Abstract

本发明涉及宠物粮技术领域,尤其涉及一款改善肠道菌群平衡的犬粮及其制备方法;本发明提供了一款改善肠道菌群平衡的犬粮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米30‑45份、骨粉25‑28份、马铃薯5‑7份、鸡肉3‑7份、青菜6‑9份、甜菜粕2‑10份、酿酒酵母2‑5份、抑菌复合物1‑5份;由于本发明在犬粮中添加了抑菌复合物,因此能够促进犬肠道微生态平衡,促进有益菌繁殖,抑制有害菌繁殖,解决了宠物犬因长期食用配比不均衡的食物导致肠道菌群环境失调,引发肠道疾病的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及宠物粮技术领域,尤其涉及一款改善肠道菌群平衡的犬粮及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,胃肠道的正常运转对宠物的健康至关重要,然而在实际生活中,宠物饲养者很难能够自行调配出符合宠物胃肠道代谢习惯的食物,由于喂养食物的搭配缺乏科学合理性,导致宠物肠道菌群会发生一些变化,进而引发宠物表现出一些与肠道疾病有关的病症。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是宠物犬因长期食用配比不均衡的食物导致肠道菌群环境失调,引发肠道疾病的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一款改善肠道菌群平衡的犬粮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米30-45份、骨粉25-28份、马铃薯5-7份、鸡肉3-7份、青菜6-9份、甜菜粕2-10份、酿酒酵母2-5份、抑菌复合物1-5份
由于本发明在犬粮中添加了抑菌复合物,因此能够促进犬肠道微生态平衡,促进有益菌繁殖,抑制有害菌繁殖,解决了宠物犬因长期食用配比不均衡的食物导致肠道菌群环境失调,引发肠道疾病的问题。

实验对象:选取患有肠道消化不良疾病的犬30只,然后分为6组,一组为对照组,饲喂常规犬粮,另外五组为试验组,饲喂本发明实施例所制备犬粮,观察皮肤和毛发恢复效果
试验前,对上述分组后的犬进行肠道中菌群总数和大肠杆菌检测,并取各组的平均值,如下表

第一阶段:选取抑菌复合物的合适添加份数

玉米34份、骨粉27份、马铃薯6份、鸡肉7份、青菜6份、甜菜粕6份、酿酒酵母5份、抑菌复合物1份。

玉米37份、骨粉28份、马铃薯7份、鸡肉3份、青菜7份、甜菜粕10份、酿酒酵母3份、抑菌复合物2份。
实施例4
玉米41份、骨粉25份、马铃薯7份、鸡肉5份、青菜7份、甜菜粕8份、酿酒酵母4份、抑菌复合物5份。
实施例5
玉米45份、骨粉26份、马铃薯5份、鸡肉4份、青菜9份、甜菜粕4份、酿酒酵母3份、抑菌复合物4份。

综上所述,可以得知,抑菌复合物对宠物肠道菌群具有促进作用的同时,还能够抑制大肠杆菌的增值,随着加入份数的调整,其具有作用上限值,经技术效果与生产成本综合考虑,选定实施例5为最优实施例。
第二阶段:选取抑菌复合物中组分合适配比
第一组:菊粉30%、甘露寡糖30%、牛至香酚40%
第二组:菊粉30%、甘露寡糖32%、牛至香酚38%
第三组:菊粉30%、甘露寡糖33%、牛至香酚37%
第四组:菊粉30%、甘露寡糖34%、牛至香酚36%
第五组:菊粉30%、甘露寡糖36%、牛至香酚34%
第六组:菊粉30%、甘露寡糖37%、牛至香酚33%
第七组:菊粉30%、甘露寡糖38%、牛至香酚32%
第八组:菊粉30%、甘露寡糖40%、牛至香酚30%
第九组:菊粉32%、甘露寡糖38%、牛至香酚30%

综上所述,可以得知,第十二组中,菊粉36%、甘露寡糖34%、牛至香酚30%为抑菌复合物的最优添加比例。

Claims (3)

1.一款改善肠道菌群平衡的犬粮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米30-45份、骨粉25-28份、马铃薯5-7份、鸡肉3-7份、青菜6-9份、甜菜粕2-10份、酿酒酵母2-5份、抑菌复合物1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一款改善肠道菌群平衡的犬粮,其特征在于,所述抑菌复合物由菊粉、甘露寡糖和牛至香酚组成。
3.制备如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一款改善肠道菌群平衡的犬粮的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、将上述玉米、骨粉、马铃薯、鸡肉、青菜、甜菜粕,酿酒酵母,抑菌复合物,依次按重量份数拿取,然后加入到粉碎机中进行粉碎处理;
S2、然后采用双螺旋膨化机对其进行膨化加工,烘干
S3、将烘干后的膨化物与鸡脂肪充分混合,涂浆,自然冷却后得到成品粮。
