Technical Field

Background
When the existing cylinder of the semi-classified parts needs to be closed, the upper half part and the lower half part need to be placed on the cylinder closing platform, then the cylinder closing positioning pin is inserted into the pin hole for positioning, and therefore the cylinder closing bolt can be screwed into the cylinder closing bolt hole correctly. However, in the process of machining such half parts, the half parts are often deformed to a certain degree, and in addition, the upper half and the lower half of a workpiece cannot be completely leveled when the cylinder is closed, so that the positioning pin cannot be accurately inserted into the pin holes of the upper half and the lower half, and even the pin holes can be damaged.

s3: and inserting the positioning pin into the pin hole through the upper workpiece, screwing the cylinder closing bolt into the other vacant cylinder closing bolt hole, fastening until the matching surface gap meets the preset requirement, taking out the stud, replacing the stud with the cylinder closing bolt, and closing the cylinder.
