In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
In the traditional sheet replacing and repairing mode, the defective battery sheet and the welding strip on the defective battery sheet are subjected to welding off manually by using an electric soldering iron, and then the replacement battery sheet and the welding strip which is subjected to welding off are subjected to welding off again by using the electric soldering iron. The traditional sheet changing and repairing mode has low repairing efficiency, unstable repairing quality and influences the productivity.
In view of the above, the invention provides a battery string repairing device and a repairing method, which can realize automatic disassembly of defective battery pieces in a battery string to be repaired, and automatically weld replacement battery pieces to positions where the defective battery pieces are left after disassembly, thereby greatly improving the repairing efficiency of the battery string and ensuring the welding quality.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the battery string repairing device in the embodiment of the invention includes a repairing platform 10, a welding strip traction mechanism 20, a heating welding mechanism 30 and a battery piece feeding mechanism 40, wherein:
The repair platform 10 is used for carrying a battery string to be repaired, and is matched with the heating welding mechanism 30 to weld and separate a defective battery piece in the battery string to be repaired from a welding strip welded on the defective battery piece, so as to obtain a first disassembled battery string and a second disassembled battery string.
The battery piece feeding mechanism 40 is used for feeding replacement battery pieces onto the repair platform 10 to replace defective battery pieces.
The welding strip traction mechanism 20 is used for traction and stacking of the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string to the corresponding position of the replaced battery piece.
The heat welding mechanism 30 welds the stacked disassembled end weld bands to the corresponding replacement battery pieces to obtain a repaired battery string.
The battery string repairing device of the embodiment of the invention is used for repairing the battery string to be repaired, and the process is as follows:

The battery piece feeding mechanism 40 is controlled to feed the replacement battery piece onto the repair platform 10 to replace the defective battery piece, that is, the removed defective battery piece is taken away first, and then the replacement battery piece is placed at a position where the defective battery piece is left out after being taken away.
The control welding strip traction mechanism 20 respectively traction and stack the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string to the corresponding positions of the replacement battery pieces.
The heating welding mechanism 30 is controlled to weld the stacked disassembled end welding strips to the corresponding replaced battery pieces, thereby obtaining a repaired battery string.
Therefore, through the cooperation of the repair platform 10, the battery piece feeding mechanism 40, the welding strip traction mechanism 20 and the heating welding mechanism 30, the battery string repair device provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes automatic disassembly of the defective battery pieces in the battery string to be repaired, and automatically welds the replacement battery pieces to the positions of the unfilled defective battery pieces after the disassembly, so that the battery string repair efficiency is greatly improved.
Alternatively, the heat welding mechanism 30 is an infrared light box mechanism.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, optionally, the rework platform 10 includes a mounting base, an intermediate load floor 11, a first side load floor 12, and a second side load floor 13, wherein:
The middle bearing table 11 is fixedly arranged on the mounting seat. The first side bearing table 12 is movably connected to the mounting base and located on a first side of the middle bearing table 11, and the first side bearing table 12 is configured to be able to translate toward or away from the middle bearing table 11 and to be lifted in a vertical direction. The second side bearing table 13 is movably connected to the mounting seat and located on a second side of the middle bearing table 11, and the second side bearing table 13 is configured to be able to translate toward or away from the middle bearing table 11 and to be lifted in a vertical direction.
The middle bearing table 11 is used for bearing the defective battery piece or replacing the battery piece, the first side bearing table 12 is used for bearing the battery piece positioned on the first side of the defective battery piece, and the second side bearing table 13 is used for bearing the battery piece positioned on the second side of the defective battery piece.
The repair platform 10 is matched with the heating welding mechanism 30, and the specific process of welding and separating the defective battery piece in the battery string to be repaired from the welding strip welded on the defective battery piece is as follows:
In the initial state, the middle bearing table 11, the first side bearing table 12 and the second side bearing table 13 are butted in the horizontal direction and aligned in the vertical direction, that is, the middle bearing table 11, the first side bearing table 12 and the second side bearing table 13 are butted to form a continuous horizontal bearing table surface.
