Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for vehicle thermal management control according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, a method for vehicle thermal management control provided by the present application includes the following steps:
step S11: when the engine is in a running working state, a plurality of first working condition information corresponding to the silicone oil fan is obtained through a plurality of control units, and a plurality of second working condition information corresponding to the condensing fan is obtained through a plurality of control units.
In this embodiment, the condensing fan described in this application is an electronic fan. Since the silicone oil fan is coupled with the engine, the silicone oil fan needs to work, and the engine needs to be in a working state. When the engine is in a running working state, a plurality of hardware in the vehicle need the silicone oil fan and the condensing fan to cool the engine cooperatively, different hardware has different requirements on cooling, and the required rotating speed of the silicone oil fan and the required gear of the condensing fan are different. The method comprises the steps of obtaining current working condition information of corresponding hardware according to a plurality of control units corresponding to the hardware, and determining the required rotating speed of the hardware for the silicone oil fan and the required gear of the hardware for the condensing fan according to the current working condition information of the corresponding hardware. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of first working condition information corresponding to each control unit corresponding to a silicone oil fan through a plurality of control units, and obtaining a plurality of second working condition information corresponding to each control unit corresponding to a condensing fan through a plurality of control units.
Step S12: and determining the target rotating speed of the silicone oil fan according to the first working condition information, and determining the target gear of the condensing fan according to the second working condition information.
The method comprises the steps that a plurality of required rotating speeds corresponding to a plurality of pieces of first working condition information are obtained according to the plurality of pieces of first working condition information obtained by a plurality of control units, the plurality of control units send the obtained plurality of required rotating speeds to an ECU (electronic control unit) of the vehicle, and the ECU of the vehicle determines the maximum required rotating speed in the plurality of required rotating speeds to be a target rotating speed. According to the second working condition information acquired by the control units, a plurality of required gears corresponding to the second working condition information are acquired and sent to an ECU (electronic control unit) of the vehicle, and the ECU of the vehicle determines that the maximum required gear in the required gears is a target gear.
Step S13: and generating a gear control signal aiming at the condensing fan based on the target gear so as to control the condensing fan to rotate at the target gear.
In the present embodiment, after the ECU of the vehicle determines the target rotation speed, a rotation speed control signal for the silicone oil fan is generated and issued based on the target rotation speed, and the clutch of the silicone oil fan controls the silicone oil fan to rotate at the target rotation speed according to the rotation speed control signal. Meanwhile, after an ECU of the vehicle determines a target gear, a gear control signal for the condensing fan is generated and sent out based on the target gear, and the condensing fan is controlled to rotate according to the target gear.
Therefore, the silicone oil fan and the condensing fan are cooperatively controlled to cooperatively work, so that the problem of insufficient refrigeration performance of the air conditioner caused by the fact that the silicone oil fan is limited to the highest rotating speed under the condition of low rotating speed of the engine is solved.
In the present application, the method further comprises: determining the current state of the vehicle when the engine is detected to be in the off state; and when the current state of the vehicle is in a preset state, controlling the condensing fan to operate for a preset time at a preset gear.
In this embodiment, since the silicone oil fan is coupled to the engine, the silicone oil fan cannot be operated any more after the engine is turned off. At this time, the risk of the hot damage point of the engine compartment cannot be reduced through the silicone oil fan, and the engine is cooled through the condensing fan under the condition that the engine cannot be cooled through the silicone oil fan after the engine is shut down through the cooperative work of the silicone oil fan and the condensing fan, so that the risk of the hot damage point of the engine compartment is reduced. And when the current state of the engine of the vehicle is detected to be in a preset state, controlling the condensing fan to operate for a preset time at a preset gear so as to cool the engine. The problem that the risk of the heat damage point of the engine compartment is increased due to the fact that the engine cannot be cooled through the silicone oil fan after being shut down is solved. Table 1 is a post-operation control strategy for the condensing fan.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003142589730000071
For example, referring to table 1, when an engine control unit (ECM) of the vehicle detects that the water temperature exceeds 108 ℃, while the engine continuously operates for more than 10 minutes, and the battery voltage exceeds 11.5V, the condensing fan is controlled to operate in the high-stage mode for 60S.
