The screening assembly comprises a first inclined plate 52 and a second inclined plate 53, wherein one end of the first inclined plate is in lap joint with the other side of the tapping rotary disc 2, the second inclined plate 53 is in lap joint with the other end of the first inclined plate, a plurality of screening holes 54 are formed in the first inclined plate 52 and the second inclined plate 53, and guide grooves 55 connected with the box body 1 are formed below the first inclined plate 52 and the second inclined plate 53. The lubricating assembly comprises an oil pipe 56 and an oil pump, one end of the oil pipe 56 is aligned to the tapping turntable 2, the other end of the oil pipe 56 is communicated with an oil outlet of the oil pump through a connecting pipe, an oil inlet of the oil pump is communicated with an oil storage area 57 in the box body 1, oil screened by the screening assembly enters the oil storage area 57, and the oil storage area 57 is arranged below the guide groove 55. The oil pump passes through oil pipe 56 with the oil in the oil storage area 57 and carries to tapping carousel 2 on, adds the effect of playing the lubrication cooling when the tapping head adds the material, and the back is accomplished in the processing, and oil and material drop to first hang plate 52 together, and later fall on second hang plate 53 again, and first hang plate 52 and second hang plate 53 separate oil and material through screening hole 54, and oil flows to the oil storage area 57 through leading the oil duct in, and the material is stayed on first hang plate 52 and second hang plate 53. The blanking plate 63 is provided with an arc-shaped surface which can partially cover the top end of the U-shaped groove 50, and when the tapping turntable 2 rotates, the blanking plate 63 pulls the materials in the U-shaped groove 50 down onto the first anti-tilting plate 52 through the arc-shaped surface.
The feeding monitoring switch 21, the chuck proximity switch 36, the rotation proximity switch 46, the first pneumatic assembly 20, the second pneumatic assembly 42, the oil pump, the controller 59, the vacuum generator 60 and the air source processor 61 are all connected with the circuit board 8, the vacuum generator 60 is mainly used for providing power for the expansion and contraction of the first pneumatic assembly 20 and the second pneumatic assembly 42, the air source processor 61 is mainly used for purifying gas, the circuit board 8 controls the whole material processing process, and a main circuit diagram and a control circuit diagram of a control circuit are shown in fig. 12-13.
The specific implementation process of the invention is as follows: firstly, a large amount of materials are manually placed in a vibration hopper 9, the materials ascend through a spiral guide plate 11 and enter between two limiting columns 18 through a connecting guide rail 10 and a feeding guide rail 12, one material enters a tapping turntable 2 through a feeding positioning assembly, a telescopic rod of a pneumatic assembly II 42 extends out of and retracts into a driving transmission disc 40 to rotate, the tapping turntable 2 rotates the positions of two U-shaped grooves 50, the processed materials are stirred onto an inclined plate I52 through a discharging plate 63 when the tapping turntable 2 rotates, the materials and oil are filtered and separated, the filtered oil enters an oil pipe 56 again to be lubricated and cooled in the processing process of a tapping head, meanwhile, the unprocessed materials rotate to the lower part of a multi-axis tapping machine 3, and the tapping head starts to process the materials.
Therefore, according to the turntable tapping machine for processing and producing the riveting nut column, which is disclosed by the invention, the intermittent feeding unit is adopted for automatic feeding, the multi-shaft tapping machine is used for processing, the manual work is not needed, and the processing efficiency is higher.
