技术领域
本发明涉及一种墨水,尤其涉及一种数字喷印墨水。
背景技术
对于目前市面上的机能性服饰(例如运动服饰)来说,大部分采用含浸压吸法来将机能性染液提供至织物上以得到所需的机能。然而,由于含浸压吸法会排出大量的未利用的染料及水,因此存在资源过度浪费的问题。
为了解决上述问题,目前也采用涂布或网版印刷方式来将机能性墨水双面或局部地提供至织物上。然而,在使用涂布或网版印刷的制程中会产生高浓度的废液,且由于墨水的渗透性而导致机能不易掌控。
发明内容
本发明提供一种数字喷印墨水,其具有吸湿剂且能够应用于机能性服饰。

本发明的数字喷印墨水包括吸湿剂、表面活性剂、抗冻剂以及余量的溶剂。吸湿剂包括嵌段共聚醚酯。表面活性剂包括丙烯酸嵌段共聚物。抗冻剂包括乙二醇。数字喷印墨水具有2cps至12cps的黏度以及28dyne/cm至40dyne/cm的表面张力,且数字喷印墨水的pH值介于6至8之间。以所述数字喷印墨水的总重计,吸湿剂的含量介于5wt.%至11wt.%之间,表面活性剂的含量介于3wt.%至10wt.%之间,抗冻剂的含量介于3wt.%至5wt.%之间。

本发明的数字喷印墨水可通过数字精密喷印方式使织物具有全面或局部的机能性,因此可应用于服饰、家饰等,例如运动服、瑜珈服、马甲内衣、桌巾、寝具组等。此外,由于本发明的数字喷印墨水采用数字精密喷印方式来形成于织物上,因此相较于传统的含浸压吸或涂布方式,所使用的剂量以及加工能源需求可节省约三分之二,且可精准控制墨水的机能性。再者,由于本发明的数字喷印墨水包含吸湿剂和/或甲壳素,因此可使织物具有湿度调节能力和/或抑菌能力。

本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水主要含有吸湿剂、表面活性剂、抗冻剂以及余量的溶剂。本发明的数字喷印墨水具有2cps至12cps的黏度,因此可以使喷印出的墨水液滴具有合适的大小,且可使墨水具有合适的流动性以利于数字精密喷印。此外,本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水具有28dyne/cm至40dyne/cm的表面张力,因此可有利于墨水液滴成形以及墨水渗透性。在本发明实施例中,经由数字精密喷印所喷出的墨水例如具有0.25μm至0.6μm的粒径,因此可避免在进行数字精密喷印的过程中发生喷头阻塞的问题,且可使墨水具有较佳的色彩呈现特性。另外,本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水具有介于6至8之间的pH值,因此可避免腐蚀喷印装置的喷头,且避免墨水沉积于喷头处而造成堵塞。
在本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水中,吸湿剂包括嵌段共聚醚酯。嵌段共聚醚酯的实例例如是聚醚酯PEM(商品名,远东新世纪公司制造)或聚醚酯SRT(商品名,中日合成化学公司制造)。以本发明的数字喷印墨水的总重计,吸湿剂的含量介于5wt.%至11wt.%之间。在此范围内,吸湿剂可有效地吸附湿气。举例来说,当上述吸湿剂以上述含量范围包含于本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水中时,在将墨水喷印于织物上以形成功能性图案之后,可有效地吸收使用者的皮肤所排出的汗水,且当汗水蒸发后可使使用者具有凉爽舒适感。当吸湿剂的含量小于5wt.%时,数字喷印墨水无法具有良好的湿气吸附效果。当吸湿剂的含量大于11wt.%时,则将会使得数字喷印墨水的表面张力下降,而不易有效控制吸湿墨水扩散程度,进而容易造成功能性图案过度扩散,破坏原有图案设计。
在本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水中,表面活性剂包括丙烯酸嵌段共聚物。丙烯酸嵌段共聚物的实例例如是