And feeding the battery strings to be repaired onto the bearing table surface, and enabling the defective battery pieces to be positioned on the middle bearing table 11, wherein the battery pieces positioned on the first side of the defective battery pieces are positioned on the first side bearing table 12, and the battery pieces positioned on the second side of the defective battery pieces are positioned on the second side bearing table 13.
And (3) performing desoldering and separation on the defective battery piece:
the heat welding mechanism 30 is controlled to heat the defective battery cell such that the solder ribbon welded on the defective battery cell is unwelded from the defective battery cell.
The first side bearing table 12 is controlled to drive the battery piece positioned on the first side of the defective battery piece to move horizontally away from the middle bearing table 11, so that the welding strip welded on the adjacent battery piece on the first side of the defective battery piece is separated from the defective battery piece, and a first disassembled battery string is obtained.
And controlling the second side bearing table 13 to drive the battery piece positioned on the second side of the defective battery piece to translate away from the middle bearing table 11, so that the welding strip welded on the adjacent battery piece on the second side of the defective battery piece is separated from the defective battery piece, and a second disassembled battery string is obtained.
Alternatively, the translation of the first side bearing table 12 and the second side bearing table 13 away from the middle bearing table 11 can be synchronously controlled, so as to synchronously obtain two disassembled battery strings. Or one of the battery strings is controlled to translate away from the middle bearing table 11, and then the other battery string is controlled to translate away from the middle bearing table 11, so that two disassembled battery strings are obtained successively.
Optionally, the welding strip traction mechanism 20 includes a first welding strip traction mechanism 21 and a second welding strip traction mechanism 22, where the first welding strip traction mechanism 21 is used to stack the welding strip at the disassembly end of the first disassembled battery string to the corresponding position of the replaced battery piece, and the second welding strip traction mechanism 22 is used to traction and stack the welding strip at the disassembly end of the second disassembled battery string to the corresponding position of the replaced battery piece.
As known to those skilled in the art, the battery cells are mainly classified according to the welding surfaces of the welding strips, and one type is a double-sided welding type battery cell in which the welding strips are welded to both the front and back surfaces, and the other type is a battery cell in which only the welding strips are welded to the back surface, i.e., a back-contact type (IBC) battery cell. Wherein:
Aiming at a to-be-repaired battery string formed by welding double-sided welding type battery pieces, the welding strip traction mechanism 20, the battery piece feeding mechanism 40 and the repairing platform 10 finish the stacking of a disassembling end welding strip of a first disassembling battery string, a disassembling end welding strip of a second disassembling battery string and a replacing battery piece according to the following processes:
In the initial state, i.e. after the disassembly of the defective battery cells described above is completed, the first side loading table 12 and the second side loading table 13 are both far away from the middle loading table 11. The first battery string of disassembling is born on first side plummer 12, and the welding strip of the end of disassembling of first battery string outwards stretches out first side plummer 12, and the second battery string of disassembling is born on second side plummer 13, and the welding strip of the end of disassembling of second battery string all outwards stretches out second side plummer 13.
Before the stacking operation, after the first side bearing table 12 and the second side bearing table 13 are controlled to rise to the high position, the first welding strip traction mechanism 21 and the second welding strip traction mechanism 22 are controlled to traction the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string.
Of course, after the first welding strip traction mechanism 21 and the second welding strip traction mechanism 22 are controlled to draw the disassembly end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembly end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string, the first side bearing table 12 and the second side bearing table 13 may be controlled to be raised to the high positions.
By controlling the first side bearing table 12 and the second side bearing table 13 to rise to the high position and then performing stacking operation, the traction movement of the disassembling end welding strip on the high position is realized, and interference with the middle bearing table or the replacement battery piece in the traction process can be avoided.

First, the first welding strip traction mechanism 21 is controlled to translate towards the middle bearing table 11 together with the first side bearing table 12, and in the traction process, the welding strip at the dismantling end of the first dismantling battery string is kept to be horizontally drawn until the welding strip at the dismantling end of the first dismantling battery string reaches the upper side of the middle bearing table 11. The first side bearing table 12 and the first welding belt traction mechanism 21 are controlled to descend, so that the welding belt at the disassembly end of the first disassembled battery string is laid on the middle bearing table 11.
