Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于稳定颈椎的元件。
DE-C-39 23 995公开了一种稳定颈椎的固定元件。该元件包括一块板片,它通过弯曲与颈椎的要求形状相匹配。接着将多个螺丝旋进相互邻接的椎骨内。然后如果手术医生确断弯曲不够好或者出于医学角度还应变动,则全部螺丝都要再旋出,以使板片能够重新弯曲。然后必须再重新拧紧。出于椎骨的固定性,考虑这种重新旋紧是几乎不可能的,因为骨内的固定较弱,这样在实践中必须放弃这种事后的校正。US5,312,404公开了一种椎骨固定元件,该元件具有一个基体,它带有一板形部分和一垂直于板平面延伸的孔。还装有一个有螺纹段和螺头的骨螺丝,其中螺纹段通过孔延伸到板平面的第一侧,骨螺丝借助螺头由板形部分支承。该元件除了板形部分外还有一个在板平面内相对孔向另一侧偏置的第二部分。第二部分具有一个用于容纳固定棒的孔。螺纹孔垂直于孔轴线以容纳螺丝。固定棒借助于一个旋入其内的螺放件来固定。
US5,360,429公开了一种椎骨稳定元件,它由一个具有板形部分和在一侧偏置的第二部分的基体组成。第二部分包括一个带有外螺纹的小槽,该槽用于容纳支承棒。还有一个与外螺纹共同作用的螺母用于止动嵌入棒。
本发明目的在于设计一种颈椎稳定元件,其内部嵌入的棒能够持久固着。
该目的通过权利要求1所述的颈椎稳定元件实现。本发明的具体结构在从属权利要求中给予描述。

如从图1和图2所示可非常清楚地看出,该元件具有一个板形基体1,该基体基本是直角形状,大约在其一半的中心具有垂直于板平面的孔2。该孔内装有例如,上述DE-C-39 23 995所公开的有螺纹段4和螺头5的骨螺丝。螺纹段4通过孔延伸至板形基体1的第一侧6。该孔在与板形基体1第一侧6相对的第二侧7具有球缺形凹壁。螺头5在其朝向螺纹段4的下侧制成相应的凸截球形。球缺形凹壁和截球形螺头相应的凸截球形部分的半径大致相等并相互配合,这样骨螺丝在虚线所示绕轴8的锥形区域内可转动,以便容易地旋入椎骨中。
基体的另一半具有一个向第二侧7方向延伸的柱形突起9。该柱菜突起9具有外螺纹10。其对称轴或者说螺纹轴垂直于基体1的板平面或平行于孔2的轴。
如图1所示可非常清楚地看出,在通过柱形突起9对称轴的对称面内延伸一U形槽11,它具有两个平行于对称轴的侧壁和一个基本上呈柱段形状的槽底。该槽用于容纳固定棒12。槽及槽底尺寸的选择应使固定棒12导入槽内并至槽底,而棒在其间不会存在侧向间隙。
另外还有一个螺母13(如图3所示非常清楚),该螺母带内螺纹14的部分与边缘15接界。螺母在相对边缘15的一侧具有螺帽16。该螺帽在朝向带内螺纹部分的一侧有一同轴对齐的压杆17。压杆17的长度应使其自由端18超出螺母13的边缘15大约1毫米的一小段。压杆的直径等于或略小于棒12的直径,以便压杆能够容易地无阻碍地***槽11中,另一方面能由该槽侧向导向。
内螺纹14的结构能与柱形突起9的外螺纹10配合。内螺纹14的长度取决于柱形突起9的轴向长度和槽11的深度,大于槽深减去嵌入棒12的直径。
如图2所示可非常清楚地看出,骨螺丝3在其螺头背向螺纹段4的一侧有一六角孔19,以借助螺丝刀将螺丝旋入。
使用时,首先将上述形式的基体借助骨螺丝3分别旋入各相邻的椎骨内,此时骨螺丝3尚未拧紧至其极限位置。然后将固定棒12***相邻基体的各槽内。紧接着拧上闷盖螺母13。这样固定棒12在最后拧紧螺母之前已通过略突出的压杆17固定在其位置上。如果需要变动则只需再松开螺母,取出固定棒重新弯曲,再***,然后通过拧上螺母由压杆重新固定。最终对齐之后一方面拧紧骨螺丝3,另一方面通过拧紧螺母13达到最终固定。通过位于U形槽内壁中的压杆与螺母13的共同作用实现一种不可松开的固定连接。
上述设计使得即使在只有很小的空间可用来安装固定装置的颈椎骨区域内,也能够实现被矫椎骨的可校正矫直和固定。
Claims (5)
1.用于颈椎稳定的元件,具有带有板形部分的基体(1),所述基体板形部分具有一个垂直于板平面方向延伸的孔(2)和一个带有螺纹段(4)及螺头(5)的骨螺丝(3),其中螺纹段(4)通过孔(2)延伸至板平面的第一侧(6),螺头(5)由板形部分支承,该元件还有在板平面内相对孔(2)一侧偏置的第二部分(9),该部分由外螺纹(10)和一个沿螺纹轴方向延伸用以容纳支承棒(12)的槽(11)构成,还有与外螺纹(10)配合的用于止动嵌入棒(12)的螺母(13),其中螺母(13)做成帽形并安装一压杆(17),该压杆以其一端(18)在装螺母(13)时***到槽(11)内,另一端紧贴螺母,其直径的选择应使压杆(17)能由侧壁导向。
2.按权利要求1所述的用于颈椎稳定的元件,其特征在于,压杆(17)穿过螺母边缘(15)向外突出。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的用于颈椎稳定的元件,其特征在于,孔(2)在背向板平面第一侧(6)的第二侧(7)上具有一个球缺形凹壁,螺头(5)在其朝螺纹段(4)的下侧制成相应的凸截球形。
4.按权利要求1至3之一所述的用于颈椎稳定的元件,其特征在于,螺母(13)和压杆(17)合成一体。
5.按权利要求1至4之一所述的用于颈椎稳定的元件,其特征在于,所述螺纹轴延长线垂直于所述板平面。