Preferably, in the present application, the data in table 1 is only a preferred embodiment, and the data in table 1 may be set according to actual applications according to different vehicle models, configurations, and the like.
In the present application, the method further comprises: when the target rotating speed of the silicone oil fan is higher than the highest limit rotating speed of the silicone oil fan, the target gear of the condensing fan is lifted to a high gear of the condensing fan; and controlling the condensing fan to operate according to the high gear.
In this embodiment, the silicone oil fan is coupled to the engine, and the maximum rotational speed that can be achieved by the silicone oil fan is different at different engine rotational speeds. Therefore, when the target rotation speed determined by the ECU is higher than the maximum limit rotation speed that the silicone oil fan can reach at the current engine rotation speed, the silicone oil fan cannot rotate at the determined target rotation speed, and at this time, the silicone oil fan cannot rotate at the maximum limit rotation speed to meet the cooling requirement. Based on this, adjust the condensing fan at this moment to high-grade model and rotate to this cooling demand that makes up the silicon oil fan and can't satisfy.
When an ECU of a vehicle determines that the target rotating speed of the silicone oil fan is higher than the highest limit rotating speed which can be reached by the silicone oil fan at the current engine rotating speed, the silicone oil fan cannot rotate at the target rotating speed at the moment, and the ECU controls the silicone oil fan to rotate at the highest limit rotating speed which can be reached by the silicone oil fan at the current engine rotating speed. Meanwhile, the target gear of the condensing fan is lifted to the high gear of the condensing fan, and the condensing fan is controlled to operate according to the high gear, so that the cooling requirement that the silicone oil fan rotates at the highest limit rotating speed and cannot be met is made up. Wherein, the high gear of the condensing fan is the highest gear of the operation of the condensing fan.
In this application, obtain through a plurality of the control unit with a plurality of first operating mode information that the silicone oil fan corresponds includes: acquiring first working condition information through an engine control unit, wherein the first working condition information comprises engine water temperature and vehicle speed; acquiring first working condition information through an air conditioner controller unit, wherein the first working condition information is air conditioner pressure and vehicle speed; the method comprises the steps of obtaining first working condition information through a gearbox control unit, wherein the first working condition information is gearbox oil temperature.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of control units includes an engine control unit, an air conditioner control unit, and a transmission control unit. Acquiring the current engine water temperature and the current vehicle speed of the vehicle through an engine control unit; acquiring the current air conditioning pressure and the current vehicle speed of a vehicle through an air conditioner controller unit; the current gearbox oil temperature of the vehicle is obtained through a gearbox control unit.
In this application, obtaining, by the plurality of control units, a plurality of second operating condition information corresponding to the condensing fan includes: acquiring second working condition information through an engine control unit, wherein the second working condition information is the water temperature of the engine; acquiring second working condition information through an air conditioner controller unit, wherein the second working condition information is air conditioner pressure; and acquiring second working condition information through a gearbox control unit, wherein the second working condition information is the oil temperature of the gearbox.
In the embodiment, the current engine water temperature of the vehicle is obtained through an engine control unit; acquiring the current air conditioning pressure of a vehicle through an air conditioner controller unit; the current gearbox oil temperature of the vehicle is obtained through a gearbox control unit.
In this application, determining the target rotation speed of the silicone oil fan according to the first operating condition information includes: acquiring a first rotating speed by inquiring a first preset corresponding relation according to first working condition information acquired by the engine control unit; acquiring a second rotating speed by inquiring a second preset corresponding relation according to the first working condition information acquired by the air conditioner controller unit; acquiring a third rotating speed by inquiring a third preset corresponding relation according to the first working condition information acquired by the gearbox control unit; determining a maximum rotation speed of the first rotation speed, the second rotation speed, and the third rotation speed as a target rotation speed.
