When the rotating shaft 3 and the first gear 41 on the rear side rotate, the ratchet gear 91 and the seventh spring 94 are driven to rotate, the ratchet gear 91 drives the reel 82 to rotate through the fixture block 92 and the connecting rod 93, so that the reel 82 does not need to be manually rotated by people, the trouble of manual operation is reduced, the reel 82 drives the cleaning brush 86 to move rightwards through the pull rope 83, the fifth spring 85 is compressed, when the cleaning brush 86 moves rightwards to the limit, the motor 43 is turned off, the ratchet gear 91 moves rightwards, the seventh spring 94 is stretched, the ratchet gear 91 is separated from the fixture block 92, the cleaning brush 86 is driven to move leftwards to reset under the reset action of the fifth spring 85, the cleaning brush 86 drives the reel 82 to rotate reversely to reset through the pull rope 83, then the ratchet gear 91 is loosened, and the ratchet gear 91 is driven to move leftwards to reset under the reset action of the seventh spring 94.
