When communication is established between the information notification system 10 and the user terminal 150, information requesting a change in the delivery time slot may be transmitted to the express delivery management server 610 via the user terminal 150.
[4. Notification processing of latest scheduled work at riding time ]
A process of notifying the latest scheduled job at the time when the user U gets on the vehicle 1 will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 4. Hereinafter, as shown in fig. 1, a description will be given of a situation in which, when a user U goes out of the vehicle 1 from his/her own home 700, a delivery job to his/her own home 700 is notified as a latest scheduled job.
In step S1 of fig. 4, the latest scheduled work notification unit 24 determines whether or not the position of the vehicle 1 recognized by the moving body position recognition unit 22 is the own home 700 of the user U. Then, when the position of vehicle 1 is home 700, most recent scheduled operation notification unit 24 advances the process to step S2, and when the position of vehicle 1 is not home 700, the determination process of step S1 is repeated.
In step S2, the user behavior recognition unit 23 recognizes the behavior of the user U as described above. In the next step S3, the most recent scheduled work notification unit 24 determines whether or not the behavior estimated to be the user U riding in the vehicle 1 is recognized by the user behavior recognition unit 23. Then, the latest scheduled work notification unit 24 advances the process to step S4 when the behavior estimated to be that the user U is riding in the vehicle 1 is recognized, and advances the process to step S1 when the behavior estimated to be that the user U is riding in the vehicle 1 is not recognized.
In step S4, the job scheduled date/time recognition unit 21 accesses the courier management server 610 and recognizes the scheduled date/time of the delivery job addressed to the user U' S own home 700. When communication is established between the vehicle 1 and the user terminal 150, the work scheduled date/time recognition unit 21 may acquire information of a delivery work addressed to the user U's own home 700 from the courier application 152 of the user terminal 150, and recognize the scheduled date/time of the delivery work. In this way, by executing the processing of step S4 and thereafter from the stage before the user U gets into the vehicle 1, the delivery guide screen 200 of step S6 described later can be displayed on the touch panel 90 quickly while avoiding a time later than when the user U gets into the vehicle 1.
In the next step S5, the latest scheduled job notification unit 24 determines whether or not the latest scheduled job, which is a scheduled delivery job to be executed within the latest predetermined time, exists among the delivery jobs whose scheduled dates and times are recognized by the job scheduled date and time recognition unit 21. Then, the latest scheduled job notification section 24 advances the process to step S6 when the latest scheduled job exists, and advances the process to step S8 when the latest scheduled job does not exist.
In step S6, the latest scheduled job notification section 24 displays a delivery guide screen 200 (see fig. 1) on the touch panel 90. In the next step S7, the scheduled-for-work date/time change processing unit 25 determines whether or not there is an operation to change the delivery time period by the change acceptance buttons 210 and 211.
The scheduled operation date and time change processing unit 25 proceeds to step S10 when the pickup time zone is changed, and proceeds to step S8 when the pickup time zone is not changed. In step S10, the scheduled-job-date-and-time-change response unit 25 transmits information for requesting a change in the delivery time slot to the express delivery management server 610. Thus, the express delivery management server 610 performs a process of changing the scheduled time period for executing the delivery job.
Through the processing in steps S6 to S7 and step S10, the user U can easily change the delivery time zone by touching the change acceptance buttons 210 and 211 on the delivery guide screen 200 without performing a troublesome operation of opening the courier application 152 and changing the delivery time zone in the user terminal 150.