Next, the battery piece feeding mechanism 40 is controlled to feed and stack the replacement battery pieces onto the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembling battery string.
Finally, the second welding strip traction mechanism 22 and the second side bearing table 13 are controlled to translate towards the middle bearing table 11, and in the traction process, the welding strip of the disassembly end of the second disassembled battery string is kept to be horizontally pulled until the welding strip of the disassembly end of the second disassembled battery string reaches the upper side of the replaced battery piece, and the second side bearing table 13 and the second welding strip traction mechanism 22 are controlled to descend, so that the welding strip of the disassembly end of the second disassembled battery string is laid on the replaced battery piece.
In the stacking process, if the surface of the replacement battery piece is provided with the main grid line, the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string are required to be respectively stacked on the main grid line on the corresponding surface. If the surface of the replacement battery piece is not provided with the main grid line, the disassembling end welding strips of the first disassembling battery string and the disassembling end welding strips of the second disassembling battery string are respectively overlapped at preset welding positions on the corresponding surface.
For a to-be-repaired battery string formed by welding back-connected (IBC) battery pieces, when the to-be-repaired battery string is fed onto the repair platform 10, the to-be-repaired battery string is upward in back face; the welding strip traction mechanism 20, the battery piece feeding mechanism 40 and the repairing platform 10 complete the stacking of the first disassembling end welding strip of the disassembled battery string, the second disassembling end welding strip of the disassembled battery string and the replacement battery piece according to the following processes:
Similarly, in the initial state, the first side loading table 12 and the second side loading table 13 are both far away from the middle loading table 11. The first battery string of disassembling is born on first side plummer 12, and the welding strip of the end of disassembling of first battery string outwards stretches out first side plummer 12, and the second battery string of disassembling is born on second side plummer 13, and the welding strip of the end of disassembling of second battery string all outwards stretches out second side plummer 13.
Before the stacking operation, the first side bearing table 12 and the second side bearing table 13 can be controlled to rise to the high position, and then the first welding strip traction mechanism 21 and the second welding strip traction mechanism 22 are controlled to traction the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string.
Of course, after controlling the first and second strap pulling mechanisms 21 and 22 to pull the disassembly end strap of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembly end strap of the second disassembled battery string, the first and second side carriages 12 and 13 may be controlled to be raised to the high position.
And (3) performing stacking operation:
first, the battery piece feeding mechanism 40 is controlled to feed the replacement battery piece onto the intermediate carrier table, and ensure that the back of the replacement battery piece faces upward.
Next, the first welding strip traction mechanism 21 is controlled to translate towards the middle bearing table 11 together with the first side bearing table 12, and in the traction process, the welding strip at the dismantling end of the first dismantling battery string is kept to be horizontally drawn until the welding strip at the dismantling end of the first dismantling battery string reaches the upper side of the replacing battery piece. The first side bearing table 12 and the first welding belt traction mechanism 21 are controlled to descend, so that the welding belt at the disassembly end of the first disassembled battery string is laid on the replaced battery piece.
Finally, the second welding strip traction mechanism 22 and the second side bearing table 13 are controlled to translate towards the middle bearing table 11, and in the traction process, the welding strip of the disassembly end of the second disassembled battery string is kept to be horizontally pulled until the welding strip of the disassembly end of the second disassembled battery string reaches the upper side of the replaced battery piece, and the second side bearing table 13 and the second welding strip traction mechanism 22 are controlled to descend, so that the welding strip of the disassembly end of the second disassembled battery string is laid on the replaced battery piece.
In the stacking process, if the back of the replacement battery piece is provided with the main grid line, the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string are required to be respectively stacked on the positive electrode main grid line and the negative electrode main grid line. If the back of the replacement battery piece is not provided with the main grid line, the disassembling end welding strips of the first disassembling battery string and the disassembling end welding strips of the second disassembling battery string are required to be respectively overlapped at preset welding positions.
