In the second embodiment, because the cylinder 201 rotates continuously, a lot of cleaning liquid can be sprayed out from a circular hole on one side far away from the textile (a circular hole on the opposite side of the two cylinders 201), and the cleaning liquid cannot be delivered to the textile, so that the effective wetting of the textile cannot be ensured, the waste of the cleaning liquid is caused, and a certain use limitation exists; compared with the second embodiment, through the cooperation of the structures such as the bracket 801, the hollow column 802, the key shaft 202 and the balancing weight 804, when the bracket 801 rotates along with the key shaft 202, the direction of the hollow shaft is not changed, so that the liquid outlet 803 can always face one side of the textile, and cleaning liquid can be fully conveyed to the textile, thereby realizing the rapid wetting of the textile and the effective utilization of the cleaning liquid; meanwhile, the design of the support 801 and the hollow column 802 does not influence the subsequent clamping and dewatering of the textile, and meets more requirements in actual use.
