The suspension system of an electric kart according to claim 1, wherein the front suspension assembly includes a front suspension upper arm, a front suspension lower arm, and a front wheel rim, the front suspension upper arm and the front suspension lower arm being disposed side by side up and down and each being connected to the front wheel rim, the front wheel rim being connected to a steering gear and a front wheel of the electric kart, respectively.

The suspension system of an electric kart according to claim 2, wherein the front suspension upper cross arm includes a front suspension upper cross arm main body having an approximately isosceles triangle configuration, a first bushing provided at both ends of one side of the front suspension upper cross arm main body, a first screw hole provided at one vertex of the front suspension upper cross arm main body, a first rod end joint bearing screwed to the first screw hole, a first rod end lock nut screwed to the first rod end joint bearing, and first tapered washers installed at upper and lower sides of the first rod end joint bearing; a bolt penetrates through the first conical gasket and the first rod end joint bearing and then is connected with the upper part of the front wheel edge; and the bolt penetrates through the first bushing and the upper cross arm main body of the front suspension and then is connected with the frame.

The suspension system of an electric kart according to claim 2, wherein the front suspension lower cross arm includes a front suspension lower cross arm main body having an approximately isosceles triangle configuration, a second bushing provided at both ends of one side of the front suspension lower cross arm main body, a second screw hole provided at one vertex of the front suspension lower cross arm main body, a second rod end joint bearing screwed to the second screw hole, a second rod end lock nut screwed to the second rod end joint bearing, and second tapered washers installed at both upper and lower sides of the second rod end joint bearing; a bolt penetrates through the second conical gasket and the second rod end joint bearing and then is connected with the lower part of the front wheel edge; a bolt penetrates through the second bushing and the front suspension lower cross arm main body and then is connected with the frame; and one end of the shock absorption assembly is connected to the lower cross arm main body of the front suspension, and the other end of the shock absorption assembly is connected to the frame.

The suspension system of the electric kart according to claim 2, 3 or 4, wherein the front wheel rim comprises a front knuckle, a front hub, a front bearing, a front steel sleeve and a front locknut, the front knuckle comprising a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion; the first connecting part is rod-shaped, and the tail end of the first connecting part is provided with an external thread section; the second connecting part is arranged perpendicular to the first connecting part, is of an approximate U-shaped structure, and is connected with the upper cross arm of the front suspension and the lower cross arm of the front suspension at two free ends respectively; the middle part of the second connecting part is oppositely provided with a first connector and a second connector, the first connector is connected with a steering gear of the electric kart, and the second connector can be used for being connected with a brake caliper; the number of the front bearings is two, the two front bearings are respectively arranged at two ends of the front hub in an interference fit manner, and the first connecting part sequentially penetrates through the front bearings, the front hub, the front bearings and the front steel sleeve and then is connected with the front locking nut; the first connecting part is connected with the two front bearings in an interference fit manner; one end of the front wheel hub is provided with a third connector which can be connected with a brake disc of the electric kart; the other end is provided with a fourth connector which is connected with the rim of the front wheel.

The suspension system of an electric kart according to claim 1, wherein the rear suspension assembly includes a rear suspension upper arm, a rear suspension lower arm, and a rear wheel rim, the rear suspension upper arm and the rear suspension lower arm being disposed side by side up and down and each being connected to the rear wheel rim, and the rear wheel rim being connected to a reduction motor and a rear wheel of the electric kart, respectively.

The suspension system of an electric kart according to claim 6, wherein the rear suspension upper cross arm includes a rear suspension upper cross arm main body including a U-shaped first body and a rod-shaped second body provided at the first body opening to be connected to both free ends of the first body; the third connecting part is arranged in parallel with the second main body and fixed at the U-shaped vertex of the first main body, and the third bushings are arranged at two ends of the first main body and two ends of the third connecting part; and the bolt penetrates through the third bushing and the second main body and then is connected with the frame, and the bolt penetrates through the third bushing and the third connecting part and then is connected with the upper part of the rear wheel edge.

The suspension system of an electric kart according to claim 6, wherein the rear suspension lower cross arm includes a rear suspension lower cross arm main body including a U-shaped third body and a rod-shaped fourth body provided at the third body opening to be connected to both free ends of the third body; the fourth connecting part and the fourth main body are arranged in parallel and fixed at the U-shaped vertex of the third main body, and the fourth bushings are arranged at two ends of the third main body and two ends of the fourth connecting part; a bolt penetrates through the fourth bushing and the fourth main body and then is connected with the frame, and the bolt penetrates through the fourth bushing and the fourth connecting part and then is connected with the lower part of the rear wheel edge; one end of the shock absorption assembly is connected with the lower cross arm main body of the rear suspension, and the other end of the shock absorption assembly is connected with the frame.

The suspension system of the electric kart according to claim 6, 7 or 8, wherein the rear wheel rim comprises a rear steering knuckle, a rear hub, a rear bearing and a rear snap spring, the number of the rear bearings is two, the two rear bearings are respectively arranged on two sides of the rear steering knuckle in an interference fit manner, a brake caliper of the electric kart is fixed on the rear steering knuckle through a bolt, and a fixed shaft at one end of the rear hub sequentially penetrates through a brake disc and is connected with the rear bearing in an interference fit manner; one end of the rear wheel hub, which is positioned at the inner side of the fixed shaft, is provided with a fifth connector for connecting with a brake disc of the electric kart, and the other end of the rear wheel hub is provided with a sixth connector for connecting with a rim of a rear wheel; and the top and the bottom of the rear steering knuckle are respectively provided with a seventh connector and an eighth connector which are respectively connected with the upper cross arm of the rear suspension and the lower cross arm of the rear suspension.
10. The suspension system of an electric kart as recited in claim 1, wherein the front upper cross arm and the front lower cross arm of the front suspension assembly and the rear upper cross arm and the rear lower cross arm of the rear suspension assembly are made of steel pipes.