In this embodiment, after the plurality of control units obtain the respective corresponding first operating condition information, the optimal required rotation speeds of the silicone oil fan under the respective first operating condition information are determined based on the preset corresponding relationship. Table 2 shows a first predetermined correspondence relationship according to the present invention. Table 3 shows a second predetermined correspondence relationship in the present invention. Table 4 shows a third predetermined correspondence relationship in the present invention.

Fig. 2 is a logic diagram of a silicone oil fan in a method for vehicle thermal management control according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the current engine water temperature and the current vehicle speed of the vehicle are obtained through an engine control unit, and a first rotating speed is obtained through inquiring a first preset corresponding relation; acquiring the current air conditioning pressure and the current vehicle speed of the vehicle through an air conditioner controller unit, and acquiring a second rotating speed by inquiring a second preset corresponding relation; and acquiring the current oil temperature of the gearbox of the vehicle through a gearbox control unit, and acquiring a third rotating speed by inquiring a third preset corresponding relation. And the plurality of control units send the acquired first rotating speed, the acquired second rotating speed and the acquired third rotating speed to an ECU (electronic control unit) of the vehicle, and the ECU determines that the maximum rotating speed is the target rotating speed of the silicone oil fan.
In this application, determining the target gear of the condensing fan according to the second operating condition information includes: acquiring a first gear by inquiring a first corresponding relation according to second working condition information acquired by the engine control unit; acquiring a second gear by inquiring a second corresponding relation according to second working condition information acquired by the air conditioner controller unit; acquiring a third gear by inquiring a third corresponding relation according to second working condition information acquired by the gearbox control unit; determining the highest gear of the first gear, the second gear and the third gear as a target gear.
In this embodiment, after the plurality of control units obtain the respective corresponding second operating condition information, the optimal respective required gear of the condensing fan under the respective second operating condition information is determined based on the set corresponding relationship. In the invention, the electronic fan gear only has three gears of high gear, low gear and no gear, and an over-fine control strategy is not needed, which causes the control cost of the condensing fan to be increased, therefore, only the water temperature of an engine, the air-conditioning pressure and the oil temperature of a gearbox are taken as the influence factors for determining the gear of the condensing fan, and the influence of the vehicle speed on the gear determination of the condensing fan is not considered any more. Table 5 shows a first correspondence relationship according to the present invention. Table 6 shows a second correspondence relationship in the present invention. Table 7 shows a third correspondence relationship in the present invention.

Fig. 3 is a logic diagram of a condensing fan in a method for vehicle thermal management control according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the current engine water temperature of the vehicle is obtained through the engine control unit, and a first gear is obtained by inquiring a first corresponding relation; acquiring the current air conditioning pressure of the vehicle through an air conditioner controller unit, and acquiring a second gear by inquiring a second corresponding relation; and acquiring the current oil temperature of the gearbox of the vehicle through a gearbox control unit, and acquiring a third gear by inquiring a third corresponding relation. The control units send the acquired first gear, the acquired second gear and the acquired third gear to an ECU of the vehicle, and the ECU determines that the maximum gear is the target gear of the condensing fan.
In the application, the temperature or pressure ascending range and the pressure descending range are arranged in each corresponding relation of the condensing fan, and the frequent fluctuation of the gear of the condensing fan caused by the change of a small pressure value or a temperature value caused by a measurement error is avoided.
The first correspondence is exemplified with reference to table 4. Under the condition that the upstream temperature range and the downstream temperature range of the engine water temperature are not set, when the engine water temperature is changed from 112 ℃ to 113 ℃, the gear of the condensing fan is changed from a low gear to a high gear. When the water temperature of the engine is changed in a small range from 113 ℃ to 112 ℃, the gear of the condensing fan is changed from a high gear to a low gear. Therefore, the rotating speed of the silicone oil fan is frequently changed, and the silicone oil fan is damaged.
