Abstract
The invention discloses a construction method of an external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate, which comprises the steps of coating an adhesive on the back surface of a heat-insulation layer of each external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate, forming a convex edge by opening an L-shaped groove on the periphery of a decoration layer of each integrated plate, and respectively inserting the convex edge of each integrated plate into two U-shaped clamping grooves of an I-shaped structure of a clamping piece of an L-shaped fastener. An angle steel bracket is arranged at the bottom edge of every three layers of external wall heat insulation and decoration integrated plates which are adjacent up and down. An air vent plug is arranged in the dividing joint. The method of the invention uses bonding as a main fastener anchoring as an auxiliary. The auxiliary anchoring fastener can play a role in stabilizing and supporting before the adhesive is finally set, bear the longitudinal shear stress before the adhesive is finally set at the initial stage of plate installation, avoid the downward sliding of the heat-insulating decorative plate caused by dead weight, and ensure the reliability of installation quality. And the exhaust plug device is added, so that the problem that the heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate is not hollow is solved. The good effect that traditional heat preservation can not be realized is reached, and production efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a wall heat-insulation construction method, in particular to a construction method of an external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate.
Background
The external wall insulation board is fixed tightly by the anchor bolts and the adhesive, and the external wall insulation board inevitably falls after weathering for a long time. In recent years, along with the application of the external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate, the fixation of the external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate is more important, because the weight of the external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate is increased by the decorative material, and the technology for fixing the decorative material of the heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate does not solve the problem at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a construction method of an external wall heat-insulation decorative integrated plate, which is reasonable in structure, firm in installation and strong in wind-bending resistance and bending deformation resistance.
The invention discloses a construction method of an external wall heat insulation and decoration integrated plate, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the base wall is divided into lattices by elastic lines on the base wall, separation seams are formed by the stitches between the lattices when the lines are elastic, and each lattice is the area occupied by one external wall heat-insulation decorative integrated plate;
(2) preparing a plurality of external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plates, wherein each external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate consists of a heat-insulation layer and a decoration layer arranged on the heat-insulation layer; then, forming a convex edge by forming an L-shaped groove on the periphery of the decorative layer of each external wall heat-insulation decorative integrated plate;
(3) 2-3 drill holes penetrating through the mortar layer of the base layer wall body are drilled at each dividing joint; then installing a first side plate, provided with a long hole, of the L-shaped fastener at each drill hole, aligning the long hole on the L-shaped fastener with the drill hole, and screwing the fastener on the base wall by adopting an expansion plug to penetrate the long hole on the L-shaped fastener and the drill hole on the base wall;
(4) a fastener is fixed on the upper part of the second side plate of each L-shaped fastener through a bolt, the upper part of the fastener is in an I-shaped structure, and two clamping grooves of the I-shaped structure face the convex edges of two adjacent to-be-installed external wall heat insulation decoration integrated plates respectively;
(5) coating an adhesive on the back surface of the heat-insulating layer of each external wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate, wherein the area of the adhesive is not less than 60% of that of each external wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate;
(6) fixing an outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plate and a base layer wall body in each grid through an adhesive, respectively inserting the convex edges of two outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates which are vertically adjacent or horizontally adjacent into two U-shaped clamping grooves of an I-shaped structure arranged between the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates, clamping a second side plate positioned below the I-shaped structure between the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates, and pressing one outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plate in the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates on a first side plate in a contact side with the base layer wall body;
(7) an angle steel bracket is arranged at the bottom edge of each three layers of external wall heat insulation and decoration integrated plates which are adjacent up and down, and one side plate of the angle steel bracket is fixed with the base layer wall body through a bolt;
(8) filling polystyrene foam strips at each dividing joint, and then filling joints by adopting sealant;
(9) and drilling a mounting hole at each division seam every 3-5 m, and mounting an exhaust plug in each mounting hole with the exhaust hole facing downwards.
The method uses decorative material as decorative layer, uses adhesive to stick the heat-insulating decorative plate on the outer surface of the base layer (concrete or various masonry) wall, and is fixed by fastener to ensure the reliable connection between the heat-insulating decorative plate and the base layer wall; finally, the special sealant for the integrated plate is used for embedding and filling the surface of the plate joint, so that external moisture can be prevented from permeating into the heat preservation system.
