本发明提供一种衣物清洁泡腾片,包括成分如下:崩解剂、生物多酶、活性保护剂、表面活性剂,按照重量份数计算(A)泡腾崩解剂:占组合物成分10%‑15%的酒石酸;10%‑15%的枸橼酸;20%‑25%的碳酸钠;5%‑10%的交联聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮;5%‑8%的聚乙二醇。(B)生物多酶体系:占组合物成分0.2%‑0.5%的木瓜蛋白酶;0.3%‑0.5%的脂肪酶;0.2%‑0.5%的淀粉酶;0.2%‑0.5%的纤维素酶;2%‑5%的氯化钙;5%‑8%的海藻糖。(C)表面活性剂体系:占组合物成分10%‑15%的十二烷基葡萄糖苷;15%‑20%的槐糖脂。采用泡腾方式先后触发生物多酶体系、表面活性剂体系,实现作用效果的相互促进,解决复合酶产品存储的稳定性、使用的酶活力问题,能够有效去除顽固污渍、无毒无害,不伤害皮肤,环保无污染,定量投放、避免浪费,便于随身携带。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗涤技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种衣物清洁泡腾片。
背景技术
市场上主要衣物清洁日化用品为洗衣液、洗衣粉、洗衣皂等,种类繁多、成分各不相同,呈现包装形式也各有不同,而随着消费者需求的多样化,洗涤用品泡腾片是继洗衣液、洗衣皂、洗衣粉等形式外的一种新型产品,是将清洁剂与崩解剂等压制而成的便携式洗涤用品,因其成分的均衡性、精确性,能够更好的发挥衣物清洁效果。
目前,衣物清洁用泡腾片在存储过程中容易出现返潮吸水等情况,在泡腾崩解过程中容易出现包括清洁沉积、清洁能力有限等问题,本发明通过将生物多酶与表面活性剂进行复配,并通过包衣技术对各成分体系进行处理,解决了目前该类产品稳定性较差,存储困难的问题,并大大提升了酶活性,提高衣物清洁效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种衣物清洁泡腾片,包括成分如下:崩解剂、生物多酶、活性保护剂、表面活性剂,按照重量份数计算。
(A)泡腾崩解剂:
(1)占组合物成分10%-15%的酒石酸;
(2)占组合物成分10%-15%的枸橼酸;
(3)占组合物成分20%-25%的碳酸钠;
(4)占组合物成分5%-10%的交联聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮;
(5)占组合物成分5%-8%的聚乙二醇。
(B)生物多酶体系:
(1)占组合物成分0.2%-0.5%的木瓜蛋白酶
(2)占组合物成分0.3%-0.5%的脂肪酶
(3)占组合物成分0.2%-0.5%的淀粉酶
(4)占组合物成分0.2%-0.5%的纤维素酶
(5)占组合物成分2%-5%的氯化钙
(6)占组合物成分5%-8%的海藻糖。
(C)表面活性剂体系:
(1)占组合物成分10%-15%的十二烷基葡萄糖苷
(2)占组合物成分15%-20%的槐糖脂。
所述交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为崩解剂与所述泡腾崩解剂中其他成分相络合,并通过所述聚乙二醇区隔酸性崩解剂与碱性崩解剂,同时,所述聚乙二醇进一步作为生物多酶体系与表面活性剂体系的薄膜包衣剂,增大所述体系的稳定性,改善泡腾产品储存环境,降低吸湿率,便于产品包装,增大产品稳定性。
采用所述生物多酶体系,不受水温高低限制,能够对蛋白质、油脂以及淀粉类污渍等各类顽固污渍起到良好的去污效果,并可起到固色柔化作用,能够使衣物柔亮有光泽,增添氯化钙、海藻糖,降低环境影响,在干燥保存中,提高稳定性,保证酶的活性,甚至在遇到外界高温条件下仍能保持酶的正常活性。
本发明采用非离子型表面活性剂体系,通过所述十二烷基葡萄糖苷与槐糖脂复配,进一步提高协同效应,泡沫更细腻,去污能力更显著,无毒无害,对皮肤无刺激,生物降解迅速彻底,对环境无污染,在杀菌抑菌同时,能够进一步的提高酶活力。
本发明通过采用泡腾方式,在其崩解分散过程中,先后触发生物多酶体系、表面活性剂体系,并实现作用效果的相互促进,有效解决复合酶产品存储的稳定性、使用的酶活力问题,能够快速有效去除衣物顽固污渍、无毒无害,不伤害皮肤,生物可降解、绿色无污染,定量投放、避免浪费,便于随身携带。

试验例1
按照《GB/T13174-2008 衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》,对污布去污值进行测试,每升清水加入2g试验产品,测试效果如下:

污布去污值计算公式为:

其中: i——第i种类污布试片
F1i——第i种类污布试片洗前光谱反射率,%
F2i——第i种类污布试片洗后光谱反射率,%
n——经Q值检验后,每组污布试片的有效数量。
通过所述试验例1测试结果对比可知,本发明所提供的一种衣物清洁泡腾片具有良好的去污性能。

1.一种衣物清洁泡腾片,其特征在于,通过将生物多酶与表面活性剂进行复配,并通过包衣技术对各成分体系进行处理,解决了目前该类产品稳定性较差,存储困难的问题,并大大提升了酶活性,提高衣物清洁效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于,本发明提供的一种衣物清洁泡腾片,包括成分如下:崩解剂、生物多酶、活性保护剂、表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述,其特征在于,泡腾崩解剂包括:
(1)占组合物成分10%-15%的酒石酸;
(2)占组合物成分10%-15%的枸橼酸;
(3)占组合物成分20%-25%的碳酸钠;
(4)占组合物成分5%-10%的交联聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮;
(5)占组合物成分5%-8%的聚乙二醇。
4.根据权利要求2所述,其特征在于,生物多酶体系包括:
(1)占组合物成分0.2%-0.5%的木瓜蛋白酶
(2)占组合物成分0.3%-0.5%的脂肪酶
(3)占组合物成分0.2%-0.5%的淀粉酶
(4)占组合物成分0.2%-0.5%的纤维素酶
(5)占组合物成分2%-5%的氯化钙
(6)占组合物成分5%-8%的海藻糖。
5.根据权利要求2所述,其特征在于,表面活性剂体系包括:
(1)占组合物成分10%-15%的十二烷基葡萄糖苷
(2)占组合物成分15%-20%的槐糖脂。