Optionally, a heating component is disposed in the middle bearing table 11, and in the disassembling process, the heating component can be matched with the heating welding mechanism 30 to heat the defective battery piece borne on the middle bearing table 11, so that the disassembling efficiency of the defective battery piece is improved. In the welding process, the heating assembly can be matched with the heating welding mechanism 30 to heat the replacement battery piece loaded on the middle bearing table 11, so that the welding efficiency of the replacement battery piece is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, optionally, the bearing surface of the intermediate bearing table 11 is provided with adsorption holes, and the bearing surface adsorbs defective cells or replacement cells through adsorption. The end of the first side bearing table 12, which is close to the middle bearing table, is provided with a first side adsorption plate 121, and the first side adsorption plate 121 is used for bearing and adsorbing the adjacent battery pieces positioned on the first side of the defective battery piece. The end of the second side bearing table 13 near the middle bearing table 11 is provided with a second side adsorption plate 131, and the second side adsorption plate 131 is used for bearing and adsorbing adjacent battery pieces positioned on the second side of the defective battery piece. The first side adsorption plate 121 and the second side adsorption plate 131 may also employ adsorption holes as adsorption structures.
After the battery string to be repaired is placed on the repair platform 10 and the position of the battery string to be repaired is adjusted, the middle bearing table 11, the first side adsorption plate 121 and the second side adsorption plate 131 adsorb the defective battery piece and the adjacent battery pieces positioned on the first side and the second side of the defective battery piece respectively, so that when the first side bearing table 12 and the second side bearing table 13 are ensured to move away from the middle bearing table 11, the defective battery piece can be stably kept on the middle bearing table 11, thereby smoothly disassembling the defective battery piece, and meanwhile, the adjacent battery pieces positioned on the first side and the second side of the defective battery piece can not be shifted to influence the subsequent welding precision in the disassembling process.
In addition, during stacking and welding, the middle carrying platform 11, the first side adsorption plate 121 and the second side adsorption plate 131 can respectively adsorb the replacement battery piece, the battery piece at the disassembly end of the first disassembly battery piece (i.e. the adjacent battery piece at the first side of the defect piece before disassembly) and the battery piece at the disassembly end of the second disassembly battery piece (i.e. the adjacent battery piece at the second side of the defect piece before disassembly), so that the welding strip traction mechanism 20 and the battery piece feeding mechanism 40 can smoothly stack the welding strip at the disassembly end of the first disassembly battery string, the welding strip at the disassembly end of the second disassembly battery string and the replacement battery piece.
Optionally, the battery string repairing device in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a vision device, where the vision device is disposed above the intermediate bearing table 11, and the vision device is used to determine a position of the replacement battery piece.
The welding strip traction mechanism 20 respectively traction and stacks the welding strips at the disassembly end of the first disassembled battery string and the welding strips at the disassembly end of the second disassembled battery string to the corresponding positions of the replaced battery pieces according to the positions of the replaced battery pieces.
As shown in fig. 1, optionally, the battery string repairing device in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a flux coating mechanism 50, where the flux coating mechanism 50 is configured to automatically coat flux onto the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string before welding, so as to improve welding efficiency and welding quality.
The solder strip used in the battery string is usually a tin-coated copper strip, after the solder strip is detached from the defective battery piece, tin originally coated on the solder strip at the detaching end may remain on the defective battery piece, and when the battery piece is replaced by a brand-new battery piece, the welding between the solder strip at the detaching end and the new battery piece is affected due to no redundant tin on the solder pad of the new battery piece, so that poor welding is caused.
When a new battery piece is selected as the replacement battery piece, in order to ensure that the disassembly end welding strip and the replacement battery piece can be welded well, as shown in fig. 1, the battery string repairing device in the embodiment of the invention further comprises a tin supplementing mechanism 60. The tin supplementing mechanism 60 may be optionally disposed at an edge of the repair platform 10, where the tin supplementing mechanism 60 is used for implementing automatic tin supplementing on the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string.
That is, after the disassembly of the defective battery piece is completed, the first disassembled battery string and the second disassembled battery string are obtained, the tin supplementing operation for the disassembled end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembled end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string is performed by controlling the tin supplementing mechanism 60.
After the tin supplementing operation of the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string is completed, the welding flux of the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the welding flux of the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string are coated.
