The front wheel system 50 includes a front wheel hub 51 and a front wheel tire 52, the front wheel tire 52 being mounted on the front wheel hub 51. The front wheel hub 51 includes a front wheel bogie 511, a front wheel hub axle 512, a front wheel disc 513, and a front wheel rim 514, the front wheel hub axle 512 and the front wheel bogie 511 are integrally formed, the front wheel disc 513 is mounted on the front wheel hub axle 512 through bearings, the front wheel rim 514 and the front wheel disc 513 are fixed, and the front wheel tire 52 is mounted on the front wheel rim 514. The front wheel system 50 serves as a driven wheel, and when the rear wheel system 30 moves, the front wheel disc 513 rotates on the front wheel hub shaft 512 to rotate the front wheel rim 514 and the front wheel tire 52.
The steering system 60 includes a steering wheel 61, a steering shaft 62, a steering gear 63, and a steering half shaft 64. The steering wheel 61 is arranged in the cockpit and is mounted on the frame 10 through a bracket, and in particular, the steering wheel 61 is fixed with the roof rail 114 through a bracket; the front end of the steering shaft 62 is connected to the steering wheel 61, and is driven to rotate by the steering wheel 61; the steering gear 63 is connected to the end of the steering shaft 62 for changing the force transmission direction, and the steering gear 63 adopts a conventional structure in the art. The steering gear 63 includes two output ends, the number of the steering half shafts 64 is also two, the input ends of the steering half shafts 64 are connected with the output ends of the steering gear 63 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the output ends of the steering half shafts 64 are connected with the front wheel system 50 to drive the front wheel system 50 to steer. Specifically, the output end of the steering half shaft 64 is hinged to the front wheel bogie 511 in a manner that: the output end of the steering half shaft 64 is provided with a fish-eye ball, the side of the front wheel bogie 511 is provided with a hinge plate, the fish-eye ball is clamped between the two hinge plates, and a pin shaft passes through a center hole of the fish-eye ball and is connected with the hinge plates.
The front suspension structure 70 includes an upper fork arm 71, a lower fork arm 72, and a front shock absorber 73, wherein the upper fork arm 71 and the lower fork arm 72 are respectively disposed at the upper and lower ends of the front wheel bogie 511, and specifically, one end of the upper fork arm 71 is hinged to the top of the front wheel bogie 511, and the other end is hinged to the vehicle side guardrail 113; the lower fork arm 72 is hinged at one end to the bottom of the front wheel truck 511 and at the other end to the front bottom frame. The upper yoke 71 and the lower yoke 72 are of a Y-shaped yoke configuration as is conventional in the art. The front damper 73 has one end hinged to the lower fork arm 72 and the other end hinged to the vehicle side rail 113.
The braking system 80 comprises a brake disc 81, a brake block mounting bracket 82 and brake blocks 83, wherein the brake disc 81 is fixed with a front wheel disc 513, the brake block mounting bracket 82 is fixed with the front wheel steering frame 511, the brake blocks 83 are correspondingly mounted on the brake block mounting bracket 82, the number of the brake blocks 83 is two, the two brake blocks 83 are positioned on two opposite sides of the brake disc 81, and when braking is needed, the two brake blocks 83 are close to the brake disc 81 and hug the brake disc 81, so that a braking effect is formed. The driving manner of the brake pad 83 is common knowledge in the art, and this embodiment will not be described in detail.
Compared with the prior art, the all-terrain vehicle provided by the invention has the advantages that the frame comprises the front support of the vehicle body, the tail support of the vehicle body and the U-shaped longitudinal beam, the U-shaped longitudinal beam is used as a core stress part of the frame, the strength of the frame can be improved, the front suspension structure and the rear suspension structure are arranged, the front suspension structure is a double-fork-arm type suspension, the rear suspension structure is a multi-link type suspension, the impact force born by the vehicle body can be well relieved, the vehicle body can maintain a good driving posture, and the driving comfort and the driving operability are improved.

