背景技术
聚苯板是常见的外墙保温材料，常用于建筑装饰中。现有的聚苯板虽然具有良好的保温性能，但是其阻燃效果欠佳，无法有效隔绝火灾，其存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提出一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法，以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法，所述外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的具体制作步骤为：
步骤一、将硅酸钠、发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒以及黑、白料混合；
步骤二、将步骤一中的混合物注入模具加压成型固化，得到阻燃聚苯板；
步骤三、测试阻燃聚苯板阻燃效果可达到A级。
优选的，所述步骤一中硅酸钠的含量为40%。
优选的，所述步骤一中发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒的含量为5%。
优选的，所述步骤一中黑、白料的含量为55%。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明为一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法，其通过向原料中添加硅酸钠，有效提高了隔热阻燃效果，使其具有良好的保温箱以及阻燃性，能有效隔绝火灾。

步骤一、将硅酸钠、发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒以及黑、白料混合；其中，硅酸钠的含量为40%，聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒的含量为5%；黑、白料的含量为55%；
步骤二、将步骤一中的混合物注入模具加压成型固化，得到阻燃聚苯板；
步骤三、测试阻燃聚苯板阻燃效果可达到A级。

步骤一、将硅酸钠、发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒以及黑、白料混合；
步骤二、将步骤一中的混合物注入模具加压成型固化，得到阻燃聚苯板；
步骤三、测试阻燃聚苯板阻燃效果可达到A级。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法，其特征在于：所述步骤一中硅酸钠的含量为40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法，其特征在于：所述步骤一中发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒的含量为5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法，其特征在于：所述步骤一中黑、白料的含量为55%。