In addition to soldering tin to the detachable end tape, optionally, a tin soldering mechanism 60 may be disposed at the side of the battery piece feeding mechanism 40, where the tin soldering mechanism 60 is used to perform tin soldering to the bonding pad points of the replaced battery piece.
That is, before the replacement battery piece is fed onto the repair stage 10, the tin-replenishing of the land point of the replacement battery piece is performed by the tin-replenishing mechanism 60.
Of course, the tin-supplementing mechanism 60 may be disposed on both the side of the repair platform 10 and the side of the battery piece feeding mechanism 40, and tin supplementation may be performed on both the disassembling end welding strip of the first disassembled battery string and the disassembling end welding strip of the second disassembled battery string, and on the bonding pad points of the replacement battery pieces before welding.
In addition to ensuring that the disassembly end welding strip and the replacement battery piece can be well welded by arranging the tin supplementing mechanism, the battery piece with tin on the welding plate can be selected to be used as the replacement battery piece, for example, undamaged battery pieces disassembled from other good battery strings can be used as the replacement battery piece, and part of tin can remain on the welding plate of the disassembled battery piece; tin can be printed on the bonding pad points of the new battery piece through tin printing equipment, and the battery piece after tin printing is used as a replacement battery piece. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the battery piece feeding mechanism 40 includes a first pickup mechanism 41, a regulating mechanism 42, and a second pickup mechanism 43, wherein: the first pickup mechanism 41 is used to pick up the replacement battery pieces from the battery box and carry the picked replacement battery pieces to the regulating mechanism 42. The regulating mechanism 42 is used for regulating the replacement of the battery cells. The second picking mechanism 43 is used for taking the defective battery piece from the repairing platform, and picking up the aligned replacement battery piece from the alignment mechanism 43 and carrying the aligned replacement battery piece to the repairing platform 10.
The specific action process of the battery piece feeding mechanism 40 is as follows:
The first picking mechanism 41 is controlled to pick up a piece of replacement battery piece from the battery case and convey the picked replacement battery piece to the regulating mechanism 42 for regulation.
The second pick-up mechanism 43 is controlled to remove the defective battery cell from the rework platform and to transfer the conditioned replacement battery cell from the conditioning mechanism 42 to the rework platform 10.
Through the cooperation of the first picking mechanism 41, the regulating mechanism 42 and the second picking mechanism 43, the battery piece feeding mechanism 40 can automatically pick up the replacement battery pieces from the battery box, automatically feed the replacement battery pieces to the repairing platform 10 after finishing regulating the replacement battery pieces, and realize automatic discharging of the disassembled defective battery pieces.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the second pick-up mechanism 43 includes a first suction portion and a second suction portion disposed side by side. The second pick-up mechanism 43 operates as follows:
after the regularization mechanism 42 completes the regulation of the replacement battery piece, the second pick-up mechanism 43 is controlled to move to the upper side of the regularization mechanism 42, and the replacement battery piece is adsorbed by the first adsorption part.
Then, the second pick-up mechanism 43 is controlled to move above the repair platform 10, the second pick-up portion picks up the detached defective battery piece first, and the first pick-up portion releases the replacement battery piece to a position where the defective battery piece is left after being taken out.
Next, the second pickup mechanism 43 is controlled to move to the defective cell recovery station. After the defective battery piece is released by the second suction part, the second pickup mechanism 43 is controlled to move above the regulating mechanism 42 so as to suck and feed the next replacement battery piece.
As known to those skilled in the art, during the welding process, it is generally necessary to press the welding fixture onto the stacked battery pieces and the welding strip, so as to ensure the welding effect and prevent the cold joint.
Optionally, the battery string repairing device in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a welding tool picking and placing mechanism, where the welding tool picking and placing mechanism is used to press and place the welding tool onto the welding strip on the upper surface of the replacement battery sheet after the first disassembling end welding strip of the battery string, the second disassembling end welding strip of the battery string, and the stacking of the replacement battery sheet are completed.
After the welding operation is completed by the heating welding mechanism 30, the welding tool is removed from the replacement battery piece by the welding tool taking and placing mechanism.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a battery string repairing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the battery string repairing method may be implemented by the battery string repairing device and the matched control program in the foregoing embodiment, and the processing method may include the following steps:
