本申请涉及通信技术领域,公开了一种下行传输质量检测的评估时长确定方法及装置,用以根据评估时长内可用参考信号的数量和预期的可用参考信号的数量,动态确定下行传输质量检测的评估时长,以满足下行传输质量检测的精度要求,并避免评估时长过长,带来的时延增加、性能损失问题。该方法包括:接收来自网络设备的第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述网络设备的信道占用时间;根据所述第一指示信息确定第一数量,所述第一数量为第一评估时长内可用参考信号的数量;根据所述第一数量和第二数量确定所述第一评估时长,所述第二数量为所述第一评估时长内预期的可用参考信号的数量。