Ultra PX 4575(商品名,巴斯夫公司制造)。以本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,表面活性剂的含量介于3wt.%至10wt.%之间。在此范围内,表面活性剂可维持墨水中的粒子(例如吸湿剂等)的尺寸安定。当表面活性剂的含量小于3wt.%时,无法有效使墨水中分散质达到完全分散,且可能产生沉淀物或凝聚物。当表面活性剂的含量大于10wt.%时,分聚质间将因过多的由表面活性剂产生的斥力而失去凝聚效果。
在本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水中,抗冻剂包括乙二醇。以本发明的数字喷印墨水的总重计,抗冻剂的含量介于3wt.%至5wt.%之间。抗冻剂可避免本发明的数字喷印墨水在过低的温度下产呈凝结而影响喷印。当抗冻剂的含量小于3wt.%时,可能无法使数字喷印墨水在低温时具有足够的抗凝结效果。当抗冻剂的含量介于3wt.%至5wt.%时,除了具有足够的抗凝结效果外,还可兼具保湿功能。当抗冻剂的含量大于5wt.%时,较易生成酸性物质,对喷印装置的喷头产生腐蚀作用。
在本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水中还可含有偶合剂。偶合剂例如为具有环氧乙烷侧链的聚合物。环氧乙烷侧链的聚合物的实例例如是Surfynol 465(商品名,日信化学工业制造)。以本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,偶合剂的含量介于0.01wt.%.至0.35wt.%之间。偶合剂可有效控制墨水的表面张力,从而提高喷印时的顺畅度及最佳化墨水的成滴状态。当偶合剂的含量小于0.01wt.%时,无法有效降低墨水的表面张力,以致于影响喷印时的顺畅度及墨水对织物的渗透性。当偶合剂的含量大于0.35wt.%时,将使得墨水的表面张力太低,以至于喷印装置的喷头表面容易含墨,影响墨水成滴状态。换句话说,本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水可通过包括适当含量的偶合剂而具有28dyne/cm至40dyne/cm的表面张力,且上述适当含量例如是介于0.01wt.%.至0.35wt.%之间。
在本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水中还可含有保湿剂。保湿剂例如是丙三醇。以本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,保湿剂的含量介于2wt.%.至5wt.%之间。在此范围内,保湿剂可确保数字喷印墨水在喷印的过程中不会凝结而沉积或阻塞喷头。当保湿剂的含量小于2wt.%时,可能无法有效地避免数字喷印墨水凝结。当保湿剂的含量大于5wt.%时,容易造成墨水在织物上的干燥速度太慢,使得整体数字喷印制程的生产速度下降。
在本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水中还可含有酸碱调整剂。酸碱调整剂例如是三乙醇胺。以本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,酸碱调整剂的含量介于0.01wt.%至0.1wt.%之间。在此范围内,酸碱调整剂可确保本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水的pH值介于6至8之间。当酸碱调整剂的含量小于0.01wt.%时,可能无法有效地避免将数字喷印墨水的pH值维持于6至8之间。当酸碱调整剂的含量大于0.1wt.%时,墨水的pH值易偏碱性,将会影响墨水中各成份的溶解性,进而容易造成沉淀物或使得喷头阻塞。
在本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水中,溶剂例如为去离子水,但本发明不限于此。
以下将对本发明的具有湿度调节能力的数字喷印墨水进行测试与评估。
实验例1至实验例5的数字喷印墨水的组成如表1所示。在各实验例中,保湿剂为丙三醇,抗冻剂为乙二醇,表面活性剂为Disper Ultra PX4575(巴斯夫公司制造),偶合剂为Surfynol 465(日信化学工业制造),酸碱调整剂为三乙醇胺。

