要涉及杀生剂领域。
背景技术
次氯酸是一种氯元素的含氧酸,次氯酸中氯元素的化合价为正一价,是氯的最低价,具有极强的氧化性。次氯酸分子是一种中性分子,不带电荷,因此可以较容易的与带电荷的细菌接触,次氯酸分子不仅可以直接作用于细胞壁和病毒的蛋白质外壳,而且由于次氯酸的分子量较小,可以穿透细胞壁和蛋白质外壳进入到菌体内部,与细菌病毒体内的核酸和蛋白质发生氧化反应,从而达到杀菌的效果。次氯酸存在于液体中,呈现为黄色溶液,较低浓度下为无色,具有非常刺鼻的气味,在溶液中及其不稳定,产品储存时间较短。
次氯酸的消毒剂与之前的消毒剂相比,具有杀菌能力优越,安全无毒,环保的优势,在农业生产,家庭卫生消毒,食品餐饮行业以及医疗消毒等领域具有广泛的应用。但是次氯酸所制备的消毒剂的储存稳定性不高,市面上现有的次氯酸消毒剂的储存时间大约是在3-6个月的时间内,并且需要尽快使用,受光、热等环境因素的影响较大,稳定性较差,储存时间较短。
现有的生产次氯酸溶液稳定的方法主要两种:一是将次氯酸盐与酸液混合,反应生成次氯酸溶液,生成的次氯酸溶液中次氯酸分子含量低,次氯酸根含量高,杀菌效果不好;二是采用电解法,将氯盐与盐酸的混合溶液电解,生成次氯酸溶液。上述两种方法制得的次氯酸溶液,储存期限均不超过6个月,无法保证次氯酸溶液在使用过程中的稳定性,因此需要发明一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,可以大大延长消毒剂的使用期限。专利CN107326389A使用电解法,在氯盐溶液中加入稳定剂电解生成次氯酸溶液,生成的次氯酸水溶液中有效氯含量为100-200mg/L,杀菌效果不理想。专利CN110952108A提高次氯酸溶液稳定性的方法中,通过加入酸式盐进行电解后提高次氯酸水溶液的稳定性,但杀菌有效期不超过一年。
发明内容
为了解决次氯酸制备后稳定性不好,储存时间短的问题,本发明第一个方面开发了一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备原料包括稳定剂,缓冲剂,次氯酸水;
(2)向次氯酸水中加入缓冲剂和稳定剂;
(3)混合后,得到稳定的次氯酸。
作为一种优选的实施方式,制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:稳定剂0.005-2%,缓冲剂0.1-20%,次氯酸水补充余量至100%。
进一步优选,缓冲剂为0.1-15%。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述的次氯酸水的质量浓度为50-5000mg/L。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述稳定剂选自磷酸、硫酸、盐酸、磺酸、亚硫酸、碳酸、硼酸、硅酸、氯酸、亚硝酸、硫代硫酸中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述磺酸选自烷基磺酸、氨基磺酸、氨基乙磺酸、苯磺酸中的一种或几种的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述磺酸为氨基磺酸。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述磷酸选自正磷酸、焦磷酸、偏磷酸中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述硼酸选自原硼酸、焦硼酸、偏硼酸中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述硅酸选自原硅酸、偏硅酸、二硅酸中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述氯酸选自次氯酸、高氯酸中的一种。
次氯酸在生产过程中常常因为光照、温度等因素影响其稳定性,导致产生氯气,失去杀菌效果。为了解决次氯酸的稳定性问题,申请人经过大量创造性实验探究得到,加入氨基磺酸可以提升次氯酸稳定性的同时,保证次氯酸的快速杀菌效果。申请人推测可能的原因是:次氯酸在使用过程中会通过自身氧化还原反应而分解,在分解时每个次氯酸分子会吸电子,迅速结合病毒、细菌等微生物表面蛋白的电子,使得病毒、细菌表面蛋白被氧化而失去活性,同时,次氯酸发生2HOCl→2H++2Cl-+O2↑化学反应,此时,氨基磺酸的加入,会迅速捕获反应生成的Cl-,促进了次氯酸自身氧化还原反应向正方向进行,达到了快速杀菌效果。
另外申请人发现,在本申请中加入氨基磺酸钠等无机盐会抑制次氯酸本身发生的氧化还原的速率,导致次氯酸无法实现快速杀菌的效果。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述缓冲剂选自磷酸盐、碳酸氢盐、硅酸盐、碳酸盐、硫酸盐、氯盐、亚氯酸盐、高氯酸盐、乙二胺四乙酸盐中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述磷酸盐选自正磷酸盐和偏磷酸盐中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述碳酸氢盐选自碳酸氢钙、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸氢铵、碳酸氢镁中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述碳酸盐选自碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸铵、碳酸镁中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述氯盐选自氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化铵、氯化镁中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述亚氯酸盐选自亚氯酸钠、亚氯酸钾、亚氯酸钙、亚氯酸镁中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述乙二胺四乙酸盐选自乙二胺四乙酸钠,乙二胺四乙酸钙、乙二胺四乙酸镁、乙二胺四乙酸铵中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述正磷酸盐选自磷酸钙盐、磷酸钠盐、磷酸钾盐、磷酸铵盐、磷酸镁盐中的一种。
进一步优选,所述的磷酸钾盐选自磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢钾、磷酸钾中的一种。
进一步优选,磷酸钾盐为磷酸二氢钾。
