The side plates and the main plate body 310 are driven by a folding driving member 330, the folding driving member 330 is configured as a rotary cylinder (in other embodiments, the folding driving member 330 may also be configured as a linear cylinder to cooperate with a link mechanism to drive the side plates to rotate, so that the relative positions of the side plates and the main plate body 310 change, the folding driving member 330 may also be configured as a rotary motor and the like to realize rapid work), and the folding driving member 330 drives the side plates to rotate by gear belt transmission (in other embodiments, the side plates may also be driven by a belt or a gear and the like).

The speed of the clothes at the forefront side in the second conveyor belt 120 is higher than that of the clothes at the rearmost side in the first conveyor belt 110 until the two clothes reach the designated interval range, and the second driving device drives the second conveyor belt 120 to decelerate to the speed which is the same as that of the first conveyor belt 110; if the distance between the two pieces of clothes is detected to be too small, the processing module sends a signal to the second driving device to reduce the speed of the second driving device until the distance between the two pieces of clothes reaches the specified range value. When the speed of the second conveyor belt 120 changes, the suction device 150 works to make the clothes of the second conveyor belt 120 cling to the second conveyor belt 120, so as to avoid the clothes slipping or wrinkles caused by inertia. Then, the same speed is maintained to allow the front-most garment of the second conveyor 120 to enter the first conveyor 110, and then to be transferred to the folding plate 300 of the folding conveyor 200 via the first conveyor 110. The folding plate 300 is transported by the folding conveyor 200, and during the transportation of the folding plate 300, the parts are transported by the parts insertion assembly 400 and finally fall from the parts blanking device 420 onto the folding plate 300. The folding driving member 330 then drives the side plates to rotate relative to the main plate body 310, the two first side plates 321 rotate in sequence, and then the second side plate 322 rotates, so that the clothes are folded, and then the clothes are continuously transported to the next process by the folding conveyor belt 200.
