The standardized precontrol device for planting street trees of claim 2, wherein: the fixing structure specifically comprises: the outer surface of one end of the steel ruler (1) is provided with a magic tape female surface (8), and the inner surface of the other end of the steel ruler is provided with a magic tape male surface.

7. The standardized precontrol device for the planting of the street trees as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, a standardized precontrol construction method for the planting of the street trees, comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: measuring the diameter at breast height of the nursery stock through a steel ruler (1), verifying whether the incoming nursery stock is qualified or not, and using the qualified nursery stock for planting;
step two: respectively winding steel rulers (1) at a planting depth position and a support position which is erected at the forefront of the nursery stock, respectively installing a laser range finder (5) and an infrared level meter (6) on the outer surfaces of the two steel rulers (1), leveling the two steel rulers (1), then hoisting the nursery stock into a tree pit, opening the laser range finder (5) on the steel ruler (1) at the planting depth position when the bottom of the nursery stock is 50-70cm away from the upper surface of the tree pit, slowly and vertically hoisting the nursery stock downwards until a laser line emitted by the laser range finder (5) appears at the top end of the wall of the tree pit, stopping hoisting at the moment, then taking down the steel ruler (1) at the planting depth position, the laser range finder (5) and the infrared level meter (6) above, and backfilling the tree pit to finish planting of the forefront nursery stock; planting the nursery stock adjacent to the foremost nursery stock in the same way;
step three: opening a laser range finder (5) and an infrared level meter (6) on a steel ruler (1) at the position where the foremost nursery stock is erected and supported, leveling the steel ruler (1), enabling laser emitted by the laser range finder (5) of the foremost nursery stock to be applied to the nursery stock adjacent to the back, adjusting the position of the steel ruler (1) of the back nursery stock according to the laser position, enabling the lasers of the two to be on the same horizontal line, and then taking down the laser range finder (5) and the infrared level meter (6) on the steel ruler (1) of the foremost nursery stock;
step four: planting the following seedlings in turn according to the mode of the second step and the third step, and determining the winding position of the steel ruler (1) at the position where the support is set up by taking the adjacent seedlings as reference;
step five: after all the seedlings are planted, taking down the laser range finder (5) and the infrared level meter (6) on the last seedling, only keeping the steel ruler (1) at the position where the support is set up for all the seedlings, then setting up the support for the seedlings, and enabling the contact point of the set up support and the seedlings to be located at the position of the steel ruler (1);
step six: if the white coating process is needed, winding a steel ruler (1) at the white coating highest point of the foremost nursery stock, installing a laser range finder (5) and an infrared level gauge (6) on the steel ruler (1), opening the infrared level gauge (6) to level the steel ruler (1), opening the laser range finder (5) to enable laser to be applied to the nursery stock adjacent to the back, winding the steel ruler (1) on the nursery stock on the back according to the laser position, installing the laser range finder (5) and the infrared level gauge (6) on the upper surface, and then taking down the laser range finder (5) and the infrared level gauge (6) on the steel ruler (1) of the foremost nursery stock; by analogy, sequentially winding a steel ruler (1) at the white-coated highest point of the nursery stock at the back by taking the nursery stock at the front as a reference, finally white-coating the nursery stock according to the steel ruler (1) at the white-coated highest point, white-coating the nursery stock below the steel ruler (1), and taking down the steel ruler (1) after white-coating;
step seven: during the nursery stock maintenance period, winding a steel ruler (1) at the branch point of the foremost nursery stock, installing a laser range finder (5) and an infrared level meter (6) on the steel ruler (1), opening the infrared level meter (6) to level the steel ruler (1), opening the laser range finder (5) to enable laser to be applied to the nursery stock adjacent to the back, winding the steel ruler (1) on the back according to the laser position of the nursery stock, installing the laser range finder (5) and the infrared level meter (6) on the back, and taking down the laser range finder (5) and the infrared level meter (6) on the foremost nursery stock steel ruler (1); by analogy, the front nursery stocks are taken as reference, steel rulers (1) are wound at the branch points of the rear nursery stocks in sequence, and finally, the nursery stocks are trimmed according to the steel rulers (1) at the branch points of the nursery stocks; if the seedlings need to be infused, a hanging ring (4) is arranged at the hole (3) of the steel ruler (1) at the branch point of the seedlings, and nutrient solution is hung on the hanging ring (4) for infusion; and after the maintenance is finished, all the steel rulers (1) are taken down.