为了进一步探究次氯酸的使用条件,申请人经过大量创造性实验探究得到,在本体系中,加入重量百分比为0.1-10%的磷酸二氢钾可以保证次氯酸最佳的杀菌效果,申请人推测可能的原因是:随着重量百分比为0.1-10%的磷酸二氢钾的加入,可以在氨基磺酸和次氯酸之间形成“桥梁”的连接作用,通过体系中存在一定数量的H2PO4 -等离子,将pH控制在适宜次氯酸氧化还原进行的条件下,此时,再通过桥梁之间的传输作用,将体系中存在的H+、Cl-、C1HNSO3-、H2NSO-等离子限制在合适的范围内,进一步将反应的离子络合起来,既保证了正逆反应的顺利进行,也因为分子间或分子内的氢键相互作用、范德华力等相互作用在次氯酸周围形成络合作用,保证其在pH5.7条件下表现出最大的杀菌效果。
申请人在实验过程中发现,加入的磷酸二氢钾的量可以影响本体系中杀菌效果、也会影响次氯酸的稳定性,申请人认为是因为:磷酸二氢钾的加入量可以对本体系中存在的离子进行络合,调节整体的pH值,在本体系中,pH值大于5.7时,会影响次氯酸反应的进行程度,进而影响杀菌效果。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述稳定剂的重量百分比为0.005-1%,进一步优选为0.01-1%。
进一步优选,稳定剂的重量百分比为0.02-0.5%,再一步优选,稳定剂的重量百分比为0.05%。
申请人发现,选择加入的氨基磺酸不仅影响次氯酸稳定性和快速杀菌效果,还影响了次氯酸的使用条件。申请人经过大量创造性实验探究得到,在本体系中选择加入的氨基磺酸的重量百分比为0.005-2%范围内时,尤其在氨基磺酸重量百分比为0.02-0.5%时,能保证在54℃条件下使用的稳定性。申请人推测出现这种现象的原因是:随着氨基磺酸的加入,可以调节体系中整体的稳定性,但是其含量过高时,会影响氨基磺酸的自分解的活性,在氨基磺酸的重量百分比为0.02-0.5%时,体系中存在游离的H2NSO一相对较多,对促进次氯酸自身氧化还原的能力相对较强,随着温度的升高,当温度超过54℃时,氨基磺酸在温度作用下会与本体系中存在的水分子之间发生进一步化学作用,生成NH4HSO4,对次氯酸的杀菌效果产生影响。
申请人在实验过程中发现,氨基磺酸的重量百分比的控制对本申请具有较大影响,氨基磺酸的重量比的变化,不仅影响体系中游离活性基团之间的反应活性,还影响化学反应的反应效率,影响可逆反应的反应反向,影响体系中杀菌有效成分在体系中存在的稳定性,影响次氯酸在高温下存在状态,因此,氨基磺酸重量百分比的确定对本体系具有重要作用。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述次氯酸水的用量与稳定剂氨基磺酸的重量比为97:(0.05-0.1.)。
本申请人发现次氯酸水的用量与稳定剂氨基磺酸的重量比为97:(0.05-0.1)时,可以达到接触病毒30秒内,达到99.999%的杀菌效果。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法的应用,其主要应用于物体表面,织物,水,果蔬,饮食炊具,室内空气,二次供水设施表面,手,皮肤和黏膜的消毒。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所制备的次氯酸对大部分的细菌,病毒都具有良好的杀灭效果,具有广泛适用性。
(2)本发明所制备的次氯酸使用比较安全,是一种环境友好型的次氯酸。
(3)本发明所制备的次氯酸中的次氯酸稳定性较好,在54℃的条件下依然具有良好的稳定性,保证了快速的杀菌效果。
(4)本发明所制备的次氯酸在次氯酸和氨基磺酸之间形成了稳定“桥梁”,保证了其在pH5.7条件下使用的稳定性。
(5)本发明所制备的次氯酸通过优化稳定剂与次氯酸水的比例,保证了其在接触病毒30秒内,能达到99.999%的杀菌效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述。有必要在此指出的是,以下实施例只用于对本发明作进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的专业技术人员根据上述本发明的内容做出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
另外,如果没有其它说明,所用原料都是市售得到的。
实施例1
一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备原料包括稳定剂,缓冲剂,次氯酸水;
(2)向次氯酸水中加入缓冲剂和稳定剂;
(3)混合后,得到稳定的次氯酸。
制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:氨基磺酸0.05%,磷酸二氢钾15%,次氯酸水97%。
所述次氯酸水的质量浓度为2525mg/L。将3576mg的次氯酸钠固体溶于1L水中制得。
实施例2
一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备原料包括稳定剂,缓冲剂,次氯酸水;
(2)向次氯酸水中加入缓冲剂和稳定剂;
(3)混合后,得到稳定的次氯酸。
制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:氨基磺酸0.005%,磷酸氢钾10%,次氯酸水89.995%。
所述次氯酸水的质量浓度为500mg/L。将710mg的次氯酸钠固体溶于1L水中制得。
实施例3
一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备原料包括稳定剂,缓冲剂,次氯酸水;
(2)向次氯酸水中加入缓冲剂和稳定剂;
(3)混合后,得到稳定的次氯酸。
制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:氨基乙磺酸2%,磷酸二氢钾0.1%,次氯酸水97.9%。
所述次氯酸水的质量浓度为4500mg/L。将6386mg的次氯酸钠固体溶于1L水中制得。
实施例4:
一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备原料包括稳定剂,缓冲剂,次氯酸水;
(2)向次氯酸水中加入缓冲剂和稳定剂;
(3)混合后,得到稳定的次氯酸。
制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:盐酸0.05%,碳酸钾2.95%,次氯酸水97%。
所述次氯酸水的质量浓度为2525mg/L。将3576mg的次氯酸钠固体溶于1L水中制得。
实施例5:
一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备原料包括稳定剂,缓冲剂,次氯酸水;
(2)向次氯酸水中加入缓冲剂和稳定剂;
(3)混合后,得到稳定的次氯酸。
制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:碳酸0.05%,乙二胺四乙酸钠2.95%,次氯酸水97%。
所述次氯酸水的质量浓度为2525mg/L。将3576mg的次氯酸钠固体溶于1L水中制得。

