Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine combination for treating beriberi, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine combination for treating beriberi and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Beriberi is the most common superficial mycosis in tinea, and can be classified into blister scale type, erosion type and hyperkeratosis type according to the main clinical manifestations. Peeling, maceration, erosion, or blisters on the side of the foot occur between the toes. The patients who like to wear the air-tight shoes are frequently in need of treatment, and can cause other part infections such as tinea manuum, tinea unguium, tinea cruris and the like, but the suppository, the ointment and the spray are mainly used on the market, so that the use is inconvenient, unsanitary and long-time.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating beriberi and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating beriberi is composed of the following raw materials: clove, radix sophorae flavescentis, borneol, golden cypress, liquorice, acetic acid, glacial acetic acid, purified water and ethanol, wherein the weight ratios of the raw materials are as follows: 7-13g of clove, 7-13g of radix sophorae flavescentis, 5-7g of borneol, 7-13g of phellodendron, 7-13g of liquorice, 7-13g of acetic acid, 7-13g of glacial acetic acid, 1000g of ethanol and a proper amount of purified water.
A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating dermatophytosis is prepared from the following raw materials in a preferable weight ratio: 10g of clove, 10g of sophora flavescens, 6g of borneol, 10g of phellodendron, 10g of liquorice, 10g of acetic acid, 10g of glacial acetic acid, 1000g of ethanol and a proper amount of purified water.
A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating beriberi comprises the following steps:
s1, respectively weighing clove, radix sophorae flavescentis, borneol, golden cypress, liquorice, acetic acid, glacial acetic acid, purified water and ethanol according to the mass ratio, putting the clove, the radix sophorae flavescentis, the borneol, the golden cypress and the liquorice into a traditional Chinese medicine coarse crusher, and crushing into small pieces;
s2, mixing the Chinese medicinal materials uniformly, putting the mixture into an extraction tank, adding 60% ethanol into the extraction tank to a specified amount, extracting at room temperature of 20 ℃ for 7 days, and stirring once every 1 day;
s3, filtering to obtain supernatant, adding glacial acetic acid and water, and stirring once a day until the acetic acid is completely dissolved;
and S4, subpackaging according to the measurement, packaging and warehousing.
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating beriberi and a preparation method thereof, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the following beneficial effects:
the clove of the invention: bacteriostasis, analgesia and antioxidation; flavescent sophora root: clearing heat, eliminating dampness, and relieving itching; borneol: clearing heat and relieving pain, and relieving swelling and pain; and (3) golden cypress: phellodendron bark, cortex Phellodendri clears heat and dries dampness, purges fire and detoxifies; licorice root: relieving spasm and pain; ethanol: and (5) sterilizing and disinfecting.
The invention saves time, labor and money, can prevent dead skin, old skin and cuticle and get through foot microcirculation.
