As shown in fig. 3, the elastic restoring structure 40 is composed of a movable member, an elastic member 43 and a pressing member 44, wherein the movable member is disposed on the first connecting arm 10 and is preferably vertical, and the direction of the dismounting movement of the second connecting arm 20 is horizontal, and the movable member is disposed in a vertical direction and is located above the dismounting movement path of the second connecting arm 20.

The pressing piece 44 is located outside the first coupling arm 10 and protrudes to the outside of the mounting housing 4, and adopts a cover-shaped structure, a clamping ring body is coaxially and convexly provided inside the pressing piece, a clamping space 441 is formed inside the clamping ring body, the elastic piece 43 is arranged between the pressing piece 44 and the first coupling arm 10, one end of the first movable section 41 penetrates out of the first coupling arm 10 and is inserted into the clamping space 441 in the pressing piece 44, the second movable section 42 cannot penetrate out of the first coupling arm 10, the elastic piece 43 provides elasticity and limits the movable piece to a certain height, the elastic force of the elastic piece 43 can be overcome through external application of force to the movable piece, and the movable piece moves along the direction of the application force, namely, the pressing piece 44 is pressed downwards, and drives the movable piece to move downwards against the elastic force of the elastic piece 43, so that the height positions of the first movable section 41 and the second movable section 42 are changed.
As shown in fig. 4, one end of the second coupling arm 20 has a wheel body 21 that cooperates with the belt 30, the opposite end of the second coupling arm 20 has an opening extending inward for the movable member to penetrate, specifically, the opening is divided into a first opening section 22 and a second opening section 23 from the opposite end of the second coupling arm 20 to one end of the wheel body 21, the first opening section 23 is penetrated by the first movable section 41 and the second movable section 42, the first opening section 22 is penetrated by the first movable section 41, i.e., the width of the first opening section 22 is smaller than the width of the second opening section 23, and the second coupling arm 20 cannot be separated when the second movable section 42 is positioned in the second opening section 23.

As shown in fig. 5, in order to facilitate the plugging and positioning of the second coupling arm 20, an elastic body 102 and a limiting block 103 are disposed in the concave space of the main seat 11, where the elastic body 102 provides a restoring elastic force for the limiting block 103, and a spring is adopted.