一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于稳定剂为氨基磺酸钠。

一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于缓冲剂为三聚磷酸钠。

一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于稳定剂为柠檬酸溶液。

一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于稳定剂的添加量为0.005%。

一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于稳定剂的添加量为0.005%。
对比例6:
一种生产次氯酸稳定的方法,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于次氯酸水的添加量为93%,氨基磺酸的添加量为5%。
性能测试:
1.稳定性:将所制备的次氯酸溶液样品液和对照液分成几份,置于棕色玻璃瓶中,在25℃室温下密封储存,定期取样,用碘量法测定样品液和对照液中有效氯含量。
2.有效期:将样品置于54℃恒温箱中密封储存进行加速试验,定期取样,用碘量法测定样品液和对照液中有效氯含量,测试时间为14天,54℃下有效氯下降20%,记为有效期24个月,54℃下有效氯下降25%,记为有效期12个月。
3.快速杀菌测试:测试30秒内杀菌率。

1.一种生产次氯酸的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备原料包括稳定剂,缓冲剂,次氯酸水;
(2)向次氯酸水中加入缓冲剂和稳定剂;
(3)混合后,得到稳定的次氯酸;
所述制备原料按重量百分比计,包括:稳定剂0.02-0.5%,缓冲剂0.1-20%,次氯酸水补充余量至100%;
所述稳定剂为氨基磺酸,所述缓冲剂为磷酸二氢钾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产次氯酸的方法,其特征在于:所述的次氯酸水的质量浓度为50-5000mg/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生产次氯酸的方法,其特征在于:所述次氯酸水与稳定剂的重量比为97:(0.05-0.1)。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法生产的次氯酸的应用,其特征在于:应用于家具表面,织物,水,果蔬,饮食炊具,室内空气,二次供水设施表面的消毒。
