reel 17 to perform unreeling action, along with the release of the steel rope 18, under the action of gravity, the mounting plate 23 slides downwards along the cleaning device guide rail 20 through the slide block 22, the detergent hose 36 and the clean water hose 37 are pulled by the descending of the mounting plate 23, the hose winding frame 34 rotates through the rotary joint 33 under the pulling of the mounting plate 23, the detergent hose 36 and the clean water hose 37 are released, when the hose winding frame 34 performs unwinding action, the coil plate 40 rotates to drive the coil spring 42 to accumulate power, meanwhile, the cleaning module and the water pump 43 work, the ultrasonic transducer 24 drives the brush plate 25 to vibrate at high frequency, clean water in the clean water storage box 39 is conveyed into the clean water hose 37 through the hose and the rotary joint 33 by the water pump 43, finally enters the clean water conveying pipe 29 and is uniformly sprayed onto the brushes of the brush plate 25 through the water spray nozzle 31, the large block-shaped stains on the electronic display screen 12 are crushed and brushed down together with part of dust by utilizing the brush plate 25 which vibrates at high frequency in cooperation with the clean water, the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent storage box 38 is conveyed into the cleaning agent hose 36