由表1可以看出,实验例1至实验例5的墨水具有黏度介于2cps至12cps之间、表面张力介于以及28dyne/cm至40dyne/cm以及pH值介于6至8之间,因此实验例1至实验例5的墨水具有合适的流动性,可有利于液滴成形与渗透性,且可避免墨水沉积与喷头堵塞的问题。
<储存稳定性测试>
将实验例1至实验例5的墨水放置在60℃的烘箱及5℃的冷藏库中15天后,待墨水回到常温观察是否有分层或沉淀物,并测量黏度。根据测试结果,实验例1至实验例5的墨水在放置于高温与低温下之后,并没有分层及沉淀物且黏度变化小于5%,此表示实验例1至实验例5的墨水具有高度稳定性,可以于常温下储存1年至2年而不会变质。
<布面色差评估>
将实验例1至实验例5的墨水喷印至聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethyleneterephthalate,PET)织物上,以分光测色仪(Datacolor 650)量测织物在喷印前后的色彩空间值(CIE Lab值),可得知织物在经实验例1至实验例5的墨水喷印前后的CIEΔE不超过0.1,也即实验例1至实验例5的墨水不会对织物的颜色造成影响。
<织物选择性>
将实验例1至实验例5的墨水喷印至100%聚酯纤维织物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/尼龙(nylon)混纺织物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/棉混纺织物以及棉织物上,皆可有效地于各织物上形成精密的喷印图案。也即,实验例1至实验例5的墨水可适用于市面上的各种织物。
具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水
本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水主要含有甲壳素、表面活性剂以及余量的溶剂。本发明的数字喷印墨水具有2cps至12cps的黏度,因此可以使喷印出的墨水液滴具有合适的大小,且可使墨水具有合适的流动性以利于数字精密喷印。此外,本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水具有28dyne/cm至40dyne/cm的表面张力,因此可有利于墨水液滴成形以及墨水渗透性。在本发明实施例中,经由数字精密喷印所喷出的墨水例如具有0.25μm至0.6μm的粒径,因此可避免在进行数字精密喷印的过程中发生喷头阻塞的问题,且可使墨水具有较佳的色彩呈现特性。另外,本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水具有介于6至8之间的pH值,因此可避免腐蚀喷印装置的喷头,且避免墨水沉积于喷头处而造成堵塞。
在本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水中,甲壳素作为抑菌材料之用。本发明的甲壳素具有20万至30万的重量平均分子量,若重量平均分子量小于20万时,则数字喷墨水对织物附着能力不佳,造成经喷印织物的水洗牢度不好,无法维持长效抑菌效果;反之,若重量平均分子量大于30万时,则甲壳素在数字喷印墨水中的分散性不好,容易在墨水中或织物上形成沉淀物,甚至可能造成喷头阻塞的问题。以本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,甲壳素的含量介于5wt.%至10wt.%之间。在此范围内,甲壳素可有效地也制细菌生长。当甲壳素的含量小于5wt.%时,数字喷印墨水无法具有良好的抑菌效果。当甲壳素的含量大于10wt.%时,将使得墨水中的甲壳素胶体溶解度降低,容易造成喷头阻塞。
在本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水中,表面活性剂包括聚乙二醇、环氧乙烷或其组合。上述的聚乙二醇例如具有400至600的重量平均分子量。以本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,表面活性剂的含量介于2wt.%至5wt.%之间。在此范围内,表面活性剂可维持墨水中的粒子(例如甲壳素等)的尺寸安定。当表面活性剂的含量小于2wt.%时,无法有效使墨水中分散质达到完全分散,且可能产生沉淀物或凝聚物。当表面活性剂的含量大于5wt.%时,分聚质间将因过多的由表面活性剂产生的斥力而失去凝聚效果。
在本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水中还可含有偶合剂。偶合剂例如是具有环氧乙烷侧链的聚合物。环氧乙烷侧链的聚合物的实例例如是Surfynol 465(商品名,日信化学工业制造)。以本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,偶合剂的含量介于0.01wt.%.至0.06wt.%之间。偶合剂可有效控制墨水的表面张力,从而提高喷印时的顺畅度及最佳化墨水的成滴状态。当偶合剂的含量小于0.01wt.%时,无法有效降低墨水表面张力,以致于影响喷印时的顺畅度及墨水对织物的渗透性。当偶合剂的含量大于0.06wt.%时,将使得数字喷印墨水的表面张力太低,以至于喷印时喷印装置的喷头表面容易含墨,影响墨水成滴状态。换句话说,本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水可通过还包括适当含量的偶合剂,而具有28dyne/cm至40dyne/cm的表面张力,且上述适当含量例如是介于0.01wt.%.至0.06wt.%之间。
在本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水中还可含有保湿剂。保湿剂例如是丙三醇。以本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,保湿剂的含量介于4wt.%.至6wt.%之间。在此范围内,保湿剂可确保本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水在喷印的过程中不会凝结而沉积或阻塞喷头。当保湿剂的含量小于4wt.%时,可能无法有效地避免数字喷印墨水凝结。当保湿剂的含量大于6wt.%时,容易造成墨水在织物上的干燥速度太慢,使得整体数字喷印制程的生产速度下降。
在本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水中还可含有酸碱调整剂。酸碱调整剂例如是三乙醇胺、磷酸盐溶液或其组合。以本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,酸碱调整剂的含量介于0.1wt.%至0.4wt.%之间。在此范围内,酸碱调整剂可确保本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水的pH值介于6至8之间。当酸碱调整剂的含量小于0.1wt.%时,可能无法有效地避免将数字喷印墨水的pH值维持于6至8之间。当酸碱调整剂的含量大于0.4wt.%时,墨水的pH值易偏碱性,从而降低甲壳素对墨水中溶剂的溶解性,使得墨水容易析出甲壳素胶体进而阻塞喷头。
在本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水中还可包括助溶剂。助溶剂例如是丙二醇甲醚。助溶剂可有利于甲壳素溶解于溶剂中。以本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水的总重计,助溶剂的含量介于4wt.%至6wt.%之间。当助溶剂的含量小于4wt.%时,墨水里的甲壳素溶解度不佳。当助溶剂的含量大于6wt.%时,容易使得墨水挥发,不易维持墨水中各成份的含量。
在本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水中,溶剂例如是去离子水,但本发明不限于此。
以下将对本发明的具有抑菌能力的数字喷印墨水进行测试与评估。
实验例A与实验例B的数字喷印墨水的组成如表2所示。在各实验例中,保湿剂为丙三醇,助溶剂为丙二醇甲醚,表面活性剂为分子量约为600的聚乙二醇(商品名PEG 600,莫克(MERCK)公司制造),偶合剂为Surfynol 465(日信化学工业制造),酸碱调整剂为三乙醇胺。

