the electric heating element ensures that gas in the box body is hot gas, the hot gas is firstly positioned at the inner top of the box body when rising, the main motor 10 is driven to drive the rotating shaft 12 to rotate, the first side shaft 16 and the second side shaft 17 rotate along with the rotating shaft, the lifting rod 8 is driven to perform reciprocating lifting movement through the hinge rod 20, when the lifting rod 8 moves downwards, the piston plate 18 can be driven to move downwards in the corresponding first air cylinder 22, so that the volume of the air storage cavity 21 is gradually increased, and under the limiting action of the first one-way valve 14, the first air cylinder 22 sucks the hot gas at the inner top of the box body through the first air inlet pipe 19; when the lifting rod 8 moves upwards, the piston plate 18 can be driven to move upwards in the corresponding first air cylinder 22, so that the volume of the air storage cavity 21 is gradually reduced, under the limiting action of the first one-way valve 14, the first air cylinder 22 guides hot gas sucked before into the air blowing roller 24 through the first exhaust pipe 33, the hot gas in the air blowing roller 24 is sprayed out through the through hole on the air blowing roller, and the hot gas can be sprayed to the cloth better to perform main drying treatment on the cloth;
the lifting of the lifting rod 8 can drive the lifting frame bodies 7 to move up and down, and the moving directions of every two adjacent lifting frame bodies 7 are opposite, so that the cloth in the box body can be driven to perform a traveling motion, and the moisture can be promoted to be separated from the cloth; in addition, in the process that the lifting frame bodies 7 drive the cloth to move up and down, when every two adjacent lifting frame bodies 7 move oppositely to a flat state, the cloth between every two adjacent lifting frame bodies 7 is gradually loosened to be in a loose state; when every two adjacent lifting frame bodies 7 move back to the maximum height difference, the cloth between every two adjacent lifting frame bodies 7 is gradually tensioned to be in a relatively tight state, namely in the reciprocating lifting movement process of the lifting frame bodies 7, the cloth in the box body is subjected to reciprocating loosening and tight state change, so that the water can be further promoted to be separated from the cloth, the drying efficiency of the cloth can be accelerated, and the thorough drying is promoted;
meanwhile, when the lifting rod 8 moves upwards, the piston 31 can be driven to move upwards in the corresponding second cylinder 38, the cavity below the piston 31 is gradually enlarged to generate negative pressure type suction force, under the limiting action of the second one-way valve 30, the suction force generated in the second cylinder 38 is guided into the air suction roller 27 through the second air inlet pipe 37, the air suction roller 27 sucks ambient air through the through hole on the air suction roller 27, so that water vapor generated in the cloth drying process can be sucked into the air suction roller 27 in time, the condenser 32 in the air suction roller 27 can condense the water vapor into water drops, the water drops flow out from the through hole at the bottom of the air suction roller 27 and completely enter the liquid drainage channel 29 under the collecting action of the arc-shaped groove 23 at the lower end of the lifting frame 7, and finally the water drops are discharged out of the lifting frame 7 along the liquid drainage channel 29 and fall onto the bottom surface in the box body, when a large amount of water is accumulated at the bottom in the box body, the gas can be discharged out of the box body through the liquid discharge pipe 28, so that water drops and water vapor generated in the drying process can be timely treated, the adverse effect on the drying efficiency of the cloth can be avoided, the environment in the box body can be maintained, and the gas with moisture removed enters the second cylinder 38 along the second gas inlet pipe 37; when the lifting rod 8 moves downwards, the piston 31 can be driven to move downwards in the corresponding second cylinder 38, the cavity below the piston 31 is gradually reduced, and under the limiting action of the second one-way valve 30, the gas sucked before is discharged into the box body through the second exhaust pipe 1, so that the gas is heated by the electric heating element and then is supplied to the first cylinder 22 for suction, and the recycling of the gas is realized.
According to the invention, the drying efficiency is high, and the cloth can be thoroughly dried, so that the quality of the cloth can be guaranteed; the water vapor generated in the drying process can be timely treated, so that the adverse effect on the drying efficiency of the cloth can be avoided, and the maintenance of the environment in the box body is facilitated; and only one power driving mechanism is needed, the operation and the control are convenient, and the energy can be saved.
