Abstract
本发明公开了一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,涉及聚苯板制作技术领域,所述外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的具体制作步骤为:步骤一、将硅酸钠、发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒以及黑、白料混合;步骤二、将步骤一中的混合物注入模具加压成型固化,得到阻燃聚苯板;步骤三、测试阻燃聚苯板阻燃效果可达到A级。本发明为一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,其通过向原料中添加硅酸钠,有效提高了隔热阻燃效果,使其具有良好的保温箱以及阻燃性,能有效隔绝火灾。

本发明涉及聚苯板制作技术领域,具体为一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法。
背景技术
聚苯板是常见的外墙保温材料,常用于建筑装饰中。现有的聚苯板虽然具有良好的保温性能,但是其阻燃效果欠佳,无法有效隔绝火灾,其存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提出一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,所述外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的具体制作步骤为:
步骤一、将硅酸钠、发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒以及黑、白料混合;
步骤二、将步骤一中的混合物注入模具加压成型固化,得到阻燃聚苯板;
步骤三、测试阻燃聚苯板阻燃效果可达到A级。
优选的,所述步骤一中硅酸钠的含量为40%。
优选的,所述步骤一中发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒的含量为5%。
优选的,所述步骤一中黑、白料的含量为55%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明为一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,其通过向原料中添加硅酸钠,有效提高了隔热阻燃效果,使其具有良好的保温箱以及阻燃性,能有效隔绝火灾。

一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,所述外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的具体制作步骤为:
步骤一、将硅酸钠、发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒以及黑、白料混合;其中,硅酸钠的含量为40%,聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒的含量为5%;黑、白料的含量为55%;
步骤二、将步骤一中的混合物注入模具加压成型固化,得到阻燃聚苯板;
步骤三、测试阻燃聚苯板阻燃效果可达到A级。

1.一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的具体制作步骤为:
步骤一、将硅酸钠、发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒以及黑、白料混合;
步骤二、将步骤一中的混合物注入模具加压成型固化,得到阻燃聚苯板;
步骤三、测试阻燃聚苯板阻燃效果可达到A级。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中硅酸钠的含量为40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中发泡后的聚苯乙烯发泡颗粒的含量为5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温材料阻燃聚苯板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中黑、白料的含量为55%。