由表2可以看出,实验例A与实验例B的墨水具有黏度介于2cps至12cps之间、表面张力介于以及28dyne/cm至40dyne/cm以及pH值介于6至8之间,因此实验例A与实验例B的墨水具有合适的流动性,可有利于液滴成形与渗透性,且可避免墨水沉积与喷头堵塞的问题。
<储存稳定性测试>
将实验例A与实验例B的墨水放置在60℃的烘箱及5℃的冷藏库中15天后,待墨水回到常温观察是否有分层或沉淀物,并测量黏度。根据测试结果,实验例A与实验例B的墨水在放置于高温与低温下之后,并没有分层及沉淀物且黏度变化小于5%,此表示实验例A与实验例B的墨水具有高度稳定性,可以于常温下储存1年至2年而不会变质。
<布面色差评估>
将实验例A与实验例B的墨水喷印至聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯织物上,以分光测色仪(Datacolor 650)量测织物在喷印前后的色彩空间值(CIE Lab值),可得知织物在经实验例A与实验例B的墨水喷印前后的CIEΔE不超过0.14,也即实验例A与实验例B的墨水不会对织物的颜色造成影响。
<织物选择性>
将实验例1至实验例5的墨水喷印至100%聚酯纤维织物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/尼龙混纺织物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/棉混纺织物以及棉织物上,皆可有效地于各织物上形成精密的喷印图案。也即,实验例A与实验例B的墨水可适用于市面上的各种织物。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更改与润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求所界定者为准。

Claims (7)

1.一种数字喷印墨水,用于在织物上形成喷墨图案,所述数字喷印墨水包括:
甲壳素,具有20万至30万的重量平均分子量;
表面活性剂,包括聚乙二醇、环氧乙烷或其组合;以及
余量的溶剂,
其中所述数字喷印墨水具有2cps至12cps的黏度以及28dyne/cm至40dyne/cm的表面张力,且所述数字喷印墨水的pH值介于6至8之间,且
其中以所述数字喷印墨水的总重计,所述甲壳素的含量介于5wt.%至10wt.%之间,所述表面活性剂的含量介于2wt.%至5wt.%之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数字喷印墨水,还包括酸碱调整剂,所述酸碱调整剂包括三乙醇胺、磷酸盐溶液或其组合,其中以所述数字喷印墨水的总重计,所述酸碱调整剂的含量介于0.1wt.%至0.4wt.%之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数字喷印墨水,还包括偶合剂,所述偶合剂包括具有环氧乙烷侧链的聚合物,其中以所述数字喷印墨水的总重计,所述偶合剂的含量介于0.01wt.%.至0.06wt%之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数字喷印墨水,还包括保湿剂,所述保湿剂包括丙三醇,其中以所述数字喷印墨水的总重计,所述保湿剂的含量介于4wt.%至6wt.%之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的数字喷印墨水,还包括助溶剂,所述助溶剂包括丙二醇甲醚,其中以所述数字喷印墨水的总重计,所述助溶剂的含量介于4wt.%至6wt.%之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的数字喷印墨水,其中所述溶剂包括去离子水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的数字喷印墨水,其中所述聚乙二醇具有400至600的重量平均分子量。
