背景技术
猪瘟是由猪瘟病毒引起的、发生在猪上的一种高度急性、热性、接触性传染病。该病有最急性型、急性型、亚急性型、慢性型、温和型之分。该病以发病急、发生高热稽留和细小血管壁变性、全身泛发性小点出血、脾梗死为特征。猪瘟流行广泛,发疯率、死亡率高;主要传播途径为消化道和呼吸道;母猪感染后,经胎盘垂直感染胎儿。该病一年四季流行,可对养猪业造成毁灭性的打击,是危害养猪业最严重的传染病之一。
猪瘟的发生不受年龄、性别和品种限制,发病率和死亡率较高,在免疫猪群中可呈散发,抗菌药物治疗无效;临床上主要表现为高热稽留、食欲废绝或减少、结膜炎和急性肠炎等,四肢末梢、腹下、耳尖、尾尖等处有***斑点或斑块;肾有点状出血。***切面周边出血呈红白相间的大理石样,脾脏不肿大、表面有点状出血或边缘楔状梗死区,心脏、喉头膀胱、胆囊有点状出血,以及回盲瓣、回肠、结肠形成“纽扣状”溃疡等可作初诊。同时,当仔猪出现衰弱、寒战、痉挛、发育不良等现象时,可怀疑母猪为猪瘟病毒携带者,确诊该病还需要依据实验室诊断。
为了保证养猪业的正常发展,防治猪瘟一直是极为重要的一项需求,但是,在现有技术中,传统的猪瘟防治药物仅采用一定的中药粉末混合后获得,这类药物预防效果一般,见效较慢,致使在进行猪瘟防治的过程中需要大量用药,大大提高了用药成本,且传统药物针对疾病较为局限,无法对多种瘟病进行防治,大大降低了猪瘟防治的效果。
发明内容
本发明对中药进行多次研磨混合后,进行中药发酵处理,致使中药的药效翻倍,大大提高了药物的见效速度,降低了用药量,节约了用药成本,且通过添加高活性益生菌,从猪本体上提高其免疫力,降低猪的生病频率,从而降低养殖成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种防治猪瘟的中兽药,其特征在于,主要由下列质量配比的组分混合配置而成:黄芪10-20份,甘草5-15份,金银花5-10份,连翘5-10份,大青叶5-10份,蒲公英5-10份,枯草芽孢杆菌试剂20-60 份、粪肠球菌试剂20-40份,酵母试剂适量。
优选地,所述防治猪瘟的中兽药的制备方式包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄芪、甘草、金银花、连翘、大青叶、蒲公英分别加入中药粉碎机内进行粉碎处理,将粉碎后的药材依次经过20目、40目、 60目、80目的标准筛,每次过筛后进行再破碎的操作,得到各中药材的细粉。
(2)按处方量称取步骤(1)中所得的黄芪、甘草、金银花、连翘、大青叶、蒲公英的细粉混合均匀,在0-30℃下进行研磨。
(3)向步骤(2)中获得的研磨细粉内加入适量酵母试剂在 30-40℃,相对湿度70%-80%的环境下进行无氧发酵1-2个月。
(4)发酵完成后,按处方量称取枯草芽孢杆菌试剂和粪肠球菌试剂,加入发酵后的药物内均匀混合即可获得防止猪瘟的中兽药。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明系根据中兽医学辨证论治和整体观念,结合现代中兽药药理研究成果,精心组方、严格筛选而研制的纯中草药制剂。黄芪:补中益气、止汗、利水消肿、除毒生肌;大青叶:清热,解毒,凉血,止血;连翘:清热解毒,消肿散结,疏散风热;甘草:补脾益气、润肺止咳、清热解毒和调和诸药;金银花:清热解毒、消炎退肿,对细菌性痢疾和各种化脓性疾病都有效;蒲公英:利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆;上述中药的组方对猪瘟有良好的防治效果,具有疏肝理脾、益气健脾、益气生津、促进免疫器官免疫细胞发育,提高动物对疾病抵抗力,促进机体迅速产生抗体,提升机体免疫***识别能力,快速完成免疫应答作用。
2、采用多种中药,进行多次研磨筛选,使药物充分混合,方便吸收,实现了对多种疾病的防治,减少养殖损失。
3、通过中药发酵提高中药的药效,大大提高了中药药效的见效速度,降低了生病的用药量,节约了用药成本。
4、通过加入高活性益生菌,调理猪的肠道,抑制致病菌,提高猪自身的免疫力,降低猪的生病频率,从而节约养殖成本。

1.一种防治猪瘟的中兽药,其特征在于,主要由下列质量配比的组分混合配置而成:黄芪10-20份,甘草5-15份,金银花5-10份,连翘5-10份,大青叶5-10份,蒲公英5-10份,枯草芽孢杆菌试剂20-60份、粪肠球菌试剂20-40份,酵母试剂适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治猪瘟的中兽药,其特征在于,所述防治猪瘟的中兽药的制备方式包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄芪、甘草、金银花、连翘、大青叶、蒲公英分别加入中药粉碎机内进行粉碎处理,将粉碎后的药材依次经过20目、40目、60目、80目的标准筛,每次过筛后进行再破碎的操作,得到各中药材的细粉。
(2)按处方量称取步骤(1)中所得的黄芪、甘草、金银花、连翘、大青叶、蒲公英的细粉混合均匀,在0-30℃下进行研磨。
(3)向步骤(2)中获得的研磨细粉内加入适量酵母试剂在30-40℃,相对湿度70%-80%的环境下进行无氧发酵1-2个月。
(4)发酵完成后,按处方量称取枯草芽孢杆菌试剂和粪肠球菌试剂,加入发酵后的药物内均匀混合即可获得防止猪瘟的中兽药。
