In order to facilitate the filling and flowing of the solder, solder grooves 213 may be formed in the inner wall of the mounting hole portion 11 and/or the outer wall of the plug post portion 21, and the solder may flow from the bottom to the top and be filled in the respective solder grooves 213 to weld the valve housing 2 and the valve seat 1 together.
The shape, number, and mounting position of the solder grooves 213 are not limited herein, and may be determined according to actual conditions. For example, the shape of the solder groove 213 can be any one of a spiral line (as shown in fig. 1), an arc line, a straight line (as shown in fig. 3), or a combination of any several of them; the solder groove 213 may be distributed only on the outer wall of the fitting section 21a, or may be distributed over the entire plug post section 21.
With reference to fig. 4 and 6, the inner wall of the mounting hole portion 11 may be provided with a solder entering groove 111, and the solder entering groove 111 may form a solder entering opening a in cooperation with the tapered section 212 of the sub-post farthest from the position restricting post portion 22, and at the time of soldering, solder may enter from the solder entering opening a and gradually fill the gap between the plug post portion 21 and the mounting hole portion 11 and each solder entering groove 111.
Since this welding is an internal welding, it is difficult to visually observe the welding from the outside of the valve seat body. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the abutting portion between the position-limiting column portion 22 and the valve seat 1 is provided with the notch 221, and the notch 221 may be located on the valve seat 1, or may be located on the position-limiting column portion 22, or may be located on both the valve seat 1 and the position-limiting column portion 22, and the notch 221 may be communicated with the solder groove 213, so that when the solder is enough, the solder may flow out from the notch 221, and thus, the filling condition of the solder may be visually determined, as shown in fig. 7, when the soldering is completed, the solder may block the notch 221.