Under the condition of setting the upstream temperature range and the downstream temperature range of the water temperature of the engine, the water temperature of the engine is changed from 112 ℃ to 113 ℃ and is the upstream temperature of the water temperature of the engine, at the moment, the temperature of 113 ℃ is higher than 112 ℃, and the gear of the condensing fan is changed from low gear to high gear. When the temperature value changes in a small range due to measurement errors or other reasons, the temperature of the engine changes from 113 ℃ to 112 ℃ and is the descending of the temperature of the engine, the temperature of 112 ℃ is higher than 110 ℃, and the gear of the condensing fan keeps a high gear. Therefore, the gears of the condensing fan cannot be changed frequently, and further damage to the condensing fan is avoided.
For the uplink range and the downlink range in other corresponding relations, based on the same reason, frequent change of the gear of the condensing fan can be avoided, and further damage to the condensing fan is avoided, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid a large fluctuation in the rotation speed of the silicone oil fan caused by a measurement error and a small change in the pressure value, an upstream pressure range and a downstream pressure range are set for the range of the air conditioning pressure. Table 8 defines the up and down ranges of air conditioning pressure.
TABLE 8
Figure BDA0003142589730000131
In this embodiment, after the engine speed of the vehicle reaches a certain set value, the silicone oil fan clutch that controls the silicone oil fan to rotate has a thermal protection range, and the silicone oil fan working in the thermal protection range will cause irreversible failure to the silicone oil fan clutch. Therefore, after the engine speed of the vehicle reaches a certain set value, the silicone oil fan needs to be controlled to avoid working in the thermal protection range, so that damage to the silicone oil fan clutch is avoided. The temperature of the silicone oil inside the silicone oil fan clutch is increased, and then the influence factor of damage to the silicone oil fan clutch is the rotating speed of the silicone oil fan.
When the target rotating speed of the silicone oil fan determined by the ECU of the vehicle is within the thermal protection range of the silicone oil fan clutch, the silicone oil fan rotates at the target rotating speed at the moment, and the silicone oil fan clutch is damaged. In order to avoid causing damage to the silicone oil fan clutch and enable the silicone oil fan to meet cooling requirements for a plurality of hardware of the vehicle, an ECU of the vehicle controls the silicone oil fan to rotate based on the maximum value of the thermal protection range.
In the present embodiment, the ECU of the vehicle determines a target rotational speed and issues a control signal including the target rotational speed, and the silicone oil fan clutch controls the silicone oil fan to rotate at the target rotational speed in accordance with the control signal. In actual control, the actual rotating speed of the silicone oil fan cannot reach the target rotating speed, based on the fact that the ECU of the vehicle controls the silicone oil fan clutch through the PID controller, the actual rotating speed of the silicone oil fan is modified through feedback adjustment of the PID controller according to the target rotating speed and the actual rotating speed of the silicone oil fan, and therefore the actual rotating speed of the silicone oil fan reaches the target rotating speed, and the cooling requirements of a plurality of hardware on the vehicle are met.
In the embodiment, a protection strategy is set for the air conditioning pressure, the air conditioning pressure is lower than the first pressure, a compressor closing request is sent through an air conditioning controller unit, and accordingly the ECU disconnects the compressor; after the air conditioner pressure rises to the second pressure, a compressor starting request is sent through the air conditioner controller unit, and the ECU attracts and closes the compressor.
When the air pressure regulating force is higher than the third pressure, sending a compressor closing request through an air conditioner controller unit, accordingly disconnecting the compressor by the ECU, and acquiring a second speed by the air conditioner controller unit based on the corresponding relation of A/C (ON) in the table 2; and after the air conditioner pressure is reduced to a fourth pressure, sending a compressor starting request through the air conditioner controller unit, and sucking the compressor by the ECU. Table 9 shows the set pressures for controlling the compressor to shut down and engage. A, B, C, and D in Table 9 increase in this order.
