The decorative board clip anchors 3 are long structures or a plurality of decorative board clip anchors 3 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the substrate wall body 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the side of the trim board anchor 3 away from the connecting member 2 is formed into a structure approximately arranged in a shape of a "dry" by the first clamping plate 7 and the second clamping plate 8, so as to clamp the clamping portion 11 of the trim board 4. Of course, the decorative plate 4 may be made of aluminum plate, ceramic plate, or the like.
The invention also provides an external wall heat insulation construction method, which comprises the following steps:
cleaning the outer wall surface of the base layer wall body 1, and mainly simply cleaning the hollowing and virtual sticking part on the outer wall surface of the base layer wall body 1;
fixing the connecting piece 2 on the outer wall surface of the base layer wall body 1 by using a metal expansion anchor bolt 21, fixing the decorative board anchor piece 3 on the connecting piece 2 by using a hexagonal flange bolt 16 and forming an anchor assembly so as to realize the installation and leveling of the anchor assembly;
fixing the insulation board 17 on the outer wall surface of the base layer wall body 1 by using the insulation board anchoring member 22, thereby completing the installation of the insulation board 17;
and (3) dry-hanging the decorative plate 4 on one side of the anchoring component, which is far away from the base layer wall body 1, so as to form a decorative surface, and reserving a gap of 10-30mm between the decorative plate 4 and the insulation plate 17.
The method is particularly suitable for the construction of dry operation of a sintered solid brick masonry structure, the dry operation is adopted, mortar is not needed to be pasted, the heat insulation plate 17 is directly fixed on the outer wall surface of the base layer wall body 1 in a mode of directly anchoring through the heat insulation plate anchoring part 22, the decorative plate 4 is also directly hung on the anchoring component in a dry mode, the heat insulation plate 17 and the decorative plate 4 are fixed very reliably, the construction is more convenient and rapid, the construction period is shortened, the construction efficiency is higher, and the construction process is safer and more reliable.
The heated board 17 in this embodiment adopts the rock wool to make, and the rock wool adopts the mode of fastening to be fixed in basic unit's wall 1's outer wall face, makes the construction simple on the one hand, need not the mortar and pastes, and basic unit's wall 1 is hugged closely to on the other hand rock wool, and the heat preservation effect is better. A10-30 mm cavity is formed between the outer surface of the rock wool and the decorative plate 4, the rock wool and the decorative plate 4 are not in direct contact, even if cracking, water leakage and the like occur at the plate seam of the decorative plate 4, water can flow downwards along the decorative plate 4, and the rock wool can not absorb water to cause the problem of reduction of heat insulation performance.
Because adopt metal expansion anchor bolt 21 to be fixed in the outer wall face of basic unit's wall body 1 with the anchor subassembly, compare with using heated board anchor assembly 22 fixed anchor subassembly, have higher tensile bearing capacity, use anchoring point less can satisfy the security requirement. For the aged solid brick masonry wall in the old community, the number of drilled holes in the wall surface and the drilling distance can be obviously reduced, the influence of large-area drilled holes on the stress of the structure is reduced, and the method is more suitable for being used for the aged and powdered old community building. The situations that the thin plastering system is not stuck and the anchor is not firm are avoided.
In the embodiment, the decorative plate 4 is made of a class-A R5 standard calcium silicate plate and is a calcium silicate plate with a decorative surface, the thickness of the decorative plate 4 is 15mm, the maximum length of the decorative plate 4 is 2400mm, and the width of the decorative plate 4 is 200-600 mm. The decorative plate 4 is directly coated after being prefabricated, and can be directly installed on a construction site, so that the construction of the decorative plate 4 on the site is not needed, the site construction period is shortened, the spraying pollution is reduced, and the uniformity and the stability of the vertical face decorative effect are improved. the decorative plate (4) is fixed on one side, away from the connecting piece (2), of the decorative plate card anchor piece (3);
heated board (17), set up in basic unit's wall body (1) with between decorative board (4), heated board (17) be suitable for through heated board anchor assembly (22) with basic unit's wall body (1) links to each other, heated board (17) are kept away from one side of basic unit's wall body (1) with leave the clearance between decorative board (4).

The exterior wall insulation structure according to claim 1, wherein the connecting piece (2) is arranged in an L shape, the connecting piece (2) comprises an anchoring part and a connecting part which are integrally formed, the anchoring long hole (19) is arranged on the anchoring part, and the anchoring long hole (19) is fixed with the base wall (1) through a metal expansion anchor bolt (21).

10. The external wall heat insulation construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
cleaning the outer wall surface of the base layer wall body (1);
fixing the connecting piece (2) on the outer wall surface of the base layer wall body (1) by using a metal expansion anchor bolt (21), and fixing the decorative board card anchor piece (3) on the connecting piece (2) by using a hexagon flange bolt (16) to form an anchoring assembly;
fixing the heat insulation plate (17) on the outer wall surface of the base layer wall body (1) by utilizing a heat insulation plate anchoring part (22);
and (3) hanging the decorative plate (4) on one side of the anchoring component far away from the base layer wall body (1) in a dry mode, and enabling a gap of 10-30mm to be reserved between the decorative plate (4) and the heat insulation plate (17).