The method uses bonding as a main fastener anchoring as an auxiliary. The auxiliary fastener anchoring can play a role in stabilizing and supporting before the adhesive is finally set, and bear the longitudinal shear stress before the adhesive is finally set at the initial stage of plate installation, so that the downward sliding of the heat-insulating decorative plate caused by dead weight is avoided, and the reliability of installation quality is ensured. And the exhaust plug device is added, so that the problem that the heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate is not hollow is solved. The good effect that traditional heat preservation can not be realized has been reached. Meanwhile, the labor intensity of workers can be greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and specific examples:
the invention discloses a construction method of an external wall heat-insulation decorative integrated plate, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the base wall body is divided into cells by the elastic lines on the base wall body 3, the separation seams 5 are formed by the stitches between the cells when the elastic lines are bounced, each cell 4 is the area occupied by one external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate, and the sizes and the positions of the stitches between the cells can be checked when the plates are installed when the lines are bounced, so that errors are reduced;
(2) preparing a plurality of external wall heat insulation and decoration integrated plates (commercially available), wherein each external wall heat insulation and decoration integrated plate consists of a heat insulation layer 9 and a decoration layer 1 arranged on the heat insulation layer 9; then, forming a convex edge by forming an L-shaped groove on the periphery of the decorative layer of each external wall heat-insulation decorative integrated plate;
(3) 2-3 drill holes penetrating through the mortar layer of the base wall are drilled at each dividing joint 5, and the drill holes usually penetrate into the wall by more than 50 mm. (5) coating an adhesive on the back surface of the heat-insulating layer of each external wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate, wherein the area of the adhesive is not less than 60% of that of each external wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate;
(6) fixing an outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plate and a base layer wall body in each grid through an adhesive, respectively inserting the convex edges of two outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates which are vertically adjacent or horizontally adjacent into two U-shaped clamping grooves of an I-shaped structure 13 arranged between the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates (the two clamping grooves are formed by an upper flange plate and a lower flange plate of the I-shaped structure 13 and a web plate), so that a second side plate positioned below the I-shaped structure 13 is clamped between the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates, and one outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plate of the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates is tightly pressed on the first side plate 11 when contacting with the base layer wall body; the outer wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated board system mainly uses the bonding of an adhesive and uses the anchoring of a clamping piece as an auxiliary. The auxiliary clamping piece anchoring can play a role in stabilizing and supporting before final setting of the adhesive, bear the longitudinal shear stress before final setting of the adhesive at the initial stage of plate installation, avoid downward sliding of the heat-insulation decorative plate caused by dead weight, and ensure the reliability of installation quality.
(7) An angle steel bracket is arranged at the bottom edge of every three layers of external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plates which are adjacent up and down, one side plate of the angle steel bracket is fixed with the base layer wall body through bolts (namely, the external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate is pressed on the side edge), and the other side plate is supported at the bottom edge of the external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate.
(8) At each cell seam, a polystyrene foam strip 7 is stuffed and then caulked with a sealant 8.
(9) And drilling a mounting hole every 3-5 m at each dividing joint 5, mounting an exhaust plug in each mounting hole, and enabling the exhaust hole to face downwards to prevent water from entering.
Claims (1)
1. A construction method of an external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the base wall is divided into lattices by elastic lines on the base wall, separation seams are formed by the stitches between the lattices when the lines are elastic, and each lattice is the area occupied by one external wall heat-insulation decorative integrated plate;
(2) preparing a plurality of external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plates, wherein each external wall heat-insulation and decoration integrated plate consists of a heat-insulation layer and a decoration layer arranged on the heat-insulation layer; then, forming a convex edge by forming an L-shaped groove on the periphery of the decorative layer of each external wall heat-insulation decorative integrated plate;
(3) 2-3 drill holes penetrating through the mortar layer of the base layer wall body are drilled at each dividing joint; then installing a first side plate, provided with a long hole, of the L-shaped fastener at each drill hole, aligning the long hole on the L-shaped fastener with the drill hole, and screwing the fastener on the base wall by adopting an expansion plug to penetrate the long hole on the L-shaped fastener and the drill hole on the base wall;
(4) a fastener is fixed on the upper part of the second side plate of each L-shaped fastener through a bolt, the upper part of the fastener is in an I-shaped structure, and two clamping grooves of the I-shaped structure face the convex edges of two adjacent to-be-installed external wall heat insulation decoration integrated plates respectively;
(5) coating an adhesive on the back surface of the heat-insulating layer of each external wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate, wherein the area of the adhesive is not less than 60% of that of each external wall heat-insulating and decorating integrated plate;
(6) fixing an outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plate and a base layer wall body in each grid through an adhesive, respectively inserting the convex edges of two outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates which are vertically adjacent or horizontally adjacent into two U-shaped clamping grooves of an I-shaped structure arranged between the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates, clamping a second side plate positioned below the I-shaped structure between the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates, and pressing one outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plate in the two adjacent outer wall heat-insulation decoration integrated plates on a first side plate in a contact side with the base layer wall body;
(7) an angle steel bracket is arranged at the bottom edge of each three layers of external wall heat insulation and decoration integrated plates which are adjacent up and down, and one side plate of the angle steel bracket is fixed with the base layer wall body through a bolt;
(8) filling polystyrene foam strips at each dividing joint, and then filling joints by adopting sealant;
