The working principle is as follows: the telescopic rod of the pressure-sensitive cylinder of the gluing traction assembly of the gluing guiding device of the gluing device retracts, and drives the pressure-sensitive press roller to rise through the press roller mounting plate, so that the sealing strip guided by the pressure-sensitive guide frame at one end of the pressure-sensitive 6-face box of the pressure-sensitive workbench passes through the space between the pressure-sensitive press roller and the pressure-sensitive driving roller; pulling a press belt roller of a gluing support assembly of the gluing guide device, stretching a gluing tension spring, lifting the press belt roller, enabling a sealing strip to penetrate through a gap between the press belt roller and a sealing strip guide groove of a pressure-sensitive die assembly of the gluing device in a direction away from a pressure-sensitive guide frame, and jacking a soft gluing brush to continue to move forwards; and then the belt pressing roller is loosened, and the sealing strip is pressed in the sealing strip guide groove of the pressure-sensitive die under the action of the gluing tension spring. And meanwhile, a mould hand wheel of a pressure-sensitive mould assembly of the gluing device is rotated to adjust the height position of the pressure-sensitive mould or the transverse position perpendicular to the length direction of the pressure-sensitive worktable until the proper position is reached.
The sealing strip continues to move forwards towards the pressure-sensitive guide frame at one end of the pressure-sensitive 6-face box far away from the pressure-sensitive workbench, penetrates into the drying device from the drying assembly at one end, far away from the drying conveying device, of the drying conveying device and the upper section of the drying strip of the drying conveying device, and then penetrates out from one end, close to the drying conveying driving device, of the drying device.
The telescopic rod of the pressure-sensitive cylinder of the pressure-sensitive adjusting component of the pressure-sensitive guiding device of the pressure-sensitive device retracts, the pressure-sensitive guide block and the adhesive tape mold are driven to lift through the pressure-sensitive mounting plate and the pressure-sensitive mounting block, and the sealing strip guided by the pressure-sensitive guiding device passes through the adhesive tape guide groove of the adhesive tape mold and the sealing strip guide groove of the pressure-sensitive mold; the adhesive tape is pulled out from a loading shaft of the adhesive tape supply device, the surface with the protective film is arranged in the adhesive tape guide groove of the adhesive tape mould inwards, and the surface without the protective film is adhered to the sealing strip in the sealing strip guide groove of the pressure-sensitive mould. Meanwhile, a mould hand wheel of a pressure-sensitive mould component of the pressing and pasting device and a mould hand wheel of a pressing and pasting adjusting component are rotated to adjust the height position of the pressure-sensitive mould or the transverse position vertical to the length direction of the pressure-sensitive worktable until the pressure-sensitive mould is proper. The telescopic rod of the pressure-sensitive cylinder of the pressure-sensitive traction assembly of the pressure guide device of the pressure device retracts, the pressure-sensitive pressure roller is driven to rise through the pressure sensor and the pressure-sensitive mounting plate, and the sealing strip continuously penetrates through the pressure-sensitive pressure roller and the pressure-sensitive driving roller forwards.
Pulling a cutting traction compression roller of a cutting traction mechanism of the traction cutting device, stretching a cutting traction tension spring, then lifting the cutting traction compression roller, and enabling the sealing strip adhered with the adhesive tape to pass through a cutting guide device of the traction cutting device and a cutting traction driving end far away from the cutting traction mechanism, and enabling the 2 cutting traction compression rollers and the upper section of a cutting traction belt of a cutting traction assembly to pass through; then the cutting traction compression roller is loosened, and the cutting traction compression roller presses the sealing strip adhered with the adhesive tape on the upper section of the cutting traction belt under the action of the cutting traction tension spring.
Then, starting each pressure-sensitive cylinder to extend the telescopic rod of the pressure-sensitive cylinder, and pressing the sealing strip or the sealing strip adhered with the adhesive tape tightly; and starting a drying assembly of the drying device, and starting the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape production line when the temperature rises to a set value. The sealing strip is drawn by the pressure-sensitive active roller due to the pressure-sensitive traction drive of the gluing guide device of the gluing device and the pressing guide device of the pressing device, and the drying and conveying drive of the drying and conveying device of the drying device is drawn by the cutting and drawing drive of the drying belt and the cutting and drawing mechanism of the traction cutting device, and runs from one end of the pressure-sensitive guide frame of the pressure-sensitive 6-face box of the pressure-sensitive workbench to the other end.
On a pressure-sensitive die of a pressure-sensitive die assembly of the gluing device, a glue dripping assembly firstly applies glue on a sealing strip through a glue dripping pipe, and then a gluing brush of a gluing support assembly uniformly applies the glue on the sealing strip. And (4) with the continuous forward operation of the sealing strip, the sealing strip enters a drying box of the drying device to be heated and dried, so that the glue is gradually dried, and the pressure-sensitive adhesion at the back is facilitated.
When the adhesive tape enters the pressure-sensitive die of the pressure-sensitive die assembly of the pressing and sticking device through the pressing front guide device of the pressing and sticking device, the adhesive tape is pressed and stuck on the sealing strip due to the guidance of the adhesive tape die of the pressing and sticking adjusting assembly of the pressing and sticking guide device, and then immediately enters a position between the pressure-sensitive driving roller and the pressure-sensitive pressing roller of the pressing and sticking traction assembly to implement pressing and sticking; and a pressure sensor of the pressing traction assembly detects the pressure value between the pressure-sensitive active roller and the pressure-sensitive pressure roller on line, and when the pressure value exceeds a set range, a pressure-sensitive cylinder of the pressing traction assembly is started so as to adjust the pressure between the pressure-sensitive active roller and the pressure-sensitive pressure roller in real time and restore the pressure to the set range.
When the sealing strip pressed with the adhesive tape enters a cutting traction mechanism of the traction cutting device through a cutting guide device of the traction cutting device, the sealing strip continuously moves forwards under the traction of the traction cutting device; after entering the finished product cutting device, a sensor of the finished product cutting device starts to measure the length of the sealing strip, when the length of the sealing strip passing through the sensor reaches a set value, a cutting cylinder of the finished product cutting device is started, a cutting knife rest drives a cutting blade to move downwards, and then the sealing strip pressed with the adhesive tape is cut into sections and falls down through a cutting discharge hole.
Compared with the current situation in the prior art, the pressure-sensitive die has the advantages that the height position and the transverse position of the pressure-sensitive die of the gluing device can be conveniently adjusted due to the gluing device, gluing is uniform, and efficiency is high; due to the arrangement of the drying device, the adhesive can be quickly heated and dried, so that the subsequent pressure-sensitive adhesion is facilitated; the pressure sensor is arranged on the pressing traction assembly of the pressing device, so that the pressure value between the pressure-sensitive active roller and the pressure-sensitive pressing roller can be detected on line, the pressure between the pressure-sensitive active roller and the pressure-sensitive pressing roller can be adjusted in real time, and the pressure is ensured to be always kept in the setting range, so that the adhesive tape can be conveniently pressed and pasted on the sealing strip, and the pressing and pasting are firm and fast; because the finished product cutting device of the traction cutting device is provided with the sensor, the length of the passed sealing strip pressed with the adhesive tape can be accurately measured, and therefore, the cutting is accurate and the efficiency is high.
