Abstract
The invention discloses a steering and conveying device for a building module operating platform, which belongs to the technical field of building frame manufacturing machinery and comprises a linear conveying device and a steering and conveying device; the method is characterized in that: one end of the linear conveying device is in running fit with the folding conveying device, the steering conveying device is in running fit with the two folding conveying devices, and the two folding conveying devices on the steering conveying device are arranged in an angle of 90 degrees; the steering conveying device comprises a rack and a steering mechanism, wherein the steering mechanism is arranged in the middle of the rack. The invention provides a combined building frame steering conveying device which comprises a linear conveying device and a steering conveying device, wherein the steering conveying device is in butt joint with two vertically distributed linear conveying devices; the method is characterized in that: one end of the linear conveying device is in running fit with the folding conveying device, the steering conveying device is in running fit with the two folding conveying devices, and the two folding conveying devices on the steering conveying device are arranged in an angle of 90 degrees; the steering conveying device comprises a frame and a steering mechanism, the steering mechanism is installed at the middle position of the frame and comprises a steering wheel, a supporting disc and a motor, the lower end of the supporting disc is connected with the frame through a lifting telescopic rod, the steering wheel is installed at the upper end of the supporting disc, a through hole is formed in the circle center of the supporting disc, a guide sleeve is installed at the circle center of the lower end of the steering wheel, the lower end of the guide sleeve penetrates through the through hole of the supporting disc and is sleeved with a connecting rod, the motor is installed on the frame, a motor shaft of the motor is connected with the connecting rod through a coupler, and the connecting rod is in sliding fit with the guide sleeve.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following outstanding beneficial effects:
1. the folding conveying device can fall down when not in use, so that a channel is formed on a production line, and maintenance personnel can conveniently pass through the channel;
2. when the steering mechanism works, the frame can be lifted by a certain height, so that the frame is separated from the conveying mechanism, and the friction between the frame and the conveying mechanism is avoided in the steering process.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention comprises a linear conveyor 1, a turning conveyor 3 and a folding conveyor 2, wherein the turning conveyor 3 is used for butt-jointing two vertically distributed linear conveyors 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the linear transport device 1 includes a support frame 101 and a rotating roller 4, the support frame 101 is rotatably engaged with a plurality of rotating rollers 4 which are uniformly and linearly arranged, the rotating rollers 4 are connected with each other through a transmission device 5, and one of the rotating rollers 4 is connected with a motor.
As shown in fig. 3, the diverting conveyor includes a frame 306 and a diverting mechanism.

The folding and conveying device 2 comprises a folding frame 201, a transmission device 5 and a motor, wherein the folding frame 201 is in running fit with a plurality of rotating rollers 4, the rotating rollers 4 are connected through the transmission device 5, and one rotating roller 4 is connected with the motor.
The transmission device 5 comprises transmission wheels and transmission belts, the transmission wheels are respectively arranged on the rotating rollers 4, and the transmission wheels on two adjacent rotating rollers 4 are connected through the transmission belts.
One end of the support frame 101 is hinged to the folding frame 201, the folding frame 201 is connected with the support frame 101 through a supporting telescopic rod, and the supporting telescopic rod can drive the folding frame 201 to rotate, so that the folding frame 201 can rotate to the horizontal position of the support frame 101.
In this embodiment, the rotating roller 4 of the folding conveyor 2 is connected with the rotating roller 4 of the linear conveyor 1 through a transmission device 5.

In this embodiment, the motor may be connected to the rotating roller 4 of the folding conveyor 2, or may be connected to the rotating roller 4 of the fixed conveyor.
The operation flow is as follows: when the folding device works, the supporting telescopic rod is started, the folding frame 201 can rotate to the horizontal position with the steering wheel 301, the folding conveying device 2 is in butt joint with the conveying belt, when the frame is conveyed to the position of the steering wheel 301, the lifting telescopic rod 305 is started to drive the steering wheel 301 to rise for a certain distance, the frame is lifted, the motor drives the steering wheel 301 to rotate 90 degrees, and the folding conveying device 2 continues conveying through the fixed conveying mechanism.