The all-terrain vehicle is characterized by comprising a vehicle frame, a power assembly, a rear wheel system, a rear suspension structure, a front wheel system, a steering system, a front suspension structure and a braking system, wherein the vehicle frame comprises a front vehicle body support, a rear vehicle body support and U-shaped longitudinal beams, the front vehicle body support and the rear vehicle body support are respectively fixed on the front side and the rear side of the U-shaped longitudinal beams, the U-shaped longitudinal beams and the front vehicle body support are matched and enclosed into a cockpit, the U-shaped longitudinal beams and the rear vehicle body support are matched and enclosed into the power cabin, the power assembly is installed in the power cabin and used for driving the rear wheel system to move, the steering system is installed in the cockpit and used for driving the front wheel system to steer, the braking system is installed on the front wheel system and used for braking the front wheel system, the rear suspension structure is connected with the rear wheel system and the vehicle frame, the front suspension structure is connected with the front vehicle body support, the front suspension structure is of a double-fork arm type structure, and the rear suspension structure is of a multi-suspension structure;
the front support of the automobile body comprises a front bottom frame, a head frame, a side guard rail and a roof guard rail, wherein the head frame is arranged at the front end of the front bottom frame, the head frame is of a rectangular frame type structure and is formed by welding four steel pipes in an end-to-end mode, the front end of the side guard rail is welded and fixed with the head frame, the rear end of the side guard rail is connected with the U-shaped longitudinal beam, the bottom of the side guard rail is welded and fixed with the front bottom frame, one end of the roof guard rail is welded and fixed with the side guard rail, one end of the roof guard rail is welded and fixed with the top of the U-shaped longitudinal beam, and the roof guard rail is bent in an L shape and is matched with the side guard rail and the U-shaped longitudinal beam frame to form an entrance and an exit for a driver to enter and exit the cockpit; the tail support of the car body comprises a tail bottom frame, a tail stop lever and a tail support rod, wherein the head end of the tail bottom frame is fixed with the front bottom frame, and the tail end of the tail bottom frame is suspended; the top of the tail stop lever is welded and fixed with the top of the U-shaped longitudinal beam, and the bottom of the tail stop lever is welded and fixed with the tail end of the tail bottom frame; the tail support rod is connected with the tail baffle rod and the side part of the U-shaped longitudinal beam;
the front suspension structure comprises an upper fork arm, a lower fork arm and a front shock absorber, wherein the upper fork arm and the lower fork arm are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of a front wheel bogie, one end of the front shock absorber is hinged with the lower fork arm, and the other end of the front shock absorber is hinged with the vehicle side guardrail;
the rear suspension structure comprises a first connecting rod, a reinforcing rod, a connecting block, a shock absorber, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the U-shaped longitudinal beam, and the other end of the first connecting rod is welded and fixed with the top of the connecting block; one end of the reinforcing rod is welded and fixed with the first connecting rod, the other end of the reinforcing rod is welded and fixed with the bottom of the connecting block, the connecting block is fixed with the rear wheel system, one end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the rear wheel system, and the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the tail bracket of the vehicle body; one end of the third connecting rod is hinged with the rear wheel system, the other end of the third connecting rod is hinged with the tail bracket of the vehicle body, and the third connecting rod is arranged below the second connecting rod at intervals in parallel; the first connecting rod, the reinforcing rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are hollow rod bodies; an included angle is formed between the axis direction of the first connecting rod and the axis of the second connecting rod, and the included angle is an acute angle.

The all-terrain vehicle of claim 2, wherein the braking system comprises a brake disc, a brake pad mounting bracket and brake pads, the brake disc is fixed with the front wheel disc, the brake pad mounting bracket is fixed with the front wheel bogie, the brake pads are correspondingly mounted on the brake pad mounting bracket, the number of the brake pads is two, and the two brake pads are positioned on two opposite sides of the brake disc.
