Claims (10)

1. A control method of an electric control silicone oil mechanical fan is applied to a vehicle, wherein the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan is integrated in the vehicle, and the control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring vehicle parameter information of the vehicle through an engine control unit;
determining the target rotating speed of the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan according to the finished automobile parameter information;
and controlling the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan to rotate based on the target rotating speed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the electrically controlled silicone oil mechanical fan to rotate based on the target rotational speed comprises:
determining a rotating speed control signal of the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan according to the target rotating speed;
controlling the opening or closing of the silicone oil cavity valve plate based on the rotating speed control signal; when the valve plate of the silicon oil cavity is in an opening state, controlling silicon oil to flow into a clutch meshing part;
determining a target shear torque generated by the clutch based on the amount of silicone oil at the clutch engagement location; the longer the opening time of the valve plate of the silicon oil cavity is, the larger the amount of silicon oil at the meshing part of the clutch is;
and controlling the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan to rotate based on the target shearing torque.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle parameter information includes vehicle owner parameter information and vehicle modification parameter information;
determining the target rotating speed of the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan according to the finished automobile parameter information, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining the initial rotating speed of the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan according to the whole vehicle owner parameter information;
and correcting the initial rotating speed according to the finished automobile correction parameter information, and taking the corrected initial rotating speed as the target rotating speed of the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein determining the initial rotation speed of the electrically controlled silicone oil mechanical fan according to the vehicle owner parameter information comprises:
acquiring a first corresponding relation table of the whole vehicle owner parameter information and the rotating speed;
and searching the rotating speed corresponding to the main parameter information of the whole vehicle in the first corresponding relation table to be used as the initial rotating speed of the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the correcting the initial rotation speed according to the vehicle correction parameter information comprises:
acquiring a second corresponding relation table of the finished automobile correction parameter information and the correction coefficient;
searching a correction coefficient corresponding to the vehicle correction parameter information in the second corresponding relation table;
and correcting the initial rotating speed based on the correction coefficient.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to controlling the electrically controlled silicone oil mechanical fan to rotate based on the target rotational speed:
judging the relation between the target rotating speed and the limit rotating speed of the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan;
controlling the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan to rotate based on the target rotating speed, and the method comprises the following steps:
and when the target rotating speed is less than the limit rotating speed, controlling the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan to rotate based on the target rotating speed.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
monitoring whether the output signal of the Hall rotating speed sensor is abnormal or not in real time; the Hall rotating speed sensor is integrated on the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan;
and when the output signal of the Hall rotating speed sensor is determined to be abnormal, controlling the electric control silicone oil mechanical fan to rotate based on the limit rotating speed.

A control system for an electrically controlled silicone oil mechanical fan, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the control method for the electrically controlled silicone oil mechanical fan according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
